It's been a winter to forget for The Big Bite, who has had three runs on just about the best ground we could find for him and still he struggled. The hope is that Market Rasen won't be a mudbath but it's possibly too soft for him anyway.

Brandt ran comfortably his best race yet over hurdles when 4th at Warwick just over four months ago. He starts handicapping on a mark of 99 and we hope he can prove better than that. Chances in an open race.
