Copper Coin has held his form very well considering his age and ran a blinder on much too soft ground last time. These conditions should be ideal and even though it's a big field, he should be bang there at the business end.

Princess Of Mercia is a nicely bred daughter of top jumps sire Blue Bresil. She had a few runs for Lucinda Russell but struggled and her jumping was a major problem on occasion. Hoping she can do better down here.

Danny's Friend was novicey early on his debut at Huntingdon but did make some progress in the middle of the race before tiring. He should know a lot more today.

Outdone showed only minimal ability in his one bumper run and now tackles flat-race performers with form in the book in this novice event. Hoping for a little promise with that experience to call on.

Danny's Friend has a nice jumping pedigree. He has his first day at school in a race where the Jonjo O'Neill horse is an obvious favourite and has good form but there isn't too much depth after him. It would be good if he got near the places.

The veteran Copper Coin hasn't won for a while but he ran a couple of respectable races before Christmas and should be fresh and well after his short break. Each-way hopes in a wide-open handicap hurdle.

Outdone makes his debut under any Rules of racing in this bumper. Two first-time winners of Irish points and others with experience suggest this might be a reasonable race. We're hoping he can make a promising start to his career.

Aworkingman found it tough going first time out at Ffos Las recently. This looks equally demanding and we can only hope that he learnt something from the initial sight of a racecourse.

Copper Coin ran well at Kempton in a competitive event last time, bumping into an improving type. Conditions should suit today and he comes here in good form. He isn't always the most consistent but he seems well and the ground should be ideal for him.

It will be a tough start for Aworkingman in the heavy ground. We just hope he enjoys the experience.

Let It Shine has been running to a level this autumn but he needs to find something to get among the principals. Small place chase.

Copper Coin was only narrowly edged out in a similar race last April. He has bottom weight and we're taking off another 5lb. Should be competitive on his comeback run.

Faitque De Lisle has had a couple of third places since returning from his summer break. We could hardly have found a more numerically demanding three-mile chase at this level for him but if he runs to his best he could finish in the first four.

Frieze Frame has been struggling to get home in his runs over a mile and a little further. The drop to 7f should see him in a more favorable light.

Frieze Frame put up his best run so far around here but the form of that race looked suspect. He will need to improve massively to be involved tonight but the trip is fine for him. He obviously handles Wolverhampton but is probably best watched. 

Let It Shine has been a little below par so far and needs to improve to figure today.

Faitque De Lisle ran okay for a long time before his usual weakening under pressure. This doesn't look a strong contest, though, and trip and ground should be ideal. He is running off lower than his last winning mark which does afford some hope. Place chances.

Robbie Dazzler has been disappointing on his last few runs but has gone well here before which offers some hope. Soft ground probably isn't ideal but he is well handicapped if he can recapture some of his old form.

Let It Shine ran okay the last twice, but perhaps we got the tactics wrong last time. He steps up to 3m today which is something of an unknown but we believe it will suit. We'll take our time a bit more and track and ground should be fine. Each-way chance.

Frieze Frame did run better 2nd time out but that looked a very weak race on paper. She is going the right way, though, and while this looks a lot tougher, she should take another step forward. The trip etc. should be fine for her.

Faitque De Lisle is fresh from a break which seems to be when he runs his best races and the small field today can also certainly help him. The extended trip has to be a concern but it's a good opportunity to have a go, especially on an easy track like this. Conditions are fine and Charlie gets on well with him.

Robbie Dazzler had a gelding operation back in the spring, but his two runs since have been disappointing. His mark has continued to drop, but it's hard to suggest he's in good enough form to expect a first career victory.

Frieze Frame missed the break on debut here three weeks ago and finished well behind. Conceding weight to younger fillies from top stables makes this an impossible task, but we'd like to see a more professional performance today.

Let It Shine ran much better last time, staying on well from two out. The step up to 2m4f should suit and the ground should be fine again. Big chance.

HerecomesFreddie ran a bit better at Bangor last time having enjoyed a welcome clear run leading up to that race. He should progress a bit from it but will still need to make a massive step forward to be involved. Trip and ground should be fine.

Bumper winner Ironhill ran his best race since when 3rd to today's favourite over this CD three weeks ago. That was only his 2nd run for us and now he is allowed 10lb for a 12-length defeat and that should bring them closer together. Each-way chances.

It's a belated start to racing for Frieze Frame who will obviously learn plenty from the outing. It will not help his cause that he is drawn one away from the outside, never ideal around here.

HerecomesFreddie has been lightly-raced and his comeback run in June after a wind-op and layoff wasn't especially encouraging. He will need to do much better to figure today.

Ironhill didn't show much first time out and we'll need a big step up even though this looks a very ordinary race.

Let It Shine travelled well for a long way last time before weakening quickly. This race looks a lot stronger but he did show promise and if he can build on that he could run into a place at a big price. Trip and ground should be ideal.

Robbie Dazzler is a pretty consistent sort whose latest race was probably not run to his advantage. The track at Worcester should suit him a lot better. He stays well so conditions should be fine. He's still a maiden but this does look a good option if all goes well through the race.

Blazer Two is two from two around here and conditions look likely to suit again. He ran okay at Windsor last time, probably going off too hard and setting it up for those in behind. Obviously, he likes it around here and is only 2lb higher that the latest winning mark. Decent chance.

Czech Her Out disappointed last time on a career-high mark when she didn't seem to enjoy the tongue-tie. She's had a wind-op since and while that should be a big help, she is in a higher grade than previously. Not easy, but a small each-way chance.

Caldwell jumped poorly last time back over hurdles but has done plenty of schooling since. Before that run, he had some good form on the flat. This looks competitive and he will need to step up on what he has shown over hurdles so far.

Herecomesfreddie is a former bumper winner who hasn't shown much in his three novice hurdle runs. He has had a wind-op following a bit of a break so will need that to help him significantly although this isn't a deep race. His bumper form wasn't strong but at least he's won a race where many of these haven't.

Rolfe Rembrandt showed some good form last season before losing his way a bit. He had no chance at the weights last time but this is a much more realistic target. Although still 3lb higher than his last winning mark he has a chance of getting back to that sort of form. In good heart at home and looks a massive price.

Hey Frankie ran well back over hurdles last time after a break. A repeat of that would see her go close. She has run well at the track before and ground conditions should be fine. There are a couple of dangers but she is in good form and can go close.

Ironhill was a bumper winner for his previous yard and finished 2nd last time out in a hurdle before joining us. The bumper win was on good ground so today's conditions shouldn't worry him. He will have to improve on what he's shown in the past to win this but the step up in trip should help him. He has been placed in a point as well. Each-way chances.

Let It Shine has shown glimpses of ability in bumpers and novice hurdles. He has had a wind-op in advance of his handicap debut which should help him. Ground and trip should be fine and this isn't a strong contest but he will need to improve to be winning this. Place chances.

Robbie Dazzler has had a wind-op since his last run when he disappointed us. This looks a weak contest, so if he is back to his best after the operation, he should go close. Ground and trip should be fine.

Blazer Two won well making all at Leicester a week ago. He comes unpenalised for that win in an apprentices' race and Callum can now claim so he's actually better in tonight. The trip and ground are fine and while this is probably a slightly better race, he comes here in good heart and has a great chance.

Far Horizon ran perfectly well at Bath on reappearance and will have come on for that. The form of the race has worked out well and he now looks ready for the step up in trip which hopefully will bring some more improvement. A slight concern, though, for the fast ground.

Caldwell showed some decent form on the flat last year and ran well for a long way on his reappearance. He has been schooling well at home and gives us reason to believe he could still be relatively well handicapped back over hurdles. He stays two miles well on the flat so this longer trip should be fine, He likes good ground so that's another positive. Can go well.

Blow The Budget ran okay in two bumpers both on good ground. She has schooled well at home and the step up in trip should be a big plus to her. This doesn't look a deep contest so I think she can go close.

Rolfe Rembrandt looked to be improving rapidly last season in his initial few runs before a number of issues got the better of him. He goes well fresh but this is a massive ask, even on his best form. Most likely best watched today.

Wolf Of Oxshott hasn't done much wrong in his two runs on the flat for us. He has schooled well at home so comes here in good form. This isn't a deep race and his flat rating gives him a solid chance of adapting to hurdles. The ground and trip should be fine so we are going there with optimism.

Runnin For Peanuts is a flat-bred mare which does make stamina a concern even with an easy 2m on fast ground. She goes okay at home without going wild, so hopefully, can show something today.

Copper Coin has been very consistent including when a very close 2nd last time on ground softer than ideal. He has run well over this course and distance before and looks sure to give another good account with a talented conditional on board.

Whozatgirl has been placed in both the junior bumpers she contested late last year and the bare form of those gives her a chance here. She still has stamina to prove up to 2m but ground and track should suit, so she should not be far away.

Hey Frankie has been disappointing since a couple of placed efforts last summer. I'm hoping the return to hurdles from chasing and better ground will see her back to her best. If she is, I think she's well treated and her work at home has been good, so it would be no surprise for her to go well in what looks a weak contest.

Sinurita has shown very little in a couple of starts so far. She has had a wind-op since her last run which may help, but she needs to be doing much better than she has to be competitive in a race of this nature.

Czech Her Out has won her last two including last time after a break. She's up again in the weights so we're taking 7lb off for Beau Morgan which will help. She stays well and the gound should be find as long as Worcester doesn't get too much rain.

Fix At All has done nothing wrong since switching to hunter-chasing. This does look a deeper race but he comes here in good heart. Conditions should be fine but with the concern that he's going left-handed and tends to go slightly right. Having won his last two he deserves to have a go at this.

Let Me Entertain U will have come on a lot for his run the other day. This looks a bit more his level, but he isn't one to rely on too much as he saves plenty for himself.

Wolf Of Oxshott ran well on his first race for the yard and was perhaps a bit unlucky not getting out when he needed to. A more galloping 1m4f looks sure to suit and he has been given a good freshen-up since that run. He won here for previous connections over 1m2f and while this race is deeper, I still think there may be more to come from him.

Far Horizon was running well on AW before we gave him a bit of a break. Turf should be no issue as he ran well in bumpers at the start of his career. He doesn't look particularly well handicapped but turf could bring out more improvement. Trip and ground should both be fine.

Robbie Dazzler ran okay on his reappearance at Huntingdon eight weeks ago but has had a minor hold-up since. He is in good form now and conditions should suit in what looks on paper a pretty weak race. He stays well and usually gives his all.

Court Master goes well fresh and likes a decent surface so the drying ground is definitely a plus. Having said that he always seems to struggle when stepped up in class and I cannot see any reason why today should be different.

Commander Of Ten has been disappointing since showing glimpses of ability in his first hurdles run. He has always worked well and is built to jump a fence which gives us some encouragement. However, he was very poor last time so it's hard to get too excited about his chance.

Caldwell travelled well for a long way before getting tired on the heavy ground last time. He would have done without last night's rain but has come on from that first run. He isn't particularly well handicapped but is in good form so shouldn't be far away.

Hay Frankie completely lost her way over fences, so hopefully, she will get back on track over hurdles. She looks well-treated on her best form and has run well in a bumper around here. She needs quick ground so any rain would be a concern.

Noplacetobe disappointed last time but she seemed to be in season immediately afterwards. Until then she had been largely consistent. Today's trip and ground conditions should be fine and the promising Beau Morgan takes off a handy 7lb which will give her a chance in a weak race.

Flat tracks seem to suit him best and none is flatter than Kempton, so he should be fine! He isn't getting any younger and a mark of 130 may be high enough, but Beau Morgan takes off a valuable 7lb so he shouldn't be too far away.

Fatique De Lisle has been very disappointing since winning at Ffos Las earlier in the season. He was brought down early last time but has been in good form at home. Hopefully, 2m4f around here on soft ground should be ideal. it doesn't look a deep race and with only seven runners he can get back on track.

Mofasa has shown all season that he can perform to a decent level including last time at Cheltenham in January when he finished 3rd despite nothing going right for him. The step up to 3m will be a massive help and as he handles the ground well, he has a big each-way chance.

Copper Coin is most unlikely to run on this rain-softened ground.

Let Me Entertain U is massively up against it today and is here principally to give the lad some experience. Hopefully, he will get around in one piece and pick up the third prize!

Czech Her Out was largely consistent last season whenever she had her conditions. She won last time and has gone up to a career high, and this will make life difficult for her on her return after seven months off. She has done lots of work and is fit and well, but it won't be easy in this grade. We don't want any more rain for her either.

Blow The Budget ran well in her first bumper and we've given her plenty of time to develop since then. The form of that race has worked out well and a repeat of that run would enable her to go close. We wouldn't want any more rain though.

Kandor was unlucky to be beaten in his sole Irish point, a mistake at the final fence costing him all chance of winning. He goes nicely at home and is a strong type for a 4yo. He is getting plenty of weight from most of his opponents. The Skelton horse is the one to beat but we hope this lad can run him close.

Montys Soldier is a big son of Soldier Of Fortune who won his sole point in Ireland very well. He does everything nicely at home and is a proper chasing type for the future who will hopefully be suited by this galloping track. This looks a very competitive bumper, but we hope he can show the same promise on the racecourse as he does at home.

Got Your Back was unlucky not to win his point as a mistake late on cost him. He goes nicely at home - he's a nice big chasing type who would appreciate any more rain that comes. He does go well though and should go close in a race like this.

Wolf Of Oxshott has his first run for us and has only won off a lower mark than this in the past. He is up to 1m4f today, so a bit of stamina to prove, but he works well at home so shouldn't be far away.

Fix It All won here last time but was probably a bit fortunate with the favourite giving the race away on the run-in. Similar conditions today and a repeat run would see him go close although he is not the most trustworthy of individuals. Hopefully the win will have given him the confidence to back it up.

Upton Road didn't stay 3m in very testing Sandown conditions latest. He gets a minor drop in trip today and slightly better ground will all help him. He has been in good form this season and I still think there is more to come from him. This looks competitive but he is fit and well and as he has to go right-handed, this looks the obvious race. Hopeful. 

Thor De Cerisy ran well last time at Fontwell, although perhaps not quite staying the extra half-mile. He's back to 2m today and is off a lower mark over fences. With Liam Harrison taking a useful 3lb off, he's now back to his latest winning mark. It's all about ground with him - if it's heavy and hard work he will go close. Anything other than proper testing ground will find him out.

I Am Gonna Be ran behind three of these at Doncaster last time when a few of ours weren't right but we had to run her to qualifer her for today. She is in much better form now and the soft ground will be a massive plus for her. She could be well handicapped off this mark and I certainly have to be hopeful.

Fix At All has not shown much either in his last few runs in France or since coming to the UK and has really only been kept in training to give his young rider some experience. He has loads to make up here on the ratings, so would need to find all his old form to have any chance today..

Heads Or Harps made a  small improvement last time when fourth here over 2m4f. The step up to 3m looks the obvious move but the handicapper hasn't given him much of a chance on what he has shown so far.

Faitque De L'Isle has been largely disappointing since winning at Ffos Las back in October. We are trying a drop in trip today which on softer ground will hopefully help. He has form on soft ground  but we would need to see a lot more before you could be too positive about him.

Lebowski simply has refused to settle in his last two races giving away any chance of winning at an early stage. This small field should help him and he will handle conditions. He has become very well handicapped and with a good conditional taking off another 5lb, he must go close if settling.

Thor De Cerisy didn't enjoy chaing last time admitedly on ground that wasn't soft enough so we're switching back hurdling and conditions should be fine. The step up in trip shouldn't be a worry as he looks as though he needs further nowadays.

Upton Road won his only point and while yet to win under Rules, he has been coming along nicely over fences. His last twi runs were very creditable 2nd places and while he's yet to prove he stays this far under these conditions and at this level, I'm hopeful he will. Each-way chances.

Winning pointer Noplacetobe has been placed 3rd or 4th in all four runs over hurdles, the last two in handicaps. She should be challenging for a place at least again today.

Robbie Dazzler completed his 2022 campaign with a couple of good placed efforts. He's had a break and should be ready to run his usual good race in a wide-open handicap hurdle.  

Lebowski won well at Wetherby before disappointing last time when breaking a blood vessel at Musselburgh. He is in good form at home and conditions should suit. He is well handicapped and if his problems do not re-surface, he's a massive price if he comes back to his best.

I Am Gonna Be ran well at Musselburgh last time when she probably found the track rather sharp for her. The form of that race is very good as the winner has won again easily since at Ayr and the third horse was a close 2nd back at Musselburgh. She is okay on ratings with most of these and a repeat should enable her to go close.

Baya Lescribaa showed very little in her first bumper. Better ground will help her today, but she doesn't show a lot at home. Maybe one for hurdles in time.

Fix At All has been very disappointing since arriving from France. We're trying a step up in trip today as a bit of a last chance, but he's not gone this far before and there's a big stamina doubt. We had to try something different though, and the soft ground will be fine for him.

I Am Gonna Be hasn't done much wrong in her bumpers and two novice hurdle runs. The ground and trip should be ideal for her today and there's a chance 109 might be quite a good mark for her the way some of her form has worked out.

Lebowski won well on seasonal reappearance at Wetherby. I'm not sure what the form was worth that day but he did it easily enough and has always hinted that he has plenty of ability. He could still be ahead of the handicapper and Luca Morgan, who won on him last time, rides again. Big chance.

Upton Road ran well last time on heavy ground. Today's conditions should suit him well and the slight step up in trip shouldn't be any worry. He is lightly-raced so could still be reasonably handicapped. This is a competitive race but he is fit and well after a good break since his last run and should go close.

Heads Or Harps has been very disappointing since winning his point in Ireland. He has had a wind-op since his last run so hopefully that will be a big help to him as will today's better ground. He does show ability at home and he won his point very well so a return to that would see him go close. In fairness though, he has shown nothing for us on the fracecourse so far.

After two good wins including around here it was probably one run too soon when Mofada disappointed at Newcastle. He  has had a good break since and seems to be working better than ever at home. His form befiore Newcastle looked rock solid and a repeat of the Cheltenham win would see him go very close. Conditions should be fine for him and he is a massive price based on his first two novice wins.

Thor De Cerisy won well around here over hurdles last time in heavy ground. He did have good form in his one chase run before that. A repeat of either performance would see him go close here, but he will need soft/heavy ground as those conditions are vital for him.

Let It Shine has shown hints of promise in bumpers/ novice hurdles but this looks a pretty deep contest. The ground will probably be soft enough for him too.

Sinurita was a well-beaten 3rd in the one Irish point she contested and ran far too free after her long layoff last time. She will need to show a great deal of improvement to get involved today and while I expect some progress from that run, it is unlikely to be enough for her to feature here.

Noplacetobe stayed on well to be fourth at Uttoxeter and is up against several of those she met there. She handles soft ground but is untried on heavy although she should handle it. This step up in trip is a plus for her and the galloping track should be fine.

Thor De Cerisy had been running in France but did well first go back over here and has won a hurdle on this track earlier in his career too. He loves heavy ground and the worse the going, the better for him. This looks a race he ought to be competitive in, but he wouldn't appear to have much in hand of the handicapper.

Far Horizon ran well last time at Chelmsford in a race that didn't suit him as he got blocked when coming to make his challenge before staying on again late. Kempton should suit him better and he comes here in good form. Should go close.

Fix At All ran very poorly at Ayr yesterday. It will take a very quick transformation for him to be involved in what looks a more competitive race, at least on paper.

Gris Gris Top showed ability in his novice hurdles but is also very fragile and has not run for a long time. This is his first go over fences. Ground and trip should be fine but is probably best watched today with all the issues we have had getting him here.

Fix At All ran better than the result last time probably not quite seeing out the trip. The drop to 2m on testing ground should be ideal. There are only four runners, so not a deep contest, and he should take all the beating.

Hey Frankie was slightly disappointing last time but she should bounce back to form in this. The Fakenham track is probably sharp enough for her but ground conditions should be fine. She stays and jumps well and while the favourite looks well in, she shouldn't be far away.

Faitque De L'Isle was too keen last time and as a result pulled his chance away far too early. Hopefully he will settle better here and the hood should help him do so. This is a weak race so if he does settle he should go close. Conditions are a slight unknown, but he has handled soft ground in France.

Upton Road didn't run any sort of race last time but now back to a track where he has run well before, we'll give him another chance. He jumps and stays well and also handles deep ground effectively. He is on a mark from which he is more than capable of winning and I am hopeful he will do just that.

Heads Or Harps disappointed on first start for us when after travelling well he stopped very quickly at Worcester. He's on a recovery mission today and works like a good horse at home and impressively won his point. We will need to see more than last time though before getting too excited.

I Am Gonna Be is going the right way. Winner of her bumper at Newcastle last season, she improved on earlier hurdles form to win a 2m4f mares' novice hurdle on the same track last time. Into handicaps, she has not been harshly treated but now faced with male opposition, she will need to progress again to win.

Let Me Entertain U has plenty of ability but doesn't always want to put it all in. He has been running consistently of late but this race looks deeper than those he has been contesting. Ground and trip are fine and as I say, he has the ability to win if he wanted to.

Thor De Cerisy ran well when 3rd around here on his first start this season and if he can back that up today he must have a decent chance. The return to two miles should not pose any issue especially under today's conditions. He loves heavy ground - it cannot be soft enough for him!

Faitque De Lisle didn't run too badly at Leicester last time - it all happened too quickly for him over 2m6f. The step up in trip should suit him and the ground will be fine. Lucy Turner takes off 5lb which will also help. Hopeful.

Blazer Two was a winner at 1m4f on the turf at Leicester in July, but reverting to AW he has struggled to get involved the last couple of times at Southwell. We're trying this step up in trip and while his pedigree does not guarantee it,  he does seem to stay well so we're hopeful it will suit him.

Commander Of Ten ran okay when third here back in November but hated conditions when disappointing in very soft ground at Lingfield last time. He's back on a better surface here but a long way out of his depth.

Far Horizon won well at Lingfield last time, doing his best work at the finish to get up close home. The step up to 1m2f should be a plus for him. The mark of 71 looks fair and we have a good claimer taking off 5lb, which is also a help. It doesn't look a deep contest and he should have every chance.

Let It Shine ran okay at Huntingdon last time but neither the two bumper runs nor one novice hurdle suggest he will be anywhere near good enough to be competitive here. Ground and track should be fine but he will need to take a massive step forward to figure.

Noplacetobe is a point winner who made a decent start under Rules when third at Worcester but then disappointed at Hexham where perhaps the track didn't suit. She's back to a flatter circuit today and on first run in a handicap off what should be a nice mark for her. Hopefully the step up in trip will be a plus as well.

Do Your Job ended last season on a high note with two wins, culminating with an impressive performance at Ayr. He has come up a little short in two strong handicaps at Aintree this autumn but they will have brought him to full fitness. Whether he can match these on WFA terms is questionable, but he may well outrun the odds.

Herecomesfreddie has had a couple of runs over hurdles and in neither did he do anything to suggest he is capable of winning a race of this description. One for handicaps later on probably.

Lebowski won his two novice events well last season before disappointing in two better races, although he did burst a blood vessel when looking to run a big race at Sandown. If over his problems, he looks to be off a decent mark and could be well in here if he is. As to the ground, it's the softer the better for him and the trip of 2m is ideal.

Faitque De Lisle won nicely at Ffos Las in October before pulling up on very soft ground at Newcastle. Up only 4lb for the win, he will handle today's much quicker surface and in this small field has to be the one to beat.

Fix At All was a bit disappointing last season but he has had his wind done and his back looked at over the summer. His work at home is better than last season so hopefully he can take a step in the right direction today. The trip should be fine and although he would prefer the ground to be a little softer, that should be okay too.

Copper Coin usually runs his race as was the case last time when second at Uttoxeter. Good ground is important to him and he stays three miles very well. This looks a competitive race but he should have each-way claims at a decent price.

Hey Frankie did nothing wrong in her novice hurdles from 2m to 3m before  being found to have finished lame after disappointing on her handicap debut. The ground and trip should be ideal for this chase debut on this return after three months' absence. She has schooled well at home and chasing should bring out improvement in her. This looks a decent chance in an ordinary five-horse affair.

Thor De Cerisy has shown glimpses of ability throughout his career but he is also very inconsistent. He spent last season running exclusively in France and on his first run in October last year he probably would have won but for falling at the last flight at Auteuil. He didn't match that subsequently but after a summer break he has schooled well for this return race in the UK, his first over fences. Soft ground is very important to him and he is often at his best first time out. Hopeful in a decent race.

Far Horizon ran okay in two novice events, A mile is probably sharp enough for him but he ran well here before and this isn't a deep race. The jockey takes 5lb off which will help as well.

Let It Shine has run okay in his two bumpers. He has schooled well at home but doesn't look good enough on what he's shown so far to be involved today. Ground and track should be fine.

Do Your Job was travelling welll until a mistake cost him any chance in the Old Roan. He has had his wind tightened since and he comes here in good form. The ground should be perfect and while it's a lot of weight, still there's room off this mark. Luca's 3lb claim and the step up in trip will help him. Very hopeful.

Irish point winner Peaky Boy ran well in his first bumper, just bumping into one. He looks the one to beat on form and has probably come on a bit for that run. Again, he's unproven with lots of cut in the ground so that would be an unknown.

Faitque De Lisle won at Ffos Las last time and is up 4lb for that which still leaves him in the 0-100 bracket. That wasn't a strong race but neither is this. Course and trip are no concern but very soft ground would be if the rain keeps coming. He's in great form and has come on again since his win but conditions are a concern.

Let Me Entertain U has lots of scope off this mark but doesn't try as hard as he might. Good to soft ground won't be a worry nor will the step back up to 3m - it's more what he decides he wants to do.

I Am Gonna Be ran well at Uttoxeter last time and the step up in trip looks like it should be a big plus. He has form on soft in a point so rain wouldn't be a huge worry at this point. This doesn't look the deepest of contests so he must have a big chance.

Baya Lescribaa has a nice French pedigree - his sire Spanish Moon being responsible for many decent jumpers. He faces only four opponents in this newcomers' bumper and while there looks to be confidence behind at least a couple of them, I'm hoping he can put up a decent show.

Commander Of Ten was an 80/1 shot when running an excellent first race over jumps, finishing third at Cheltenham last month. The Toby Lawes horse looks the one to beat, but we do not have too much to find to match him. Hopeful.

Bumper winner HerecomesFreddie made a fair enough start to hurdling at Worcester but this is a different class novice. He'd do well to get close to the principals.

Sinurita ran in one point in Ireland , finishing third, before joining us last season. She has had a long time off the track so I am sure she will improve for today's outing. She has done plenty of work though and has shown enough to suggest she has each-way claims today.

Robie Dazzler came back to form with a good second last time at Ffos Las. The tough three miles should suit, but the big question mark is the soft going as this will be his first run on anything but good. Hoping for the best.

Noplacetobe ran well on debut, finishing third at Worcester. She will have come on plenty for that run having had a hold-up leading into the race. The stiff 2m should be perfect for her for now and the soft ground shouldn't be an issue. A couple of others in here have decent form but she will not be too far away.

Upton Road has had his share of injury problems but showed on the one start we could get into him last season that he retains all his ability. This is not the ideal race for him but he's a horse with few options. Ground and trip are fine but he has plenty to find with all of these.

We picked up Ashfield Paddy from the Jonjo O'Neill yard for what looks a bargain price and hopefully he can start to show that impression was correct. A winner of his final start for Jonjo just before the sale, he has a big weight for this comeback run, but the talented Beau Morgan takes off 7lb. Looking forward to seeing him run.

Been a frustrating horse has has the ability in a race like this but has just one win from 17 to his name, which came back in July. Been runner-up 5 times as well and wasn't beaten far (5th) here the last day. A repeat of that run would give him an e/w chance.

Pleasing run the last day at Lingfield after a break when 5th of 9. Also wasn't the best away that day so with a better start that will help. The Crisford and Prescott horses respected but with that last run coming off a wind op too then hopeful for a bit more today. Each-way.

Still to win over hurdles from 9 starts and so we sent him back Pointing earlier this year to get some confidence back and he won back in April. Also had a wind op over the summer and returns in the right race. Luca rides to take off 3lbs too and we'd be hopeful of a nice e/w showing here.

NH Flat winner at Newcastle back in March but highly-tried last time at Cheltenham last time in a decent race there in April. Has done well over the summer and been readied for this first run over hurdles. Looks a good race for her to start off and although hard to know about the others and a lot of lightly-raced runners, not without a chance.

Nice horse that won his Point last time out in April well. First run back and under rules today but has been doing well and excited to get going with him. Trip and soft ground fine and should not be far away.

Nice filly that is making his debut here today in a bumper. Knows her job and has been doing plenty of work but will learn a lot from the experience. Tom will help in the saddle, but certainly one to note for the future.

Lovely former Point winner in Ireland that is having his debut under rules today in a NH Flat race. Expected to be fit enough (done plenty of work) and the horses overall are running well at the moment. Of course, in races like this it's hard to know about the others in the race being very lightly-raced but we are happy with our horse and should be going well here with the trip, ground and track all fine. Tom rides.

We were delighted with Faitque De Lisle's comeback third earlier this month at Stratford when he just tired in the closing stages. He will be straighter today and with the team in good form we have to be hopeful he can open his winning account.

Do Your Job had a great year in high-class novices last season and I don't think the handicapper reacted at all harshly to his last impressive Grade 2 win at the Ayr Scottish National meeting. He's in great form for this comeback and I'm excited to see where he fits with these top-grade experienced chasers.

Hurdles debut here today after two runs in NH Flat races. Has schooled well but a tough ask in what looks a hot race, while he's also back from a wind op. Feel he's better than what he's shown though, but work in progress and be happy with an improved showing here and go from there.

Lovely horse that we have high hopes for. Only had two career runs, but was a tasty winner at Uttoxeter last time out - going in by 7 lengths. Had a bit more up his sleeve that day so we feel he deserves his chance in this better race. Trip and ground are ideal and looking forward to seeing how he gets on in this better company. Place chance, but hopeful he'll make his presence felt. Luca Morgan, who was on last time, rides.

Nice horse that was a winner in a Point back in April. Rules debut here today but is going the right way at home and every help in the saddle with Tom riding. A nice run expected with e/w claims outside the Fry and Bowen runners.

Ran well for a fair way on debut at Bangor last time out but just got tired in the closing stages. Had a break over the summer and seems stronger, but work in progress with more experience needed.

CD winner here. Looks a trappy race but we'd have a leading chance. Usually goes well fresh and has won round here in the past. Good ground looks ideal for him these days and the trip holds no fears. He is off a high mark but doesn’t look a deep contest and should go very close

Robbie Dazzler ran well when third over just short of today's trip at Bangor but faded third time up the hill late on stepping up to 3m2f at Fontwell. This flat track will be more to his liking and a repetition of the Bangor form would put him in the mix.

Some old faces in this Vets Race, including Cloth Cap, but Some Chaos has a following too and we won this race last year too. Back off a 2lb lower mark this year and a horse that goes well off a break. This has been the target for a while again and the ground is fine. Ben knows the horse well and rode him to win this 12 months ago too. Probably a slightly harder race than last year, but we head here as the current champ in the race and hopeful he can go well again.

Won his bumper well last season then put up a good performance in a hot bumper at Lingfield. Was found to be lame after his last start at Hereford, has schooled well at home and conditions should be ideal for him today the top two in the market will be hard to beat and have decent reputations. Should be in first 4 if all goes well

First run for us after running on the flat 11 times - mainly for Joseph Parr. Useful performer on the level too - rated in the 80's and has schooled well for this first run over hurdles. Looks a race with just two others with chances - based on our flat ratings - Summer Moon and Onesmoothoperator, but providing his jumping holds up shows plenty of pace at home and hopeful that will see him go close. Tom rides.

Yet to win a race, but has only had one career run for us after coming from the Ed de Giles yard. Last seen back in Feb but that came on heavy ground and was put away for the summer after. Better ground today will help and despite not winning a race yet has shown some fair form over hurdles, including here at Stratford. Lightly-raced over fences too and should have more to come. Place chance in an open affair.

Mofasa is a big chasing type who showed plenty of promise on his first start when fourth at Ffos Las. We gave him plenty of time after that and he has schooled well and matured physically over the summer. The Snowden horse has some good pointing form and looks the one to beat.

Three runs in NH Flat races to date and has shown glimmers of ability. Not been out since January so likely to need this to blow away the cobwebs and hoping we can get him over the sticks soon after.

Mr Chua has been largely disappointing this season but is slipping down the weights as a result so is off a very good mark if finding any of his old form. Visor replaces cheek-pieces which will hopefully help as should the return to turf, another potential plus for him.

Touch of the 2nds and 7ths in his races, but in between those has won a race at Leicester. We gave him a break since that last run when running below-par at Ffos Las (beaten fav). Seems well for the time off, but needs to bounce back and is 0-from-13 on the AW tracks.

Robbie Dazzler ran easily his best race when third at Bangor the other day. He is bred to appreciate today's longer trip and off his selling-plater's mark of 77 has his first realistic chance of a victory. We hope he can take the opportunity.

Czech Her Out has plenty of recent placed form on her card but the latest run here last month behind in-form top-weight Sheila Nash was very disappointing. Hopefully she can get back to the earlier form in which case she would have each-way chances again.

Mr Chua returned with a good run at the start of the turf season but had been below that level since and we gave him a wind-op last month. On his form of last year he would be very competitive off this mark and if the surgery works he could go very close.

Got a bit of seconditis as the moment - landing the silver medal in her last three. Conditional jockeys' race here but we've a good pilot in Luca Morgan riding. Is well after recent run at Worcester after 3 weeks off and will love the ground and trip. We come here with a decent each-way chance.

Battled on really well the last day at Southwell to win by just over a length. Up 4lbs for that win and Luca rides again to claim 3lbs, which helps. Has had a few months off to freshen up again too and well for that. Another bold bid on the cards.

Dinsdale has been running below what has been needed to win a hurdles handicap but his mark has been dropping and this is a lower level than he has been contesting latest. If it all came together tonight it wouldn't be the biggest surprise in the world. 

Broke his duck when winning at Leicester last month. Up 4lbs for that here but has taken that last race well and fresh after a month off. First run at the track but no reason why it won't suit. Should have every chance.

Still looking for first career win from 6 races. But is fit and well after two races this summer but we are running out of the handicap here so will need to find something. On a plus, gets in here with just 10-2 to carry again and loves the quicker ground. Small e/w based on the fact the race seems to lack depth outside the Henderson and Harris horses.

Second runner in the race for us and looks to have a leading chance too. Yet to win a race but has only had 5 career runs and been in the top three 4 times. Stayed on well over 2m4f last time too so the step up in trip this time is a plus and should have more scope for improvement being lightly-raced. Expected to go well. A 1-2 in the race would be nice!

Back to a bit of form last time at Southwell when third. Up just a pound for that run here and Luca keeps the ride to claim 3lbs. CD winner at the track too and seems to have some out of that last race well. A race with many chances but we feel we've got an e/w chance.

Last chance saloon for him really been disappointing since coming back from a break hoping the step up in trip helps him but has got plenty to prove all though he is on a very good mark if re capturing some old form

Will be much better for his recent race at Ffos Las after a 4 month break. Kept on well that day so the longer trip here up to 2m7f will help. The favourite looks very well handicapped and could be very hard to get near but otherwise not a deep contest and should have strong each way chances.

Disappointing last twice especially last time when ran far to bad to be true. So on a bit of a recovery mission today but hopefully turf will help and not a great race if he can re capture some form, his old form gives him every chance. Hollie Doyle rides too and hoping she can work her magic to get him his deserved first win (14 runs).

Lost her action the last day at Ffos Las and was pulled up in the end. Given her almost a month to get over that but it was a shame as prior to that had run better when second at the Welsh track. Back over hurdles to try and get her confidence back a bit but seems well at home and the return to this Class 5 will also help. Each-way chance.

Karlie disappoimnted last time but we have had her wind done since then. There is a slight question mark on the step up in trip but we feel she will stay and she has won a point in the past. She looks to be on a good mark if everything clicks so reasons to be optimistic.

Has been very consistent in his last few runs but doesn't look to have a massive amount in hand of the handicapper. Conditions should suit Caldwell and hopefully they will go a good gallop up front. Ideally he will want that and to come late off a strong pace. He should not be far away.

Drop back to 7f will be a plus but does need to bounce back from a poor run at Leicester last time out and is still looking for his first career win. Hopeful of better but hard to get too excited until we see more on the track.

Consistent profile on the flat in truf races - with 7 top three finishes from 12 runs. Down 2lbs from last time helps and we are coming here as he's also a winner over hurdles at the track. The Bell horse - Moonlit Warrior - will probably be hard to beat but outside that one we'd have place claims.

A consistent enough sort, Cents In The City has always struggled to get close in his races. Tonight's stiff mile could suit him better especially with some cut in the ground. The blinkers might bring a bit more improvement and while he is not one to get carried away with, he could pinch a place. 

Court Master has bits and pieces of recent form - he was fourth in the Eider - but seems to struggle at this sort of grade. The ground and trip will suit and first-time blinkers could help him. Small each-way chances.

Hey Frankie has done nothing wrong in two bumpers and two runs in novices. Going back up from 2m1f to 2m4f is a big plus for her. The ground will be fine and we are hoping for a big run in an open mares' handicap. She's going there with every chance today.

Rolfe Rembrandt didn't enjoy the undulations at Newmarket last time. He was also slowly away so that run can be ignored. He was a course winner back in March and has since won at Wetherby. Saffie remains in the saddle to claim 3lbs and it will be no surprise to see him bounce back here today in an open race. Each-way.

Ran well at Doncaster on re appearance, disappointed last time but that was down to the track not suiting and the over watered ground. Doesn’t have anything in hand on the handicapper but this does look the right race for him on paper. Ground should be fine and stays 2m well

2-time hurdles winner but has been below par recently in his races. Ran well for much of the race last time at Ffos Las but just got tired late on there. Small e/w chance but an amateur riders' race and our jockey has only had a few rides so probably not a race to go mad in.

Needed the run back the last day at Ffos Las, when down the field over 2m4. We are stepping her up to 3m this time as feel worth another go - last time he ran over this trip was in 2020. 2lbs lower this time too and won't mind the ground. Probably just a small e/w chance though taking on some in-form rivals.

Just touched off at Kempton on the AW last time out (2^nd) – switch to the turf here is fine and 2lb rise is offset with Callum Hutchinson’s 5lb claim. Also ran a bit free the last day so the drop back a few furlongs will suit and less racing weight in this better grade too. Should go well and be in the mix.

CD winner here at the track and will be fitter for a recent spin on the flat. Certainly well-treated on older form off this mark though (106) Ground is fine too and should run his race but the in-form winners at the head of the beating might be hard to beat.

Has run two solid races the last twice - 3rd and 2nd. Up 2lbs for the last of those, which came here too but makes her fencing debut here today. Has schooled well enough and this has been the plan for a while. Small e/w chance but be happy with a clear round and the experience. Maliboo sets the standard.

Does seem to like coming second in his races - 5 of his last 6 races have been runner-up slots. Took a bit of a hold the last day and didn't last out - the step up in trip will helps and is a pound lower too. We've also given him a small 2 month break. Place chance.

Back last time after 286 days off but ran well to be beaten just a length into third. Better for that run and off the same mark here today. Has a decent record on the turf (flat) too with 10 runs and 7 top three finishes. The John Butler horse respected but we'd have chances of getting involved for sure - each-way.

Nice mare but down the field on chase debut at Warwick. Took a bit of a hold that day but with if coming off a 5 month break was a bit keen. Should be better for that run this time and down 4lbs too, plus Luca rides to take off 3lbs. The step up to 2m4f should slow things down a bit for her too and the tongue-tie is on this time too. Better on the cards, but might just need more experience over fences with the O'Brien and O'Neill runners the likely ones.

Yet to sparkle and is back from a break here today - likely to improve for the run after 4 months off but first run into a handicap will help. Be happy with a step forward and build from there.

CD winner here at the track and ran well for much of the way last time in a better race at York. The winner of that race looks a nice horse so we feel the form is solid. 8lbs higher than when last winning here in April but Hollie, who rode that day, is back in the saddle too. Back in grade and looks to have a big chance.

Last seen back in Feb - has had a nice break since and ready to run again. Comes back on a 2lb lower mark and Luca riding to claim another 3lbs off. Not badly treated on old form but last win now was in 2020 so a bit to prove. Hopeful the first time tongue-tie will help - is on to try and get him to settle -and will love the ground, but only small e/w if settling!

Back last time at the start of this month with a decent third - only beaten a length - and also got blocked in-running that day. Has come out of that race well and only a pound higher. Luca rides again and can claim 3lbs too - will love the ground and hopeful of a decent run. Should have a solid e/w chance.

Last seen jumping at Warwick at the start of this month. That was his first run back from a wind op too so likely to improve for it but is back on the level here today and probably best watched in this amateur riders' race.

Gunna be a tall order to beat the hot favourite from the Skelton yard but hopeful we can give her a race with our mare. She shaped well on her return run at Worcester last time out but did race a bit too keen. Was only her third career outing though and with that coming over 2m4f we are dropping her back in trip so she can hopefully settle better with them going a tad quicker. Improving all the time and the ground is fine - we'd be disappointed if she's not in the first two.

Yet to win a race but has only had 8 career runs. Fit from the AW and wasn't beaten far the last day at Southwell (3l). Only had one run on the grass too so we feel there is more to come on the green stuff. Each-way claims.

3-time winner on the AW on the flat - has schooled well ahead of this hurdles debut and is fit and well with his last run just 18 days ago. Tricky to know how his jumping will hold up but will love the ground and looking forward to seeing how he gets on. Small place chance.

Improving all the time and has won 2 of his last 3 now. Last time was a top winner at Wetherby - travelling well for Saffie Osborne, who rides again here to claim 3lbs. Well after 3 weeks off and another big run on the cards but is up in grade and the handicapper has put him up 8lbs.

Nice winner on the AW last time at Kempton up 8lbs for that and back on the grass but seemed to enjoy that step up to 2m the last day and in this better race has only 8-13 to carry. Henderson horse to beat but is well so e/w chance.

Fair run on debut in a NH Flat race but that came back in October 20 - has had a few issues since and a wind op too last October. Nice to get him going again for the patient owners - looking forward to a nice run but not a race to get involved in with the Henderson and O'Brien runners the likely winners.

Didn’t do much wrong in her two bumpers, second at Taunton be fore not being suited by a slow pace and being short of run twice when making her run. Has schooled very well home, track trip and ground should all be fine. Has each way chances.

Step up to 3m really helped her last season including when winning at Worcester. Had excuses in runs after that, trip and ground should be ideal but track will perhaps be on the sharp side for her. Has plenty of weight but Luca Morgan takes important 3lb off

First run for us here after coming from the Kirk yard. Has won 3 times on the AW so today's track will suit - all wins over shorter though so the trip a bit of an experiment. First run back though since Aug so will improve for this but a nice recruit for the yard and one to note.

Won two runs ago at Newcastle on the AW and was a fair third last time out at Southwell off 6lbs higher. Same mark here as last time and Saffie rides again to claim 3lbs. Good record in the grass and doesn’t look a great race so expected to not be far away.

Last won back in March 21 over hurdles but has been lightly-raced since with just three runs. Not been out since July as he's had a wind op during that time off too and so first run back here today. Decent flat record though with 9 runs and six top three finishes. On a fair mark too - trip and ground will be fine, but being first run back might just improve for this.

3-time AW winner, but yet to win in the grass. First run for the yard here today - back from a break too so is likely to improve for this, plus we'll also learn more here today too.

Ran well in a similar Vets race at Ascot last time out - gets in here off the same mark, will love the ground and a repeat of that last effort would be good enough to see him go close here.

Two fair runs at Newcastle recently over 1m4f - upped in trip here to 2m as we feel it will suit. Hollie, who rode last time, is booked to ride again. Hoping this will open up some doors and not without an e/w chance if staying.

Returned from a long time off last time at Fontwell so will be much better for that run. 4lbs lower this time and dropped in grade here. Better on the cards but might need another run still.

Nice to have a runner in the Scottish National. A fair fourth in the Eider Chase last time out at Newcastle and won well the time before at the same track. Nice racing weight (10-9) here too and we feel the 4m trip will be fine having run well over 4m 1 1/2 last time. Likes to race up with the pace so that should also keep him out of trouble and has been freshened up with a month off. Track and ground ideal. Will need a career-best off this mark though, so Each-way claims at best but a very open race.

Has had a great season - ran the Arkle winner Edwardstone to 10 lengths at Kempton over Xmas and then won well at Newcastle last time out. Back into Novice company here and back to a track he's won at before. Step up in trip seemed to suit last time too. On these terms we look the one to beat in a tight race and he comes here fit and well. Looking forward to a big run.

First run on the AW at Newcastle last time resulted in a winning one! Up 6lbs for that but remains in great form and no reason why the Southwell track won't suit. Should go close.

Disappointed us a bit last time at Sandown back in December so we gave him a break since. Is fresh and well, plus like to run off a lay-off. Won first time out this season. Down 2lbs from last time helps but is still 7lbs higher than that win in Oct. Each-way chance with good record fresh, but would need a career-best off this mark.

Does have a habit of finishing second - has done just that in his last five races! Same mark again and Rhys rides this time to claim 3lbs, while we are trying the cheekpieces too. Can hopefully get off the mark but another solid e/w run on the cards.

Back to a bit of form last time at Carlisle on a track that probably doesn’t play to his strengths. Has come out of that race in great form ground should be ideal not many runners so hopefully he can build on his last run on a track that should suit better.

Pulled up the last day at Doncaster in the SkyBet Chase. - 3lbs lower here and back to last winning mark and will find this company more to his liking as in a Vets race. Bit to prove at the moment but is well after a few months off and not without an e/w chance.

Took a step forward the last day here when third - similar race but down a pound helps. Draw 9 not ideal but does like to come from off the pace so not a massive issue - will just need some luck in-running. Should have a leading chance.

Lovely mare and delighted to have a runner in this race, but a tall order on the ratings - she is off 126 here and the top-rated is 150, off level weights. Fit and well though, so won't disgrace, but likely to find several too good.

Pulled up last time against leading Supreme fancy Jonbon - lost his action. Had a small break since and this has been the target since. Won both starts prior to last time too so still feel he's a hurdler with potential. Very hot race though so a place might be the best we can hope for. Low weight and goes well fresh are the pluses though.

Likely to be the outsider of three here, but not without a squeak. Returned from a long time off (almost 2 years) to run a fair fourth at Exeter last month. Will be much better for that and we feel he's worth a try over this longer trip.

Former Pointer that has plenty of experience in that sphere. Rules debut here today so the horse will learn a lot, but hoping her experience will be a plus against some lightly-raced sorts. Probably not a race to get too involved in though.

Likes to win a silver medal - has won four in his last 4 runs! But is building up a consistent profile as a result and we feel he's improved since that last run and despite not winning from 11 now is certainly capable of breaking his duck in a race like this.

Nice draw in 3 helps but is back from 4 months off here so might just need this run. Only career win came on the turf on soft ground and this is also his first run on any AW track. Blinkers should help though as can often be slow away and not badly treated at the moment. Overall a bit of a fact finding mission here and likely to be better for the run.

Needed the run back the last day here after 3 1/2 months off. Was also his first run back from being gelded so we can expect some improvement here in this lower grade. We also feel the cheekpieces on for the first time here will suit. Small place claims.

Returned from a small break last time at Chelmsford on what was only his fifth career run. Got tired over that 1m2f trip that day so the drop back to 7f will help. But drawn wide in 10 no help so really just hoping for a bit of luck from there and an improved run.

Won two starts back at Huntingdon and ran okay last time on the AW at Lingfield - didn't get the best of runs. Back on the turf a plus and going the right way for sure. Hard to know much about the others but feel we'd have an e/w chance here. 

Came to us from the Kayley Woollacott yard so first run for us. Only win came two starts back at Warwick but that was back in Sept 20. We’ll learn more here today.

More needed than last time when down the field at Newbury. Longer trip should help and is also eased in grade here today. But overall does need to improve on that last effort.

Has been a bit frustrating with 4 silver medals from 7 runs over hurdles. Had a wind op last month to help after a poor run last time. But the softer ground didn’t suit that day either so hoping things dry out a bit here. Poor race so should have a fair chance.

Been highly-tried in recent runs against the likes of Third Time Lucki and Edwardstone - was only 10 lengths behind Edwardstone two runs ago and that form looks solid now. Easier race here so expecting we are the one to beat here now into a handicap for the first time. Luca Morgan helps with his big weight by claiming 3lbs.

A race we won in 2017, so does have some nice memories. Feel we've got another leading chance too with this 9 year-old. Won well here last time - staying on well over 3m that day so worth a go at this longer trip. Would not want the ground to get much softer and only 2lbs higher than last time. Stamina over this 4m1f trip is an unknown though, so we'll have to see how he goes as the race gets into the final mile. But comes here fit and well so won't lack in that dept. Each-way (if staying!)

Promising debut run at Newcastle on a similar race back in December. Was only beaten just over 6 lengths that day when getting tired in the closing stages. Had a nice break to get over that run but is ready to race again. Will be better once going hurdling but should run a solid race. The Venetia, Fry and Nicholls horses look the likely winners.

First run for us - was formerly with the Ed de Giles yard. Yet to win over hurdles but has been second four times. We've not had the horse long and hasn't been out since 22nd Aug so we'll learn more here. But jumps well enough at home so back starting him over fences again here and has gone well fresh in the past too. Tom George horse feared, but we'd have an Each-way chance.

Winning Pointer but has only had one run under rules and that came back in 2020 over hurdles at Warwick (fell). Has had some issues since so we’ve taken our time with him. Nice to get back going with him and the plan was always to go over fences. Schooled well, but just be happy with a solid run and go from there.

Been gelded and had a wind op since we last saw him being pulled up at Musselburgh (hurdles) back in October. Returns on the flat here today though and first run on the AW. Taking on some in-form rivals though so just happy to get back going with him and build from there.

Not a bad run last time at Sedgefield, when fourth of 14. Down a pound for that here while we gave him a few months off to get over that run and freshen up. Well at home and we feel with a bit of improvement from last time should be in the mix here. Decent e/w chance.

Just two runs to date in NH Flat races for Sumelia and she has yet to trouble the judge but hurdling was always the plan. She has had some issues hence the 507-day absence and it's nice to get her going again. The hood is there to keep her mind on the job and she comes here having schooled well. Really we're just looking for a solid run and build from there.

Lightly-raced so will have more to come, but is yet to trouble the judge from four runs. Down a pound and George Rooke can claim 3lbs here so better off and we think the step up in trip will help. Good draw in 1 too, but overall just hoping for an improved effort.

Three-time winner over the sticks but is yet to win a race on the flat. Ran okay at Kempton a few years ago though (4th) and is 3lbs lower this time. Trip is fine and fit from a spell at the end of last year over jumps, but this does look a race that the first two in the market are likely to fight out, so only small e/w chance really.

Hot race the last day at Cheltenham so will find this a bit easier. Down 5lbs in the ratings too and before that last run ran a solid second at Newbury off just a pound higher. Seems well at home after a few months off too and will be more at home over this shorter trip to last time. The Jefferson and Richards horses the ones to aim at, but we feel the Newcastle track will suit and could easily make that pair pull out the stops.

Did well on debut at Huntingdon but was a beaten favourite last time at Hereford so we were a bit disappointed with that run. Just got a bit tired in the closing stages that day so we gave him a break as that last race - in hindsight - might have just come a bit too soon. Well at home and seems to have enjoyed the break so certainly not without a chance here of bouncing back and his two runs will be valuable experience.

Bit of an in-and-out performer these days. Pulled up the last twice so we gave him a small break (2 months) to prepare for this. Trip and good ground is perfect, but no spring chicken at 11 years-old and is still rated 3lbs higher than his last win so at this stage of his career would probably need a career-best, but is fit and well at home and has often run okay off a break in the past.

Nice Novice Chaser that has been running in some hot races this season. Respectable runner up to the useful Edwardstone last time at Kempton, which was encouraging as that came off the back of a fall at Sandown. Only 2 rivals here but we can expect For Pleasure to blast off in front and that will suit us having a pace to aim at. Third Time Lucki is the other in the race though, that is rated 10lbs higher to us and we only get 5lbs, so a small bit to find. But that horse was 16 lengths behind Edwardstone last time (in the race we fell in) so we’ve certainly got a chance having finished nearer to that horse since and give him a race!

Not shown much so far from 3 runs so best watched here until we see more on the track. Will be better once handicapped.

Yet to win a race from 10 starts, but has gone close the last twice (2nd both times) and so repeats of those efforts, at a track we know suits, should give him a big chance and hopefully can get off the mark here. George Rooke, who has ridden him the last 5 times, knows the horse well and rides again.

Has ability and won a bumper on his second run last time at Huntingdon (looked green that day too), but this is a big step up in grade here and much different conditions racing on the AW here. Seeing as he was so green last time then hopeful he's learned a lot from that too. Fit and well though and we feel the AW will suit (has a good flat pedigree) - plus the step up in trip will help too. But will need to improve again from last time and really be delighted with a top half finish.

Did well a few season’s ago but has lost his way a bit since - last win came in 2019. That said, last three runs have been over in France too and was looking the winner of this run at Auteuil two starts ago when falling late on. Had a few months off and returns to run in the UK on a fair mark. Likes to lead and won’t mind the soft ground either. McCain horse looks the one to beat, but can’t rule out back in this grade too - each-way.

Nice Novice Hurdler that has improved to win his last two in good fashion. Certainly feel there is more to come from him and will love conditions here. But is up in grade again here and it looks like we’ll all have to go to beat the well-touted Henderson horse Jonbon, who is already a leading player for the Supreme Novices’ Hurdle at the Festival.

Listed hurdle winner and ran well first time over fences. Disappointing next time at Ffos Las - never travelled from the word go. Has had a good freshen up since then, this is a massive ask on just her third chase start but has potential to be a smart mare.

Having his first run for us having arrived from France all his best form seems to be between 2-2m4f handles soft ground well, goes well at home but will learn a lot more about him after today, but would have solid each-way chance if matches best French form.

Been more than happy with him since he came to us - winning at Ffos Las and Ayr. Into a handicap for the first time here and does have his fair share of weight, but we feel he's going the right way still and won't mind the ground. Should have a big chance of landing the three-timer.

Winning Pointer that is lightly raced - just one run under rules. That came back in Feb 20 too over hurdles and has been off since with some issues. Nice to get back going with the horse though. Returns over fences for the first time under rules - has schooled well but having a 689-day lay-off expected to improve for the run in what looks a hot little race, despite only three other runners.

Slightly unlucky last time still travelling well when coming down at Sandown, looks to have plenty to find with Edwardstone but has come back from Sandown in great form. He has schooled well since at home, ground should be perfect for him and hopefully he will handle the track, but will need a career best to take this - but second very much up for grabs if the fav runs to form.

Yet to win over hurdles from 6 runs but has been runner up 4 times! Wasn’t beaten far at Cheltenham last time out in a better race than this so a repeat of that run would see her running well here. The longer trip is a bit of an unknown - this will be the furthest she’s gone to date, but we feel it’s worth a crack. Well after a break too so feel we’d have a decent chance here and hopefully she can gain a deserved first win over hurdles. The Skelton and Twiston-Davies horses look the dangers.

Won well at Bangor back in Nov 20 but failed to build on that after. Had another wind op (third) last month as we feel that will help her and first run back since. Has not been out for a while either, but capable of going well fresh - has shown that in the past - and seems well at home. 8lbs higher than last win though so a bit more needed, but seems well at home and not without a small e/w chance.

Had a long time off - missing most of 2020 and 2021, but returned in Oct and Nov this year with two fair runs (flat and jumps). Better each time and was back over hurdles last time with a solid fourth at Newcastle. Same mark here after running well for 90% of that last race - just got tired in the closing stages. Has come on at home for that and we think the tight track here will suit. Luca rides again too and claims 5lbs, while the ground is fine. Should have a nice e/w chance.

Has been a bit frustrating in 6 hurdles runs, with 4 seconds. Ran another solid race last time at Cheltenham too (5^th), but trying her over a bit further today. Travels well in her races and should go well again, but a hot Listed Mares race and we’ve a bit to find with the Williams and King runners, so a place might be all we can hope for again.

Looks a very open race but we’d like to think we’d have as good a chance as any. Ran his first decent race over hurdles last time although hard to know what he achieved in such a small field. Very different today but hopefully that last run will have given him some confidence is potentially well handicapped if putting it all in trip and ground should be fine.

Should some decent enough form over 2m4f the last twice, but both times failing to get home the drop to 2m will hopefully help him. Pedigree suggests a drop in trip will suit, he will probably be happier going right handed as well as he jumps slightly right. Ground should be fine so must have a decent chance.

Third career run here today - not shown up in opening races to date but will gain more experience here and get a handicap mark after this. Will be much more competitive thereafter.

Hung right a bit the last day here, when 5th of 11, but it was still a solid run off a long break. Into a handicap for the first time helps and will be suited by the step up in trip. Well drawn too in 4 and should have more to come being lightly-raced. Poor race should see us have a leading e/w chance here.

Pleased with her debut second at Taunton at the end of October. Done well since at home and had plenty of time to get over that run (1 ½ months). Hard to know much about the others with a lot of newcomers, but our experience will be a plus and is building a bit from that last run can go close. With the form of that opening run looking okay as the winner has since gone well in a few Listed Hurdles.

Did nothing wrong in his first bumper at Huntingdon beaten by a very well bred type. The experience will have done him a lot of good, the step up in trip should also help him he wouldn’t want to much rain but only a light shower forecast, should be far away.

Ran well at Newbury on first start since a wind op, the step up in trip looks a big plus based on that evidence. Ground should be ideal for him as better ground is important for him. Hopefully the step up in trip will help bring out a bit more improvement.

Well-bred 4 year-old gelding that is doing well at home - strong type. Does everything right at home and has been away as well. Should handle conditions fine and if he shows what he does at home on the track and the galloping, then should not be far away. Of the rest, the Sue Smith yard having won this race for the last two years, her runner is worth a check in the market.

Only career win came from 25 runs under rules came at Wetherby in March 2020. Hasn’t been able to build on that since but is now rated 11lbs lower. Will love the ground though - the softer the better and gets in here with just 10st. Overall though does have a bit to prove at the moment.

Promising young chaser that won well on debut over fences at Warwick last month. That came after a top hurdles season last term and ran a cracker to be second in the Grade One Top Novices’ Hurdle at Aintree back in April. Jumps his fences well and we feel he’s up to the task of running in this G1 Novices’ Chase already. Is a hot race, with the other 6 all having claims, with the Skelton runner - Third Time Lucki - the one we’ve probably all got to beat. No shock to see our fella outrun his odds though.

Won well at Uttoxeter in October and made a mistake at a crucial stage last time at Musselburgh then third. Still stayed on well that day to suggest with a better round of jumping can make his presence felt here. Had a month off too and Sean Bowen booked to ride. Acts well on most ground too and track (first run here) will be fine. Does, however, looks a better race than last time - upped in grade - so will probably need to find a bit more improvement, but that's not out of the question. Place claims.

Ran way too free last time at Market Rasen over the longer trip so actually did well to only be beaten 5 3/4 lengths. Therefore, dropping back in trip here should see them go quicker and that will suit. 2lbs lower too and also eased in grade will help. Hopeful he's got a decent e/w chance.

In in-form Simcock horse is respected but we are certainly not without a chance. A close second at Wolves last time out and only a few pounds higher there. Similar race and George booked to ride again too to claim 3lbs. Has also run well here at Kempton so should not be far away.

Certainly a horse that has ability and was going placed 3 years ago. Did well back in 2018 - winning twice over hurdles, but has had his problems since and been off the track for almost 4 years! His owners have been patient with him and he's had a few wind ops too. Goes without saying this will be a bit of a fact finding mission after such a time off, but is doing everything asked of him at home and it's great to see him back on the track.

Nice horse that came to us a few months ago from the Adrian Wintle yard - won on debut for us at Ffos Las as expected and despite having to give 7lbs plus away to all the others here should have every chance of following up. Has done well since at home and 3 weeks is plenty of time to have got over that last outing. We'd be disappointed if he's not winning again.

Didn't jump great the last day at Wincanton and was pulled up in the end. It was a shame as won well the time before at Chepstow on his return. Only dropped a pound for that last run and still 6lbs higher than when winning in Oct. Will love the good ground though and going left-handed here will suit him better we feel. Seems well in himself at home - You need to forgive that last effort, but if you can he's not without a squeak at a price.

Ran 9th in this race 12 months ago and is off the same mark this year, but does get to carry 4lbs less in racing weight. Pulled up the last day at Chepstow too after making a breathing noise during the race so we've had his wind operated on since. Therefore, first run back here since that op so we'll have to see how he gets on and it is a very competitive affair. On a plus, does like it here at Newbury - twice a course winner over fences - so that gives us some encouragement.

Gutsy win on her return run at Exeter last month and wasn't disgraced in a much better race at Newbury last time (4th). Took a bit of a hold that day, but the longer trip and ease in grade will help here so into calmer waters then we feel she's the one to beat here today and can hopefully get back to winning ways.

Back from over a year off so expected to need the run here today. On a plus, has a nice draw in 3 and George takes off 3lb, but one step nearer to getting a handicap mark here today and that will help going forward.

A nicely bred son of Three Eagles does everything well at home and shows a good level of ability, there look nice sorts on paper in this race but he goes well is professional in all his work at home so hopefully won’t be to far away Each-way claims.

Yet to win from 6 runs over hurdles but has not run that badly. Not a great race here helps too and on paper looks between us and the Bandey horse. Been very disappointing since his bumper win, but - as mentioned - this race looks just about as weak as it can get, is fit and well had a wind op over the summer which will hopefully help him has to prove he stays this far but pedigree suggests he should.

Not been seen over the jumps since Sept 18! Had some fair form to his name back then though and still only an 8 year-old so has time on his side. Had a few issues and his owners have been patient, plus returned last month on the flat to blow away the cobwebs and that helped too. Has come out of that well and has won off this mark over fences in the past. Does have 12st to carry though but we are helping with Luca taking off 5lbs. Overall, just nice to see him back jumping and not without an e/w squeak if picking up where he left off in this code 3 years ago.

Running a few pounds out of the handicap here so a bit to find on that. Been poor the last two starts too but on a plus did run well here at Ffos Las three runs ago (2^nd) Light weight with just 10st helps and we feel the first-time cheekpieces will help her today. But finds winning hard and each way chances look his best chance today. As mentioned - has run well over course and distance before, but hasn’t been in great form over the summer

Has had another wind operation since her last run, when second at Worcester at the start of Oct. Into a handicap here for the first time and will need to cope with the big weight, but she’s an improving mare and we bring her back to a track she’s won at before. Lightly raced and has some decent form to her name, plus the form of her first chase has worked out well - round here should also suit her better than Worcester. This trip maybe shorter than ideal but she wants some cut in the ground which isn’t easy to find at the moment and it does look a very competitive race, but we head here with a decent chance.

Ran well here last time form of that race seems to be working out well, is sure to have come on for that run, as he ran to free early in the race. A couple in here with bits of form but a repeat of his last run should see him go very close trip and ground should be ideal.

She’s a nice mare that has been unlucky not to get off the mark over hurdles - been second in her last two runs over the sticks and runner-up in her last four (had two runs on the flat too). Same mark as last time and even though she just went down by a neck, the first two pulled just over 6 lengths clear of the rest. Better race here but a bit less weight to carry - should travel well into the race again, but just hope she can see it out a bit better. Trip and ground are fine. Each-way.

On a bit of a recovery mission after refusing to race last time at Bangor. Prior to that won well at the same track. Was a bit of a strange one last time as no real reason for it. She seems well at home since and if you are prepared to forgive that last time then would have a fair place chance, with the Mullholland horse the obvious one.

Ran below par last time out at Fakenham - is better than that though. Tongue tie is on today to help and back to a track he's a proven CD winner at will help. Also down another few pounds in the ratings helps and now only 3lbs higher than last win. Seems well after a month off and despite a tight little race we head here with a decent E/W chance, but only 2 places up for grabs.

Down the field on debut here last month. That track experience is a help but needs to show more on that. Work in progress but will be getting more experience here with the plan to go hurdling soon.

Tall order with the Nicholls and Snowden runners likely to fight this one out. Has schooled well for this hurdlers debut and will certainly learn a lot here, but I suspect playing for third or fourth.

Pulled out earlier this week but we’ve rerouted here with the softer ground a plus. First run for us after coming from the Adrian Wintle yard. Does everything right at home and has some decent form under his belt in bumpers. Has schooled well, plus the trip and ground should be ideal - we are hopeful of a big run.

Ran well for much of the way in this race 12 months ago (5^th) and only beaten 5 ¼ lengths. Is rated 5lbs higher this time but returned to the track last month from a break and a recent wind op to win well at Chepstow. Showed improved form when winning at Chepstow that day - showing that the wind op he had over the summer seems to have made a big difference to him. Ground should be ideal and he has won round here before. This is the highest mark he has been off which certainly won’t make life any easier but I don’t think he is done improving

Had a great season last season over hurdles finishing off with a career best when second in 2m novice hurdle at aintree. Always been looking forward to sending him over fences as he is a big horse who looks all over a chasing type. Has schooled very well over fences has done plenty of work this does look a competitive race hopeful he will improve again on last season.

Likable mare that returned to gain a gusty win at Exeter last month - getting up on the line. Had a hard race that day so we’ve given her a month off. Trip and ground are fine and should love the long Newbury straight. More on her plate though as up in grade here and taking on a few other fair sorts - especially the Skelton and Henderson runners - but she’s well and looking forward to seeing how she gets on in this better race. Should run better than odds suggest.

Ran well for much of the way last time at Newbury - travelled well into the race, but got very tired over that 6f and fell in a bit of a hole. Certainly ran better than his finishing position suggested. Back to 5f will help today and will love the ground. No shock to see him bounce back, but the Appleby horse seems to be improving and might be hard nut to crack - so only e/w claims for us today.

Ran well to be second over 1m2f at Chelmsford last time out so the step up to 1m4f was always the plan after that. No reason why the track won't suit despite running down the field here last December. George Rooke continues in the saddle to claim 3lbs and should have another solid e/w chance.

0-from-10 at the moment and well back in his last two races. Showed ability in France but shown absolutely nothing in his last few starts and needs a miraculous turn around in form.

Has been a bit unlucky in her races today for us. Rounded off last season with two career-best effort’s on the flat was unlucky not to win over hurdles last season, trip and ground should suit well and must have a decent chance but is a competitive event.

Looks a race of two halves - first run for us after coming from the Adrian Wintle yard. Hs show glimmers of form despite yet to win a race in four NH Flat races. Does everything right at home and has some decent form under his belt in his bumpers. Has schooled well, trip and ground should be ideal and are hopeful of a big run.

Elusive Polly ran okay for a long way last time but she looks a long way off some of these. We wouldn't want too much rain either.

Caldwell never showed at any stage at Chepstow last time but he is in great form in himself and has won well here in the past. Today's conditions will be no problem and on the form of his earlier win here he has to be in with a great chance.

Copper Coin ended the last campaign in great fettle and has started this season in even better form winning nicely at Uttoxeter. Everything should be right as he goes up in grade today,with trip and ground both suitable but he is 9lb higher. As he is clearly still improving he could well cope with this higher mark.

Mofasa is a lovely big horse who does everything well at home. He still needs to fill to his frame but works well. He's a horse that shows a decent level of ability but he wouldn't want lots of rain.

Gris Gris Top joined us from Ireland where he was second in a point and then a bumper, He is a big horse who does things well at home and looks a staying chaser in the making. Soft ground should not be an issue with him but this does look a very hot novice hurdle. That said, he's a very nice horse!

Dinsdale has been off the track for a while with injuries but has been back in work for some time. He had good form a couple of years ago on which he would have a chance but he will be ridden by a young lad having his first ride in public. Overall probably best watched today.

Hey Frankie is not from the greatest of families but there are some winners in there. He has taken a long time to come to hand and will need the experience today. He looks one for further down the line.

Saturn 'n Silk has done nothing wrong in her novice hurdles winning the last two. She doesn't appear to have much in hand starting handicapping but the trip and ground should be ideal. She comes here in great form and has to figure in a tight contest.

First run for the yard after coming from the Adrian Wintle camp. Has some fair NH Flat form (no wins) from 4 runs, and is having his hurdles debut here. One to note going forward but we'll learn more - and so will the horse - here today. The Murphy and Skelton horses seem to set a fair standard and you can't rule out the Gordon Elliott runner either.

Thirs run back from a wind op here and ran a blinder at Salisbury last time out on his favoured soft ground. Will hopefully get that again today and is only a pound higher. Bit tougher upped in grade but is a course winner here too and James Doyle booked. Does have a habit of starting slowly in his races, but in this ground that will help if he does that again. Recent winners, Spanish Star and Capote's Dream respected, but could not be happier with him and should go well. 

Drop back a tad in trip will help after getting tired over 1m2f last time at Chelmsford. But also needed the run that day as it came off a break so will be better for it. Top draw in 1 helps and 3lbs lower this time too. We also feel the first-time blinkers will help and George Rooke remains in the plate to claim 3lbs. More needed, but no shock to see an improved run from last time.

Fair jumping pedigree but is having his debut on the track here today. Goes well enough at home so looking forward to getting him on the track, but not a race to get involved in really with many newcomers, including one from the Nicholls camp, while of those we've seen the Newland runner - Tchoupinminzac - sets a fair standard.

Didn’t handle the track and the ground was much softer than she would have wanted at Fontwell last time, so actually ran well in the circumstances. A return to a flatter more galloping track will definitely help her. The favourite could be hard to beat but looks very open and has strong each-way chance

Ran well to be third at Worcester last time out at the end of last month. Down a pound for that helps and a similar race here today. Seems to be getting fitter with each race and in a tight little race looks to have every chance.

Needed the run the last day at Epsom after a time off. Has come on for that run at home since and that was also his first run back from a wind op. Cheekpieces are on today to help him settle and we think the step up to 2m will help. Need to see more on the track still though really. 

Last seen pulling up over hurdles at Huntingdon back in May. Back on the flat here today and doesn't have a bad record with 1 win from 3 runs on the AW. That came at Lingfield a few years ago though so a bit to prove at the moment. But seems well at home and returns on a lower mark with George also taking off 3lbs. Not without a small e/w chance if reproducing his fair fourth at Lingfield over this trip back in Jan, off a 3lb lower mark.

Ran in the Topham Chase the last day in April at Aintree. Prior to that was a good winner at Kelso and returns here fresh and well. Has gone well off a break in the past and the horses seem to be running well too. Trip, ground and track are all fine and well at home. Should have a leading e/w chance in an open race.

Didn’t show a great deal in bumpers,  has schooled well and is from a decent family but this is ultra competitive and she will need to improve massively to be involved.

Improved form with every run and better ground, finished last season in style when winning a valuable handicap up at Musselburgh easily. This is a big step up from that but is improving all the time and looks like he could still be well handicapped will be happier going left-handed as well.

Started off last season well when third at this meeting then winning valuable chase at Kelso didn’t really fire after that not seeing out his races. Was found to have a breathing issue which was sorted over the summer so hopefully will see him back to himself today, trip and ground are perfect for this veterans race.

Won well on debut on decent ground at Taunton ran well when 6th in a listed event after that despite not really handling the soft ground that day. Hated the surface at Newcastle when running there on the all weather, jumps brilliantly track and trip ideal should take all the beating, won’t run if ground is unsafe.

Former point winner who did nothing wrong in bumpers or over hurdles was unlucky last time when she got taken out on final bend resulting in an injury that ruled her out for the rest of the season. Is a big mare who chasing has always been the target this is competitive but hope she will improve on her hurdles form.

Down the field on debut at Southwell in a similar race in June. She's done well since but this will teach her more today - hopeful of better, but really one for the future once she's got more experience.

Debut run here today - has been doing well at home and is ready to run. Trip and ground are fine and looking forward to a respectable race. Will learn a lot from this but probably not a race to get too involved in with so every runner having their first runs today.

Ended last season in great form - winning the last twice. Looks on a fair mark - ground should be ideal and stays well. Has run well round here before and has done plenty of work at home and often goes well fresh.

Had a decent 2 year-old campaign - winning once and placed in the top 3 four times. Acts well on soft ground so conditions will be fine and any more rain a plus. Did have a habit of missing the break and starting slowly last season but the cheekpieces are on today for the first time and hoping they will help. Has done well over the summer and feel he’s worth another crack over this 6f trip. Not without a small e/w chance in an open race, but a lot depends on the break.

A point winner who is a big mare so we have wasted no time in sending her chasing. Won one of her novice hurdles and wasn’t disgraced when third with a penalty, has schooled well at home and has done plenty of work ground and trip should be ideal. Looking forward to seeing how she does over fences. Each-way chance if jumping holds up.

Did well in all her novice hurdles last season running pretty consistently throughout. The step up in trip seemed to help when deservedly getting her head in front on her final outing. This looks much tougher today but is her last chance to run in a novice hurdle - ground and trip are ideal she has done plenty of work.

Raced a bit free the last day at Uttoxeter and got a bit tired in the closing stages. Down a few pounds for that here and with that being only his second run after being gelded and his first for 2 months, then can be expected to have come on for it. Trip and ground are perfect but taking on a few in-form recent winners in Blue Sans and Translink, so probably an e/w play.

Not beaten far at Lingfield over this trip the last day. Down 3lbs for that helps and George is in the saddle again here to claim 3lbs. More needed as yet to hit the frame from 7 runs but last time seemed a step in the right direction and if able to build on that small e/w chance.

Stayed on well to win well at Worcester last month so the step up in trip here to 3m2f will suit. Up 6lbs for that win though so more on her plate here. Has come out of that last race well though and hopeful of some more improvement over this longer trip. Tom rides again and so no reason why she can't go well again here in a very open race. Slightly softer ground okay - Each-way.

Needs to put the last run behind him when down the field at Southwell - Had a few months off to freshen up after that run and returns on a 4lb lower mark. Light weight of just 10-2 gives us a chance and a small e/w chance - but patchy form of late so hard to be too confident.

Ran okay last time at Perth despite falling late on. Had not chance of winning at the time as was getting tired, but did show a bit more promise on what was also his first run back from a wind op. The better ground here will help and we've given him almost 2 months off to get over that last run. Seems none the worse for the fall and dropped a few pounds helps. Does need a return to form but if running to the level that saw him finish a close second at Southwell in May, then would have small e/w claims, with the Paul Nicholls-trained Duc De Bourbon the clear one to beat.

Fairly lightly raced so we are hoping there is more to come from this 5 year-old. Amateurs’ Derby here but we’ve the experienced Tommie O’Brien ridding, who has ridden in over 200 races. Our horse returns from a wind operation too, which we are hopeful has improved him. Might have liked a bit of cut in the ground and the track is an unknown, but it’s a race that most of the runners seem to have a bit to prove so that would give us a small chance. But nice to get back going with him and even though a fair run is on the cards, will also improve for this seeing as it comes after 6 months off.

Got a bit outpaced last time out at Market Rasen so we feel the step up in trip here will help. This will be the furthest she’s gone by some way so a bit of an unknown, but recent runs suggest it’s worth a go. Also has a dropping handicap mark of 94, which is her lowest rating so far. Fit and well, so e/w claims on ground that will suit if getting the trip.

Returned last time out at Leicester to run a fair race - down 2lbs for that helps and stepping him up to 1m2f here today to see if that helps after running on well over 1m last time. Will be better for that last run as it came off a 5 month break too and has run well on the AW at Kempton in the past so not seeing any issues here - shouldn't be too far away today.

Back over fences here after running down the field over hurdles last time out here. Is looking well-handicapped off a mark of 83 with last chase win coming off 111. But that was back in 2018 so a fair bit to prove and only third run for us so we are still finding our feet with him. The pluses are we get in with a low weight and we feel the first time blinkers will help him focus too, but overall does need to show more on the track.

Pulled up at Uttoxeter last time out, but ran well for much of the race and even though was beaten at the time lost her action when jumping one of the final few hurdles. Down 3lbs for that helps and Tom takes over in the saddle. Slight step up in trip but we are also putting the tongue-tie on today for the first time to help with her breathing. Well after a month break and hopeful of better today. Each-way.

Lightly-raced 3 year-old - has only had five career runs. Better in his last two starts at Kempton and Newcastle on the AW, but is switched to the turf for the first time here today. The trip will be fine and is rated a pound lower on the grass, while George Rooke, who has ridden the horse before, can claim 3lbs. Has also been gelded since his last run (March 21) and seems to have benefitted from that at home. Might just improve for this as he's not been out for 5 months, but doesn't look the best of races so small e/w chance and should be picking up races like this going forward.

Had his problems, hence why he's been off the track since Feb 20. Connection have been patient with him and at 10 years-old still have something to give. Returns on a lowly mark (87) so can't be ruled out having been as high as 112 over hurdles a few years ago. Goes without saying will come on for the run after such a time off, but is well at home and looking forward to getting going with him again. Frankie Baby the one to beat - we'd have a small e/w chance.

Second to another of today's runners - Auld Sod - at Ffos Las at the start of June, but we meet that one much better terms today so hopeful we can get close and hopefully overturn that form. Mainly a consistent sort but does find winning hard and this looks a deeper race than last time. Trip and ground are perfect and hard to rule out with only 10-6 in weight to carry at a track the horse has run well at in the past. Each-way.

Didn’t get the best of runs last time here when turning in for home - short of room. But also didn’t quite see out the 3m trip that day either so the drop back to 2m4f will help. Ground is okay too and only 3lbs higher than when scoring last back in April at Carlisle. Hopeful of a better run with the Denise Forster runner - Make My Heart Fly - the one to fear, but we’d certainly have e/w claims.

Ran a bit too keen the last day at Worcester and has had a wind op since that run so hopeful that will help. First run back after the surgery is always a tad tricky but seems well at home for it and if reproducing his close second at Southwell back in May can certainly get involved. But is also 10lbs higher than last win, so a bit to prove and probably prefer to see how he fares on the track before being more confident. 

Did well last year for us but has lost his way the last twice. Softer ground wasn't ideal last time at Goodwood so this better surface will help though and that was also first run back from a wind op. 2lbs lower helps but is still 4lbs higher that last win so does need to find a big more in what looks a competitve race. Is well though after a small break and on this quicker ground still small e/w chance.

Fair run at Hexham last time out when 6th - down a few pounds for that helps and Luca Morgan booked today to claim 5lbs more. Trip and ground are perfect and seems to have come on at home for that last outing. Should not be far away and have decent e/w claims.

Nice mare that is having her racecourse debut here today. Likely to improve for the experience though and one for the future. But nice to get going with her.

Took a step forward last time out when fourth at Worcester with different tactics (we'll use them again) - kept on well that day so the step up to 2m4 we feel is what he needs. Up 4lbs but still gets in here with only 10st to carry, despite being 4lbs out the handicap. Ground is a slight worry if more rain comes but if improving for the trip will have a fair e/w chance.

Up 4lbs for her last win at Huntingdon, which looks fair. She's come out of the race well and that was also her first outing since a wind op so it was very encouraging. Had a month to get over that run but well at home since and in a similar race would have a decent chance again, but too much rain would be the concern - Dylan's Sea Song and Army Of One look the main dangers, but still hopeful of a good showing.

Ran well for a long way last time just not getting home in the soft ground. A stiff 2m should be exactly what she wants and will be disappointed if she doesn’t go close today.

Hasn’t shown much in his races over fences so far but this is by far the worst race he has been in. A stiff 2m should suit and ground should be fine but does need more.

Second runner for us today up at Perth. Won last time out at Carlisle back in April. Up into a much better race here though so more on his plate. Only 3lbs higher though and in this better race we get in with a very low weight of just 10st. Is fit and well so no shock if he ran into a place but a very tough race and taking on some decent handicap chasers.

Fell last time out at Aintree when running a fair race at the time. We've given him time to recover from that and the visor is on today to help him focus. Will love the ground and the trip is fine, plus has at least run at the track before when third here two runs back. Place chance.

Down to 2m here will help having got tired over 2m3f the last day. Also dropped 5lbs for that run but looks a tight little race and overall would probably still need to find a bit more here.

Couldn’t get competitive last time in a much better race than this. Track trip and ground should all be ideal hopefully he can get to the front with the blinkers on today too to help - a return to the form of his Chepstow run should see him go close.

Finds winning hard but didn’t run too badly behind shattered glass at Chepstow last time will need to improve of that to be winning - so placed chances at best.

Returned to form last time at Southwell with a close second. Raised 4lbs for that so more needed, but that last run came off a 6 month break too so we expect him to come on again. Ground and trip ideal so another e/w showing on the cards, but this does look a stronger and deeper race than last time.

Pulled up on debut for us at Southwell recently but we feel the drop back in trip here to 2m will help after getting tired. 5lbs lower here and we get in here with a light weight (10st). The Skelton horse looks the one to beat but we get a lot of weight from that one and with the Henderson horse now a non-runner that helps. No shock to see an improved run here and e/w claims.

Needed the run last time after 3 months off and will be much better for that. Dropped a few pounds helps too and the good ground is fine here. We are still 6lbs higher than his only career win though so needs to find a bit more, but the horse is well and an improved run from last time on the cards. Small place chance, but Blazing Saddles, who likes to get on with things, might be hard to peg back.

Just the one win from 11 starts - that came last summer at Stratford. Fair form since in handicaps but she's another that's had a wind op since her last run so today is a bit of a fact finding mission.

Had a great time of it last year and returned in March with another success at Catterick over hurdles. Ran flat after that at Southwell so we decided to get his wind operated on and a break. Is well at home and ready to run again. Has gone well fresh in the past and returns to the flat. Is 6lbs higher than his last win on the level though, but has run well around this rating in the past to suggest he's certainly got a an e/w chance. The in-form East Asia is probably the one to beat though.

A horse that's been around several stables, but is having his first run for us today. Has shown more attitude than ability in his last couple of races too. Last seen in April when pulled up at Market Rasen - we'll learn a lot today and looks to have a bit against him having to race 5lbs out of the handicap. Does however, work a lot better than his current mark suggests, but we are hoping the first-time blinkers will help eke out some improvement and temper his attitude - overall a race that will teach us plenty about the horse.

Gained first career win at Chepstow last time out and has come out of that race well. Up 9lbs for that looks a tad harsh but we are hopeful with that confidence under his belt he can progress as we hoped now. Trip is fine but the softer ground is a slight concern as this does look a much deeper race than last time too. That said, he is in good form and should still run his race.

Our better chance on the day. Yet to win from 5 runs but should have more to come. Ran a fair race at Warwick last time but just got tired in the closing stages so we've had her wind done since. First run back so always a small bit of caution but has shown up well at home and is also 4lbs lower this time. We expect him to take a big step forward here from her last run and don't think she'll be far away.

Looks between the first three in the market really. Our horse is a fair flat performer but has only had two runs over hurdles so will benefit from getting a handicap mark really But will gain more experience here and that will help going forward. Good ground will suit but recent run suggest we've got plenty to find here.

Bit to prove at the moment after not jumping great and unseating at the first at Stratford last time out. The blinkers are on now for the first time to help with his concentration, but really need to see a return on the track to be more confident.

Has a fair record over fences - 7 runs and six top three finishes (2 wins). Fit and well after a decent third at Perth last time and is up in trip here. A bit of an unknown with the distance, but we feel he's been doing his best work in the closing stages so it's certainly worth a go. 2lbs lower than last time too and so if getting home would not be without a chance here. Captain Tom Cat the obvious call, but we'd have Each-way claims.

Trappy little race with just three runners. We look to have the Fergal O'Brien runner to fear most, but Copper is in great form and heads here on a three-timer after wins at Huntingdon and Wetherby. We've 6lbs to find with Fergal's horse, but we feel there is more improvement to come and fingers crossed he can put in a bold bid to land the hat-trick.

Was a bit frustrating over hurdles earlier this year with three seconds. Back on the level last time at Doncaster though and travelled well to run a fair second to an improving stayer - Ben Lilly. Similar race here and off the same mark - won't mind the ground and Hollie Doyle been booked to ride. We are also 6lbs better off with Ben Lilly this time, so based on that must have an e/w chance.

A rare sprinter for us - did well last season to rise up the ranks with some decent runs and won well at Newbury last August. Highly-tried last time at Ayr in a Listed race but had a nice break since over the winter and a wind op during that time too. Did have a habit a few times last season of being slowly away, but Hollie Doyle a bonus in the saddle to help with that. Nice to get going with him again and well at home - small e/w chance, but the lesser exposed Crimson Sand looks the one to beat.

Last seen winning at Market Rasen back in November - up 6lbs for that but returns from 6 months off as been waiting for this better ground. Fit and well at home and looking forward to a summer jumping campaign with him. Would have an each-way chance here.

Only had three runs for us since coming from the Hannon yard. Experienced on the flat, but only having his second run over hurdles here today. Will learn more today and be better once getting a mark.

Ran okay last time at Taunton, when fourth of 9. Ran on well that day to suggest this step up in trip will suit and we've been dropped a few pounds too. The cheekpieces will help too and is fine on this quicker ground. Should have every chance.

Second runner in the race for us - has more to prove than our other runner after being well beaten the last twice and is only 2lbs lower than last time. Is, however, starting to look well-handicapped on older form so can't totally rule put we'd like to see it on the track first.

A nice mare, but is still learning and yet to sparkle from three runs. Would be a shock if she won on what we've seen for far but will gain more experience and nearer to getting a handicap mark.

Has been a bit frustrating from her four hurdles runs as has talent but is yet to get her head in front - has been second three times! Back on the flat here today though - has a good record on the level with 4 wins and many place finishes when trained by Sylvester Kirk. First run on the flat for us so we'll learn more here, but she's fit and well so not without a chance in what looks a race that all four of us have a chance.

We were delighted with his return run at Newbury at the end of last month, when second. We gave him time to get over that run but has progressed well at home since and has travelled up well. Trip and ground are fine and looks to have a leading chance.

Did well last season - winning at Newton Abbot last September. Last seen running in a NH Flat race at Lingfield in January but that was a race to just keep him ticking over really. Had a nice break since that run and back over hurdles here today. Will love the better ground with last hurdles win coming on similar ground. A few others with similar chances, but should go well - each-way.

Yet to win on the turf (5 runs), with only win coming on the AW at Lingfield. Only third run for the yard and did much better last time at Lingfield (Jan) when a close 4th. Had a wind op over the winter and since that last run too. Returns on a career-low mark and we've managed to book Hollie Doyle too. Looking forward to getting going again with him so be happy with a solid run with the wide draw in 16 not ideal - going to be hard from there!

Been a bit average this year in last few runs, but they came over hurdles and isn't quite the same horse over hurdles. The Scottish National has always been the target. So, back over fences a plus and acts well on the better ground. Longer trip a slight unknown as first time tackling this sort of distance, but has won over 3m2f in the past so every chance he'll be fine. Goes without saying a super competitive and open race but the horse is well and with the ground in his favour certainly has a squeak. 

3lbs lower than last time but we are also upping him in trip here today after getting a bit outpaced aver 2m recently. The better ground should help him get the trip too and breeding suggests it's worth a crack. A bit of a fact-finding mission and the Nicholls horse looks the main one, but hoping for a good run and if getting the trip can hopefully open a few more doors. Ground is fine.

More needed on recent runs and only third run for the yard since coming from the Olly Murphy team. Down 6lbs here helps from last time and also down in grade. Also debut run over fences here today so hoping the switch will bring some improvement. Weak race but still probably best watched though until we see more.

Made a bold bid last time but was a good race and over that 2m5f trip couldn't last out. Back in trip here and in a race she actually won last time it was run in 2019. Rated 5lbs higher than that win, but has won off a bigger mark since so that's fine. Often seems to save her best for Cheltenham - having won here twice - the ground should be ideal too and looks to be on a reasonable mark. We feel she does better in smaller fields too so must have a decent chance.

Not been jumping the best in recent runs over hurdles, so we are putting on the blinkers here today for the first time. Down 3lbs from his last run helps too and into what should be an easier class. Still need to see more on the track but more in his favour here today. But overall will be happy with a step in the right direction.

Has shaped with promise in four career runs to date - not been out since October, but has been waiting for the better ground. Mares only race here and down a few pounds from her last run helps. Should have more to come and will like conditions - will improve for the run, being she's had 5 months off, but no shock if she snuck into a place.

Improving chaser that's now won 4 of his 8 runs over fences when going in at Kelso last time out. Up 5lbs for that, but means we get into this better race with only 10st! Yes, we are 2lbs out of the handicap but that is fine. First run over the fences, but we feel he'll love them and is on the main a good jumper. Will also thrive on the good ground. This is a big step up, but Brendan knows the horse well and he's a good jumper, who if he gets in a rhythm could run a big race - stays well.

Lovely horse that's done well since going hurdling - winning twice. Ran well behind the useful My Drogo at Kelso last time (2nd) in a Grade Two - the form of that race looks decent and after just getting a bit tired in the closing stages the drop back in trip here will help. Will be fine on the flatter track and the ground too. Tough race, being a Grade One - but his form all season is solid and think he is too big a price - should run well.

Ran well at Market Rasen two runs ago (2nd), but ran flat last time out at Exeter and no real reason for that. Had a month off since to freshen up and seems well for it. Conditions are fine and would have every chance if putting that last run behind him.

The Venetia Williams horse looked useful when winning at Huntingdon last time out and on that run and would have be hard to beat - but the good news for us is that horse is now a non-runner. Saturn and Silk has done nothing wrong in all her hurdle starts just bumping into a few to good each time but has taken on some decent mares. Has no problem with good ground, this may be a little quicker today but as long as it’s safe it shouldn’t trouble her. This is her second go at this trip which she seemed to stay well enough last time, the two that were ahead of her in the market are now out so this does look a good opportunity for her on paper.

Stayed on last time when 4th at Uttoxeter, albeit beaten a far way. Has become very frustrating since winning first time out for us hoping that some better ground works the miracle but not one to put a huge amount of confidence in.

Another who won first time out and hasn’t quite reached that height since has run some solid enough races in defeat this season going back hurdling didn’t work last time so back over fences today Luca Morgan takes of 7lb so running of his lowest mark for years in what doesn’t look a deep contest if he can recapture some old form should be competitive.

Consistent mare that rarely runs a bad race. Last seen going down by just 1/2 a length at Southwell (did nothing wrong) but despite going up 2lbs for that, this better race means we've got 7lbs less racing weight to carry. Took well to the visor last time too so that remains on and regular jockey Brendan Powell rides. Drying ground will help her, plus the slightly longer trip will be fine too. Likes to get on with things from the front and even though nothing in-hand from the handicapper another bold bid up top expected and should have a fair e/w chance. The Bay Birch won this race the last time it was run so has to be feared.

Gutsy win at Huntingdon last time out (chase) - that was made the better as didn't jump great that day either. 3 weeks off since that win and is back over hurdles here on only a 4lb higher mark. Will love the ground and even though the step up to 3m is a bit of an unknown we feel it could bring out more improvement. Should have a big chance in a race that has cut up a bit this morning with a few non-runners to hopefully make our chance a lot easier.

Only second run for the yard - was formerly with the Olly Murphy camp. Well down the field on debut for us but that was to be expected as that came off a long break (565 days). Been off since Oct as been waiting for the better ground. The quicker ground here is also a big plus - only career win came on good-to-firm, while Callum rides again and is able to claim 7lbs. Down 4lbs from last time too - Better expected and would have small e/w claims, but the Neil King runner looks the obvious one here.

Been so unlucky in her three races over hurdles to date - had the race in the bag last time at Catterick until falling two out! Into a handicap here for the first time, but looks on a fair mark and in another mares' only race here too. Will love the better ground and seems none the worse for that recent fall. Can never totally tell if it will impact her until we get into a race, but if her jumping holds up then should be getting off the mark here and deserves to as well!

Pulled up the last day at Southwell (Aug 20) - never really travelling. But has had a wind op since that run and a break and ready to run again. Blinkers are also on today to help and seems well at home, plus favours a quicker surface so hoping any rain stays away. Nice to get going again with him and is fit and well. It's really all in his head and how much effort he wants to put in though.

Going the right way after an improved second at Kelso last time out - into a handicap for the first time today will help and will be fine on the better ground. Also met many of these at Kelso last time and meets them on better terms today. Seems to handle most ground so that helps and even though he needs to sharpen his jumping - has done plenty of schooling since his last run and comes here with every chance.

Fair form in two NH Flat races so far and schooled well ahead of this debut over hurdles. Will love the good ground and expected to run her race and learn a lot here. Not without a small chance of hitting the frame but goes without saying this is a race that should be going to the useful Galice Macalo on these terms. Therefore, we'd just be happy with a solid run after around 4 months off and will also be more competitive once getting a handicap mark.

Lovely mare that rarely runs a bad race. Just the one hurdles win to her name though but many places. We've given her a wind op since her last run and we are stepping her back up in trip here today, which is fine. No matter what will improve for this after almost 3 months out, but has run well fresh in the past too and even though the Murphy horse sets the standard, we head here with a fair e/w chance as should also find this slight ease in grade a bit easier than the races she's been contesting this season.

Fair return run last time at Newcastle as that came off the back of a wind op too and also in a much better race. 4lbs lower here and only now 2lbs higher than last winning run. 2m trip is fine and will be happier on the better ground today. On his best form, should have a fair e/w chance and shouldn't be too far away.

Didn't do much wrong in all his starts at the start of the season. Slightly calmer waters that last time as eased back in grade. Didn't run too badly though that day (6th of 16) and down a pound helps. Had a small break since (3-4 months) but is a horse that likes to race fresh - last two wins came off breaks. Will love the ground and the trip is fine too - still 6lbs higher than last win over fences, but this will only be his eighth race over the bigger obstacles so should have more to come. Has done plenty of work at home and should have a big chance.

Has been disappointing since his bumper win. He is only 5 years-old though and it can be very hard for horses when they win a bumper as a young horse. Needs to show more than he has done so far over hurdles though. Cheekpieces on today to help him concentrate, while the trip and ground are fine.

Returned earlier this month to run okay (ran well for a long way) but has come on for that outing as it was his first for 3 months. Down a few pounds for that helps and in a much easier race here too - dropped a few grades. Has his fair share of weight as a result though but will love the ground and has won here at the track (fences) in the past too. We probably have the Sandy Thomson horse to beat, but he's will and back over hurdles here today is on a decent mark compared to his chase rating (around 20lbs lower). Should go very close.

Fair bit to prove at the moment after pulling up the last twice. Latest was first run back after a wind op and also first for almost a year so can be expected to have improved for that. Sports the cheekpieces for the first time too, but might have enjoyed softer ground.

Not been disgraced over fences recently, despite not winning. But reverts to hurdles here today to mix it up and is also a class lower so should find this opposition easier. Ground is fine and would have an e/w chance here in what looks a fairly open race.

Nice mare that did herself proud to win on hurdles debut here last month. That proven course experience will be a bit plus and has done well at home since. Looks a slightly harder race with the unbeaten McCain horse the big player here. But trip and ground will be fine (any rain a plus) and should not be far away, but might have to settle for second/third behind the McCain hotpot.

Won round here back in November ground was far too soft for him when he ran again in December. The drying ground definitely plays to his strengths, the top two look well in and very hard to beat but looks a very open race after that. Goes best fresh and has not run since December with that in mind. 25s looks a big price especially if the ground continues to dry and could easily see him not being far away at the end

Been a bit frustrating as yet to get off the mark over hurdles or fences (14 runs), but another solid run last time at Newcastle when second. Just seemed to get going a bit too late the last day so will need to keep more in touch here at this tighter track. Acts on all ground though and seems in good heart so should be thereabouts, but we do respect Fire Away and Dandolo Du Gite.

Three promising runs since joining us - two seconds over hurdles and a third in a NH Bumper on the AW at Lingfield last time out. Returns to Catterick - ran here two starts ago - and the winner of that race, Anythingforlove, has since franked the form by landing a Grade 2! She's had a small break since her last outing to freshen up and seems well for it - Probably got the Skelton horse to fear most, but we'd be disappointed if she's not in the mix.

Hopeful of a big run after taking a big step forward last time at Market Rasen when a close second. Only 3lbs higher here but that looks fair and the stiffer track here at Exeter will suit. Has also come out of that last race well and Tom rides.

Very pleased with his win at Catterick last time out - his first success over hurdles. Did it nicely that day and escapes a penalty for that as a conditional riders' race. Bryan rides again and is able to claim 3lbs this time so we are actually a bit better off too. Trip and ground ideal and has come out of that last race well - should go well and hopeful him can follow up as took his racing well on the flat so hoping the 6 day gap between races is okay.

Consistent chaser that likes to get on with things from the front. Dropped in grade here and into a mares' only chase so that will help, but still ran well last time at Newcastle in a slightly better race and lost a shoe in that contest too! We feel the visor will help here too and hopeful of a bold bid from the front, with the longer trip no issue (has won over 2m4f).

Had an excuse last time as lost a shoe in the race so can ignore that run at Ascot. Dropped 4lbs though helps and we've given him a break since. Has shown ability, but still a maiden (8 runs) - however, this is only his second run over fences and chasing has always been the plan for him. Had a little break (4 months) since his last run and seems well for it - is also a horse that seems to enjoy running off a lay-off and being fresh. If building on that debut run over fences would have an e/w chance.

Has progressed really well over fences but back over hurdles here on a much lower rating than his chase mark - 20lbs lower. Had a nice break since his last run and goes well fresh. Ready to run and will be fine over the trip and on this better ground. Only concern is that at the moment his chase form is better than over hurdles (yet to win over hurdles, 6 runs), but in his defence has never had his ground over hurdles. It's hard to ignore his lower rating and based on that must have a leading chance as there is no reason why he can't be as good over the smaller obstacles.

Nice horse that won twice earlier this season at Ffos Las and Ayr. Highly-tried last time in the Tolworth but never ran a yard that day and wasn't his true running. Another tough race here today for this Grade Two Novice and better ground is fine - we always thought it would suit better. We've also given the horse a wind op since his last outing to help with his breathing, while we are also putting the tongue-tie on here too. First run back from the wind ops always suggest a bit of caution, but seems well at home and looking forward to seeing how he gets on. My Drogo, Any News and Lucky One do seem to set a fair standard though, but should give a decent account.

Gaining more experience by each race after two fair runs at Wetherby and Warwick since coming to us from the Dermot Weld yard. Yes, beaten a fair way in 2nd and 4th in those races but stripping fitter and the form of his last run has been given a big boost with the winner - Cabot Cliffs - bolting up at the end of last month. Also didn't jump too well last time so we've done a lot of schooling since. Should be happier on this better ground and with a bit more improvement should have a decent e/w chance and shouldn't be far away.

Very competitive race for the grade, but Blazer is well after an improved fifth (of 12) last time at Kempton. Wasn't the best away that day (got blocked) but did well to get involved and just didn't quite see the trip out and that start cost him really. Therefore, the drop back to 7f hopefully won't be an issue and no reason why the Tapeta surface here at Newcastle (first run here) won't suit. Fit and well, Graham Lee rides and hopeful of a nice e/w run with a bit better luck in-running.

The Henderson horse - Fantastic Lady - to beat, but we'd certainly have a chance. A fair fourth last time out in a NH AW bumper at Lingfield has kept her ticking over during the bad weather spell. Has been third in all three hurdles runs prior to that last run and shown a decent level of form - has done nothing wrong in any of her Novice Hurdles, while the form has been working out well too. Has also kept on well over 2m in her races so the step up in trip should also be another plus, while the ground is perfect. Competitive race but she meets them all on good terms and should not be too far away, each-way chance.

Highly-tried last time out at Newmarket on the flat in the Cesarewitch Handicap. Had a break since and is back over hurdles here. Seems to have improved since he last ran over hurdles, with some top runs on the level at the end of last flat season and looking forward to getting him over the sticks again. Gone well fresh in the past too and his past hurdles runs were on ground softer than ideal - should have a leading chance here if his jumping holds out.

Bumper winner having his first run in a handicap. Step up in trip will certainly help him, but his looks a strong contest for the grade and the handicapper hasn't exactly been kind on him for what he's achieved so far. Ground should be fine for him too but probably each-way chances.

Likeable mare that likes to run from the front. But not won now since Dec 19, so our second runner in this race with a bit to prove too. Back over hurdles is fine and dropping in the ratings helps - is 3lbs lower than last win (fences). Gets in with a low weight too, like our other runner, but looks a hot little race so a place might be the best we can hope for.

Did well around this last year but lost his way a bit since and has had a wind op at the end of last season. Returns from almost 4 months off and first run back from that operation so just be happy with a solid run and build from that. On a plus, does have a light weight for his return!

Nice mare that should have a decent chance here. Good form in two bumpers and schooled well ahead of this hurdles debut. Starting off in a mares' only race too and we've done well with our runners up at Newcastle in the past. Probably the Snowden and McCain horses to fear, but looking forward to seeing her run and should have a big chance.

Much better last time out - in the week on Tuesday, when a fine third at Wetherby. Quick turnaround here, but has come out of that race well but reverts back to chasing (hurdles last time) here. Visor on to keep his mind on the jumping as fallen the last twice over fences. Certainly well-handicapped though on older form, so if his jumping holds out can't be ruled out of this tight little race.

Has fallen the last twice - was still going well two runs ago when taking a tumble at Newcastle and then came down at the last here last time when beaten at the time. Both those races came over 3m, but we are dropping back in trip here to 2m and we feel on this ground that will help - he's got enough speed to cope with that. 2lbs lower this time too and the blinkers are on to help him concentrate more on his jumping mainly. Seems well after around 6 weeks off to get over that last race and feel he's got a fair chance here in a very open race, but probably an e/w play.

Been ticking over in a few NH Flat run on the AW at Newcastle and Lingfield - but only second run over hurdles here and will be much more competitive once getting a handicap mark. The Evan Williams runner - Can You Call - looks the obvious call.

Pleasing return to the track at Catterick last time out, when 5th of 12. That came off a break and also a wind op, so can be expected to improve for it too. We've also been dropped 5lbs and get in here with just 10st 6lbs which will help in the ground. Also feel this step up in trip will be what he wants and that should hopefully bring out some more improvement. Open race, but no reason why he shouldn't go well - each-way chance, but being supported and on what he's achieved so far doesn't look great value.

Ran okay back in December at Hexham (4th of 14) but got tired at Exeter last time on that more testing track after running well for much of the way. Down 3lbs helps but we are still 4lbs higher than last career win and only win under rules. Small e/w chance, in what doesn't look a deep race, but overall does need to some a bit more consistency on the track. 

Very happy with his return run at Market Rasen last time out as that came off the back of a wind op. Just didn't quite see out the 3m that day so the drop back to 2m4f here will help. Acts well with cut underfoot and can be expected to have a lot more confidence now with his breathing after that last run. A few others with similar chances, with the Rowe runner probably the one to aim at, but we'd be disappointed if he doesn't run well with an fair e/w chance.

Three fair runs to date - two here and one at Wolves. First run in a handicap here will make life a bit easier and we feel the step up in trip will suit. Nice draw in 3 and George booked to claim 5lb will help with his weight on handicap debut. Taking on some in-form rivals, but with a bit of improvement could have small each-way claims

Looks a race with 4 or 5 decent chances, but we should be one of those. Former winning pointer that ran well at Ffos Las in a similar race back in November - just needed the run in the end and got a bit tired in the closing stages. Has had a wind op since and seems to have improved at home too for that so should be bang there today.

Good winner at Bangor back in November, but failed to follow-up last time at Wetherby (hurdles) - seemed to lose her action and was eventually pulled-up. Chase debut here today though as that's always been the plan with her - schooled well and a former winning Pointer. Drop back in trip will be fine too - stays further than this - but the ground will certainly bring her stamina into play. Bit to prove to after that last run but we feel she'll make a better chaser and looking forward to seeing how she gets on today.

Returned from a wind operation last month with a fine third - beaten just 1/2 a length - at Leicester. We feel he probably would have won last time too as got a bit short of room in the closing stages and only just failed to get up. Heavy ground is fine and that run has brought him on again, but the big question mark here is the step up to 2m4f. We feel it's what he's been crying out for, but you never really know until you try in a race, but if lasting home should have every chance.

Fair flat performer that came to us from the Dermot Weld yard. Ran well on hurdles debut at Wetherby at the end of December (2nd), albeit well beaten, but the winner that day could turn out to be above average and that also came on heavy ground so today's conditions should be fine. Has come out of that last race well and will have more to offer. Does, however, look a race that will rest with the first three in the betting - Goodbye Stranger, Sage Advice and Cabot Cliffs - so just be happy with another solid run and get some more experience into him. Small e/w chance. 

Fair run last time out in a similar race at Lingfield - the winner of that race, Supakalanistic, franked the form to run well (2nd) yesterday. Long Newcastle straight will suit, but looks a hot race with some big names in attendance so just be happy with another solid run before there are more jumping opportunities.

Fair flat performer that has done well since going hurdling with us - second both times. Did bled from the nose last time too when runner-up at Catterick so a small word of caution, but seems well at home now. Into a NH Flat race here as limited races at the moment over the sticks, but she's run well here on the flat so that experience will be a big plus. Her overall AW record is very good - 9 runs and 7 top three finishes (3 wins). The Henderson and Wadham runners respected but feel we come here with a leading chance providing there are no bleeding issues again. 

Nice mare that is certainly going the right way - winning her last two, including here over 2m3f last time out. Back in trip will be fine in the conditions and that proven course form will be a plus. Goes without saying more needed up in grade again here, but deserves to take her chance in this better company and we feel she's improved again since her last run. Should make a bold bid and hopefully she can continue her rise up the ranks.

Fair flat horse when with Richard Hannon - rated in the 80's. Still finding his feet over hurdles though when down the field last time out at Musselburgh. Back on the level here to try and get some confidence back into him. Is also a past course winner here (7f), but this is his first try over 1m2f. We'll learn more here and George Rooke's 5lb claim helps, but really just be happy with a top half finish and build from there.

Needed the run last time out at Catterick (5th) after almost a year off and first run back from a wind op. Is better for that outing and down 5lbs here makes life easier. Still lightly-raced and only 10st 8lbs to carry helps in what's likely to be soft ground. Each-way chance.

11 year-old now and a fair bit to prove at the moment after a string of below-par runs. Switched to us from the Henry Oliver and then Claire Dyson yards, so first run for us. Also first run since a wind operation so we'll learn a lot more here, but on a plus is returning on a nice mark compared to her old form - last win came off 15lbs higher, but really we'd just be happy at his age that she showed some improved form to give us a sign on where to go next with her.

Impressive winner of a NH Flat race at Taunton back in October and ran well in a mares' listed race at Huntingdon last time out. Big drop in grade from that last outing would suggest we've got a leading chance here. Should be fine on the AW too as acts well on a quicker surface on the grass. Should be bang there, with the Skelton and Boanas runners to beat and it won't be easy having to give 7lbs away to them both, but hoping with more recent runs than her two main rivals then that will prove the difference. Should go close.

Pleasing return run at Hexham last month when fourth of 14. Dropped a pound for that and has certainly come on at home for that outing. Soft ground and this 3m trip is ideal and should enjoy the track today. Looks competitive for the grade, with the in-form Ballybreen feared, but would have a definite each-way chance in an open affair.

Looks our better chance on the day -yet to win over hurdles from three runs, but has experience in these races too (3 runs), and wasn't far away at Fakenham last time out. One of the more experienced runners in the field should help us too and despite this being her AW debut acts well on a quicker surface on the grass so can't see any reason why it won't suit. Probably have the Gifford and Baker runners to beat, but should not be far away.

Former Andre Fabre flat horse that was trained in France. Debut run for us at Newbury last time out but was well down the field. Will gain more experience here in this NH Flat race and her proven flat speed will help here, but likely to be better for us once getting a handicap mark.

Did well at the start of last year for us but lost his way a bit after that. We decided to give him a wind op recently so this is his first run back since then. Will love the ground and trip should be within range too. We'll learn more after this but hopeful the wind op has helped him and seems well for it. If running to the level that saw him win easily at Leicester last Feb, then would have a decent e/w chance.

Pleasing return run at Wetherby (3rd) back in December. That came off a break and has since had a wind op as seemed to get tired quickly the last day. A combination of that op and needing that run are reasons to suggest he can improve for it. Soft/Heavy ground is fine too. Each-way chance.

Lovely mare that has done well for us. Course winner here and won't mind the ground and the trip, but this Listed race - despite only three other rivals - is a hot little race and we've a fair bit to find on these terms. We are rated 123 and all the others are rated between 140-142! Likes to lead though and you never now as the others still have to jump round, but really going to be a tall order to win.

Largely disappointing since his bumper/novice hurdle days but was travelling well when falling fairly late on at Newcastle last time out - we feel was in the process of running a nice race. Had just under 4 weeks to get over that and seems okay despite that tumble. Looks more competitive than that race though, but is at least on the same mark here and won't mind the heavy ground, but does still have to prove he stays this far. If his jumping holds up and he stays, then not without an e/w chance as is well-handicapped in what looks a race with a lot of chances.

Been doing okay over the sticks this season, but with limited opportunities at the moment nice to get a run into him in this NH Flat race. Should be fine on the surface as likes good ground on the turf and is well after a few months off. But not really a betting race in my opinion with a lot of trainers in the same boat as us.

Nice to have a runner in this Grade One. Has progressed well this season - winning twice and wasn't disgraced last time out when second at Haydock in a Listed race. Handles the ground well and likes to get on with things so that will be the plan again here. Taking on some promising sorts - notably the Fry and Jane Williams runners, but is well after a small break and we feel a bold bid is on the cards.

Nice mare that's run some big races in defeat this season. Has tended to jumped right in the past but that should be okay at this right-handed track. We've given her a month off to get over that recent busy spell and she seems ready to go again. Very tough race but if running to a similar level than in recent runs this season then would have a decent say.

Former 80-rated flat runner but is having his debut over hurdles here and also first run for us - was with Richard Hannon. Fit from the flat - having run well when last seen running at Chelmsford in October (3rd). Lack of experience over hurdles might just catch him out but his proven flat speed will be a plus and a nice horse for the yard - one to note going forward. Small e/w chance with little depth to the race, as the McCain horse looking the main player and likely winner.

Former Godolphin horse that came to us from France and the Andre Fabre yard - fair flat form over there but is having his hurdles debut here so expected to learn a lot. Has settled in well and fit and well having run on the flat back in October, but just nice to get going with him in what looks a fairly hot race.

Fair flat performer that made a nice start to her hurdles career at Wincanton last month (2nd). Was well supported that day and justified that with a decent run. Probably bumped into a nice horse that day too in Little River Bay, who has since won again, so the form looks very solid. Has had plenty of time to get over that run and should be well-suited by the track here. Looks to have the Snowden horse to beat, but we get a handy 6lbs from that one and we are hoping that's the difference.

Only third career runs - didn't get the best of runs last time at Kempton so could have got a bit closer that day. Drop back to 6f here will help and a nice draw in stall 1. But will be more competitive once getting a handicap mark, which he will after this. Be a shock if Warrior Brave or Water Of Leith isn't winning this.

A horse we got from Ireland - has average flat form for the Dermot Weld yard over there, but hoping he can be a better hurdler now. Schooled well and still lightly-raced so should be more to come. Soft ground is fine and this looks a nice place to start off. But there are a few with a bit more experience over the sticks - including the Nicholls runner, Hacker Des Places, so just be happy with a solid run, with small e/w claims in a race that lacks depth.

Didn't run too bad last time out - just got tired in the closing stages. Therefore, the slight drop in trip will help here and has improved for that run since. Acts well enough on soft/heavy so feel we've got an small e/w chance here, but really the Longsdon and Easterby runners are the ones to beat.

Won well on first run for the yard at Bangor last time out. Up 11lbs for that win so a lot more needed here but has come out of that race well and could still not be too badly treated. Trip and ground are fine so if finding some improvement then should go well and have a leading e/w chance.

Nice mare that is a former winning Pointer. Returned to the track back in October with a smooth win at Taunton in a similar race on first run for the yard. This is much harder now into a Listed race so will need to improve again, but the softer ground is fine (won a Point on soft/heavy) and deserves to take her chance. Taking on some other decent-looking types, but she is well and regardless what happens here is a nice horse to note going forward. The plan will be to go over hurdles soon.

Yet to win a race but has some nice form to her name. Needs to learn to settle a bit better as been taking a hold in her races and that's meant she's not quite been getting home. But the tight track here should suit on that score and might make her hard to catch - we'll that's the thinking anyway! Tom rides and should make a bold bid and even though the Murphy and Wadham horses are feared, hopefully she can get off the mark here.

Second runner in the race for us but certainly heads here with a chance too. Is rated 7lbs higher than Nada To Prada and has a lot more experience. Ran far too free last time at Cheltenham in a decent race but that was her first run back after a wind op and we gave her 2 months off after that. May have liked slightly quicker ground though but is fit and well and should make a bold bid from the front. 

One of two in the race for us, but they are at least from the same owners so two chances at this prize. A nice mare that won well at Ffos Las last time out in this sort of ground and has now won three of her four races. Will relish conditions again here and had a month to recover from that last run. Clearly another step forward needed in this better race (Listed) and the Noel Williams and Kirby runners are big players too. But we know she acts well on the ground and is well at home. More needed but deserves to take her chance and looking forward to a decent run.

Ran better than finishing position suggests at Chepstow last time out over a much shorter trip. Up in distance here but has run well over 2m4f in the past and is a winning Pointer over 3m so hopeful the trip will suit. Likes to race up with the pace and it's encouraging that the form of his last run is working out okay - the third, Enzo D'Airy, won well at Ascot yesterday. Open race, but feel we've got a decent e/w chance.

Had his issues, with only career win coming back in 2017 at Ffos Las. Had a wind operation since his last run and down in grade here in what looks a very average race. Softer ground is fine too and well at home but just happy to get him back on the track and build from there. But in a poor race not without an e/w chance.

Ran much better last time out at Ascot - just getting a bit tired in the closing stages and his jumping let him down a bit that day too. This looks an easier race though today and he's down 2lbs as well. Ground and trip should be fine and if he can jump better then he shouldn't be too far away.

Returns from a break and has also had a wind op during that time off. Still only had three career runs but a former winner Pointer so chasing has always been the plan. Should also be more competitive now into a handicap and has schooled well for this. Tom rides so every help from the saddle and even though he'll come on for this is not without an each-way chance.

Ran below-par last time out on debut at Exeter as a beaten favourite but is better than that and we feel the longer trip here will help. Also will be more at home on this softer ground as got a bit out-paced on the quicker surface last time. She also gets a handy mares' allowance (7lbs) from the other three and that will bring her right into the mix. Looking forward to a much better run - in what looks a very trappy 4-runner affair - and hoping our track experience will help against 2 of the 3 other rivals that are having their debuts.

Won the Cross Country race here last month in great fashion and has come out of that race well. That was his second win over this course and loves these fences. Looks an easier race than last month with no Tiger Roll or Easysland, but as a result we've a lot more weight to carry - only had 10st last time. But he's very well and another bold bid from the front on the cards - we are also the only proven CD winner in the field, so that must count for something over this unique course.

Last seen at Fontwell back in March - the track didn't really suit him that day and has had a nice break since. Handles the ground well and has won over this trip, but that did come off an 8lb lower mark so does need to prove himself off this mark. Gone well fresh in the past too and is well at home, so place claims, but the recent winner Asking For Answers looks the one to beat.

Lovely mare that ran another top race at Ascot last time (2nd). The winner that day (Buzz) looks a decent hurdler in the making, so it might turn out to be a solid run. She still pulled 3 1/2 lengths clear of the rest and had some nice horses in behind that day too. Trip is fine and another bold bid from the front on the cards - plus, should be fine on the ground too. Another hot race though and we've all probably got another Henderson runner in Mister Coffey to beat but is well and could be dangerous off 10-9. Each-way.

Has run well here before so that is one of the reasons for coming back here. Handles the soft/heavy ground well and a horse that's gone well fresh in the past. Been doing plenty at home for this and looking forward to a nice run. Should go well and have a fair e/w chance, but only 7 runners and two e/w places on offer.

We are returning to the scene of his only career win so that should help - that was a bumper success last season. Made an okay start to his hurdling career at Ayr (4th) at the end of October but that would have taught him a lot and the form might not be too bad with the winner going in again since. Might be a big ask here though in what looks a competitive race but hopeful of a step forward and we know the track suits so that should give him some sort of an edge. Small e/w chance. 

Average debut run at Kempton earlier this month - wasn't the best away that day either so with a better start and that experience can hopefully get closer, but really is still learning and just be pleased with a step forward here. 

Been off the track a while before joining us, has also had a wind operation. Her form has not been great but has won a point on heavy ground in Ireland. Would have preferred to start off at 21/2m but very difficult to get in races at the moment off this rating. It looks a weak race on paper and hopefully she can be competitive off this low mark.

Run well in all his starts this season and has a decent record around here. Found 2m4f too sharp last time so the step up in trip is a big plus. Looks a very competitive race but the ground should be ideal and he looks to be still improving.

A horse we like a lot and has been very impressive in winning his last two. Up again in grade here but relishes the soft ground and travels well through it. Likes to front run so another bold bid expected - will need more with the Nicholls and Pauling runners much stiffer opposition here, but he's very well and hopefully he can continue his progression.

Very disappointing last time up at Ayr no obvious explanation, a tougher race today but all his winning has been right handed so maybe that will help but on a recovery mission after last time but certainly better than that last effort.

Ran well on re appearance before bombing out last time a drop to 2m should help and hopefully will be happier back chasing but plenty of questions to answer - the Venetia William runner looks the one to fear.

Ran very well at Wetherby last time giving away any chance of winning by jumping right throughout should be much happier going right handed and that last run gives her a chance of this mark softer the better for her. Another hot affair though with the Henderson runner - Buzz - setting a high standard but not without a chance.

Nice recruit to the yard from the flat - first run for the yard after coming from the Sylvester Kirk team. Had a good record on the level too - winning 4 times and will probably get further than this trip today as she's won over 1m6f on the flat. Came to us fit and well too - only ran last month on the flat so hoping that fitness edge will play a part too. Schooled well and her flat speed will be a big plus if the jumps stays intact. Looking forward to seeing how she gets on, but not without a chance. Tom rides

Winning pointer that is only had the one run - first run for us but looks a nice mare and her experience (albeit limited) should be a help here. Won that point on soft ground, form of that hasn’t worked out brilliantly but she is a nice big mare who should handle conditions. Does everything well at home and hopefully can transfer that to the track

A nice mare that we'd be disappointed if she's not going close here and really on these terms should be winning. Returned last month with a fair run at Hexham but has had a wind op since - So very pleased with that first time out run and the form of that has worked out well with the winner winning again since. Conditions will be fine and she will have come on from that first run is fit and well and looks the one to beat on paper.

Won this in 2017 so loves this track and this X Country test, but a very very strong renewal this year with the likes of Tiger Roll and Easysland in the race. Therefore, most of us are running out of the handicap so plenty to find at the weights with these big-guns, despite only having 10st in actual racing weight. We are actually 18lbs out of the handicap. But the horse is well and with his experience over the fences then if the race falls apart could steal third - but that really depends on how the Christian Williams runner takes to the course.

Run well the last twice didn’t do much wrong in defeat last time. Slight concern on slightly softer ground today (won on good) but think he should handle good to soft no problem doesn’t look the deepest of races and a repeat of his last couple of runs should see him go very close.

Goes well enough at home and has done nothing wrong in his work at home. This does look competitive looking at the yards involved and those that have run already, have done so at a decent level. Therefore, just really be happy to get going with him and go from there.

Has finished in behind a horse called Cotton End the last twice, but ran well again last time out when third at Hereford - that came over 2m3 1/2f but the drop back to 2m1f here on this stiffer track will be fine. Same mark and slightly softer ground is also fine and with the horse that beaten us the last two times not in the race that helps! However, the CD winner Breffniboy might be hard to beat after winning well last time, but our horse is in good form. This does look competitive for the grade but we still think she shouldn't be too far away.

Not getting any younger at 11 but has won five times over fences but well down the field last time out on debut for us so loads more needed - his last win came in April 18 though. Is 6lbs lower than his last run and will be better for that effort but still hard to get too excited at the moment until we see more on the track.

Won well at Warwick back in February, but disappointed on his return at Bangor in September. However, had an excuse that day as burst a blood vessel and bled from the nose. Has had a small break since and nice to get going with him again. Softer ground is fine and certainly a lot better than that last run but probably wise to just watch on the track after what happened last time. In a race that lacks depth could easily hit the frame at a price, but really be delighted with an incident-free round and build from there. 

Still looks to be improving at the age of 9 and delighted us last time when winning a nice race up at Kelso. That win was made even better as probably didn't jump at his best but still got the job done. Up 3lbs for that but goes without saying this is a lot harder again today in this Listed Chase. The plus is we know he handles the track as a past CD winner and Ben knows him very well. He's also at his best on the good ground that he's likely to get today so even though a career-best is needed in a race like this he's in great order and shouldn't have any excuses with the conditions - it's just whether he's up to the better class of oppo - we'll see. Each-way.

Would have learned a lot from her opening run here in a similar race - was only beaten just under 5 lengths that day and could have been a bit better as didn't get the best of runs in the closing stages either. Difficult to assess the others in a race like this but we are happy with our mare and with the expected improvement and that experience edge over some of these must have an e/w chance.

Ran well at Southwell on first start this season, very disappointing last time has been given time since then and hopefully can get back to Southwell form as that would give him a chance - while Richard assists by taking off 3lbs from the saddle too.

Still improving and unlucky not to win last time, this track will suit him a lot better ground should be ideal has won here before and comes here in great form should go close.

Done nothing wrong in two runs this season including first start over hurdles latest that form should see her get placed but on its bumper form the favourite will be hard to beat.

Had some decent form in novice hurdles last season including beating Whitehotchillifilly and going down narrowly to Desery Girl, ideally the ground would be softer there today but she needs to run has done loads of work and should have decent each-way claims.

Won well at Leicester in similar conditions on his one start for us, went up 9lb for that. Top weight not ideal in these conditions today but Richard Patrick takes a valuable 3lb off. His work at home has been good obviously a tough ask first run of the season but he has done plenty so hopefully won’t be far away.

Has schooled well over fences, his whole family have been better over fences than hurdles, the drop in trip perhaps not ideal but he’s in good form with himself and looking forward to see what he can do now chasing, this looks a hot contest

Needed the run at Hexham last time, and will have come on a lot from that. So he didn’t run to badly that day, he has schooled well and should handle conditions and having had a run could be a big plus in these conditions, two main dangers on paper but should run well.

The horses are running well at the moment and hopeful we can have another good chance here. Better for a few runs over hurdles recently but is back over fences here on what looks a fair mark - 9lbs lower than last time over the bigger obstacles. We are also dropping him in trip as likes to get on with things from the front and hoping if he gets into a nice rhythm. Also sporting the blinkers for the first time today and will be fine on the ground.

Her Point-to-Point form has worked out quite well and goes nicely at home - perhaps will be better when going hurdling but has worked well ahead of this and hopefully can put her experience to good use here. Won her Point on soft ground but really works better on decent ground. Hard to know much about the others, but the Hobbs, O'Brien and Sherwood runners are the obvious stables that stand out in a race like this.

Nice mare that pleased us and took another step forward last time out at Newton Abbot. Third that and has come out of that race well. If she can follow-up that last run then she should be competitive again. The ground should be okay but would not want it very soft - but should also stay further than 2m in time.

Has shown ability in the past but also had a few issues - hence the long time off. Switched to us from the Olly Murphy yard but has only had 5 career runs and lucky for him has time on his side (6 year-old). First time in a handicap here too - that should help and we are putting a 7lb claimer on his back too. But has also shown a bit of a temperament at home but as I say - has ability too. Won on fast ground before but might be soft enough for him today so probably best watched. We'll all learn a bit from this today.

Looks a good little race - we were pleased with our horse winning at Ffos Las last time out - did it well after travelling well through the race and handles the heavy ground that day so will be fine on today's soft surface. Has come out of that race well - both for fitness and experience - and is a horse we like. More on his plate here though as carries a penalty of that win and has to give 6lbs away to most of the others, and we've 7lbs to find on the ratings with the Elliott horse too, but is going the right way, in great form at home and should have more to come. The fact he'll handle the ground is a big plus though and should go well.

Very consistent chaser that has won 4 of his 8 starts over fences. We head back up to Kelso has he's a past CD winner here when winning a similar race here last March and is only a pound higher this time. Fit and well after two runs back and has a nice racing weight with 10-8. Taking on a few seasoned handicappers - including a past Grand National winner! But at a track we know suits must have a decent chance of getting involved. We also won this race in 2019.

Was 6th in this race last year and races off a 7lb higher mark this year. We feel she's an improved horse since though and she returned at Uttoxeter last month with a great run (2nd) over hurdles. Rated 10lbs higher over fences but has also had a wind op since that last run and she likes it here at Cheltenham. Should make a bold fist of it as always from the front but is up against it a bit in this super tough race and running 8lbs out of the handicap.

Fair debut at Kempton but still learning the game and even thought the switch to turf will suit and we expect a step forward here, is likely to need more experience and taking on some of the big bot flat yards , with the betting suggesting some of their newcomers are above average.

Still to win a race (11 runs) and needs to bounce back from a fall last time out at Ffos Las. That came early on in the race and seems okay after it, with 3 weeks to get over that too. Any more rain will help and Brendan Powell, who knows the horse well, is back in the saddle. If better than recent runs suggest, but with two tumbles from his last three outings then really just be happy with a clear and improved round to get him some confidence back - anything else a plus.

Did well in a bumper last month on her return and the plan since has always to go hurdling. Has schooled well at home in preparation for this and won't mind the ground. Looks a competitive race but Richard Johnson booked so that will also give her every assistance so if her jumping stands up we feel there's more to come from this mare and shouldn't be too far away.

Well-bred filly that is having her debut today in a 1m5f NH Flat Race - nice work at home in preperation for this and we've done well at the track with our runners here in the past. Tom rides and even though it's a race we all know little about the others and one to not get too involved in, or horse is well and we feel we've an fair e/w chance here.

Been running well over hurdles but is still very lightly raced, most of his family improved for jumping a fence. Has done plenty of schooling at home and has jumped well. Track might not be ideal for him but there are so few options for a horse like him to go chasing at the moment we just have to take our chance and see.

The drop to 2m looked to suit well last time travelled well and quickened nicely. Gone up in the weights for that but still off a very low mark and little weight on his back. One or two in here look like they could improve but as long as he handles the track, the ground should be ideal, then must have a big chance

Done everything right at home - has also done plenty of work ahead of his racecourse debut. His pedigree wouldn't be the speediest but works nicely at home. Conditions should be fine for him and we hope for a decent performance here, but he might just lack speed at this though.

Won well at Warwick last time only gone up 4lb for that win. This looks a lot tougher but he is still a young horse who is improving and definitely going the right way. Deserves a crack at this sort of level, ground and trip are fine only two weeks since that win but seems in great form.

Fair sort back on his day when trained by Colin Tizzard. Now an 11 year-old and sent to us from Callum-Bickers Price after going Hunting. Jockey knows him well and helps by claiming 7lbs but not won for 11 races and that came back in 2018 so would be a big ask off a lay-off. But we'll see where we are with him after this and hopefully of this sort of mark might be able to pick up something in the future.

We were happy with her return run at Uttoxeter last time out, when fourth of 15. Ran on well that day despite getting hampered a bit and with that being her first run back after a wind op we are expecting her to build on that too. Off the same mark too and this longer trip will be fine, but does look a very open race with many chances and we've a bit to find with the winner of her last race - Cotton End - but hopeful we can get closer here. Each-way.

Won his bumper well at Exeter wasn’t ready mentally for a test like the champion bumper has done well over the summer still only a four year old but has plenty of ability again the track should suit him well, hard to know what to make of opponents - should run well, but a 7lb penalty won’t make his life easy for us.

Done nothing wrong in all his starts this season - since his wind op. Everything went wrong for him last time as got caught in a pocket before doing his best work at the end, the winner has won since though so the form looks good. This is a big step up but he has no weight, stays all day and should handle conditions he is a massive price but could easily put run that.

Hasn’t had his ground for about two seasons, ran well at Bangor last time considering the conditions, the form of that race hasn’t worked out to badly. Back on hopefully better ground today will be a big plus for him doesn’t jump out as being well-handicapped, but is in great form with himself and has no weight on his back. Each-way chance.

Nice mare. Won her point and her bumper well last season form of both those contests looks decent. Is in great form with herself and a stiff 2m should suit her down to the ground conditions should be fine for her. Gets 7lb from the boys which will help, it looks competitive but will be disappointed if she is there or thereabouts at the end.

Ran well for a long way at Newbury on first start for the yard back in Feb. Didn't seem to stay the 2 1/2 miles that day so the drop back to 2m here on heavy ground should be ideal for him. Has done well over the summer too and is a horse we think a bit of. The favourite - Truckers Pass - looks to set a good standard and looks hard to beat but we are looking forward to seeing what our lad can do this season.

Fairly experienced hurdler, but this will only be her second run on the flat and more needed based on what we saw last time out at Chepstow. Will be better once getting a handicap mark, but will at least get a taste of the AW here and that will help her going forward too.

Well-bred 2 year-old but very much first day at school today. Taking on a few horses that have also had the benefit of a run or two so just be delighted with a solid debut today and go from there, but shows up well at home so looking forward to getting this run and experience into him.

Yet to win a race from 10 tries - 4 over fences, but ran an encouraging race last time at Uttoxeter after a break. Just got tired that day in the closing stages so the drop back to 2m (from 2m4f) will suit and he's also come out of that race well. Also 3lbs lower this time in what doesn't look the strongest race - with Joly Maker - the one to aim at - so a bold bid expected.

Nice mare that's been doing well at home ahead of this racecourse debut, but will learn a lot from this and one for the future.

Did really well last season - winning twice and had excuses in a much better race at Cheltenham last time out (Jan). Lost a shoe that day and it was also a hot race that was won by the useful Simply The Betts. In easier company here and been freshened up with around 8 months off. We also gave him a wind operation over the summer, and he's been doing plenty at home. Has gone well fresh in the past - won first time out last season - and conditions will suit. Should have a leading chance and looks one of our better chances on a busy day.

Looks a very open race but we were very happy with his return run at Uttoxeter (2nd) as that was his first off a wind operation and a break. Has come on for that at home and being dropped a few pounds by the handicapper helps, but this is a hike in class so that makes things harder. Likes to race up with the pace, so that will be the plan again here and see if he can hold out. Must have a small e/w shout in a contest with many chances.

Done well since having a wind op and was in great form at the end of August and early September - winning two of his last three - and still looks to be going the right way. Wasn't disgraced last time either when second to a nice sort at York off a career-high flat mark. Returns just a pound higher here and after that busy spell seems well for around 4 weeks off. We'll find out more here about the form of his last race, but we feel the winner that day is useful so hoping he's the one to beat still here with ground, track and trip all fine. It won't be easy giving weight away to the Godolphin 3 year-old, but Mr Chua stays well. Any rain would help, but he has to have a decent chance looking at that recent form.

Made a pleasing return to the track at the start of this month, when fourth at Southwell. Just got a bit tired in the final stages that day so the combination of the slight drop in trip and with that run under his belt we are hopeful of another solid run. Ground is fine and we meet the horse that won the race we contested last time - Damut I'm Out - on better terms this time (6lbs) - that should also help us get much closer. Another of ours with e/w claims today in an open affair.

Last seen back in February, but that was a winning run at Warwick and also his career first success. Has had a break since but has done well during that time away from the track and hopeful we can kick-on with the horse now. Races off an 8lb higher mark than his last run and also up in grade. Any rain would help, but the horse is well and with the expected improvement feel we are not without an e/w chance here in what looks a tight little race.

Chase debut didn't go to plan or well last time out at Kelso, he just didn't take to them so we are quickly back over his preferred hurdles here today. Had run okay the time before (4th) at Stratford and with that run coming off a break had come on for it. Ground and trip are fine and was 2nd over this CD a while back so the track is fine too. Blinkers are also on today as raced a bit too keen last time too. Should put that last run behind him and only 5lbs higher than last win and 3lbs of that is offset with the jockey's claim. A return to that previous course form here would see him go very close.

Hasn't really fired for us over fences in the two runs he's had since joining the yard. So, we gave him a break and also a wind op over the summer as got tired quickly last time. Back over hurdles here to get his confidence back, but his better form is over the smaller obstacles anyway and has form at the track. Is also back to a nice mark - only a pound higher than last win - and should be fine on the ground, but any rain would help his cause. Fit and well at home - has been doing plenty of work, while it's nice to get going with him again and in what doesn't look the best of races must have a chance and shouldn't be far away.

Won well at Stratford back in July but failed to build on that on her handicap debut at Market Rasen the last day. Got tired quite quickly so we've given her a wind operation since. Should be more to come but being first run back after the op then really just be delighted with a nice clear run and get some confidence back into her. Anything else a plus.

Needed the run in the end last time out at Cartmel over fences after just over 6 months off and probably not totally suited by the track that day. Back over hurdles here too, but is rated 3lbs lower than over fences. The longer trip is fine too - has won over his distance - this also represents a slight drop in grade to what he's been running in. Acts on any ground, so any rain is fine as well. Looks a decent race and not without a squeak as she's certainly come on for that last race, but it's no secret his better form has been over fences - yet to win over hurdles from 10 runs - so a bit to answer on that score.

Former Pointer that is lightly-raced - returns from a break though and this is also her first run back from a wind op so just be happy with a soild run and build from there - will be better once handicapped too.

Ran really well last time out at Uttoxeter after almost a year out - only really got tired in the closing stages, but still did well to finish fourth. We are a pound lower for that, but the drop back to 2m1f here is in his favour and he seems well after a month off to get over that last outing. Looking forward to another solid run.

Deserves to take his chance in this Listed race after a smooth win at Newbury last time out. Was slowly away that day too so was made to be even better and has come out of the race well. Any more rain would help as that win came on soft. More needed in this better race and a bit to find on the ratings but is going the right way and could run well at a fair price.

A well-bred filly who has just had the one run a couple of seasons ago. Was very weak and backward then so has been given plenty of time since then. Works well at home so hopefully she can transfer her homework to the track.

Ran well in unsuitable soft ground at Stratford last time - the winner has won again since so the form looks okay too. The ground will be more to his liking here today. First time over fences but has schooled well at home and if he takes to them in a race and on the track should run well. Each-way.

Fit from running over hurdles last month but runs on the flat here for the first time. Showed ability in bumpers but has struggled a bit with injuries and mostly with her jumping over hurdles. However, does retain ability but the niggle here will be the 1m4f being a bit on the sharp side - likely to be better on the flat over further.

Has some good form to his name but flopped when last seen back in November at Ascot. That came in a better race and is well after a break. Has also gone well off a lay-off in the past and has been doing plenty of work at home. We've probably all got Minella Encore to beat but should run well and looks to have nice e/w claims.

In rude health at the moment - winning his last two in great fashion. Turns out again just 4 days after winning well at Lingfield on Wednesday but has come out of the race well. Carries a 5lb penalty here and Jim Crowley, who was on last time too, remains in the saddle. Another step forward needed and a small concern over the quick return, but in great form and looking forward to another big run.

Was set to run a big race at Wetherby over fences back in March when unseating Brendan Powell. Back over hurdles today to give him a confidence booster and has done well during his 6 months off. Step up in trip a slight unknown but we feel it will be fine around here and on this better ground. The horses seem to be running well at the moment too so looking forward to getting going again with this one and should run well.

Nice draw in 4 and proven CD winner at the track - in fact, we landed this race 12 months ago! Returns from almost 3 months off as we gave him a break after running well below-par last time at Newbury in June. Decent AW record with 6 top three finishes from 12 runs and gone well off a break in the past too. Only a pound higher than last year's win in this race so based on that hard to rule out at a venue and in a race he's proven. Fair e/w chance in an open race.

Ran much better last time out in a bumper at Doncaster (4th) and has progressed at home since - stronger horse. Tom a plus in the saddle and won't mind conditions here today. Winners, Emmarelli and Seaton Carew are feared as is the Henderson runner - Go Chique - so these are probably the likely winners, but we are not without small place claims.

Improving all the time and did well to win in a bunch finish at Chester last time out. Only 3lbs higher for that and the step up from 1m6f to 2m should be fine. Jim Crowley an obvious plus in the saddle and has run over this course already this year. Another bold bid on the cards and looks to have a solid e/w chance with the Fellowes horse looking the one to beat.

Former winning Pointer but had a few issues since running under rules - having a few wind operations. First run back since October so likely to improve a lot for this, but nice to get going with him on the track again.

Was in the process of running a big race last time out at Newcastle when falling - that came back in January so has had plenty of time to get over that and schooled well since. Might have liked slightly softer ground, but should be okay in conditions and has run well off a break in the past. Well at home and if jumping holds up then could outrun his odds.

Another of ours today that is returning from a break - but the horse is well and we feel he'll be better for the wind surgery he had back in January as seemed to get tired in his last two races at the end of 2019. Returning here as a course winner at the track (NH Flat) and hoping to get his confidence back by switching back to hurdles. Looks a funny race as will probably rest between four horses - of which we are one - with the Fergal O'Brien runner the main danger. but we do get 6lbs from that horse so that gives us hope. Based on the lack of depth to the race, hopeful of hitting the frame at worse.

Returns from around 7 months off but is well at home and no stranger to going well off a break in the past. Likes the track - is a course winner here - and returns over hurdles as still a novice over the smaller obstacles. Rain is not ideal and guess it's just who handles the conditions the best as it looks as if it will be a negative for the others in the race too. However, first-time cheekpieces are on today to help him concentrate but if translating last seasons improved chase form to hurdles then must have a big chance.

Did well last season and overall record over fences is good with 12 runs and 4 wins (8 top three finishes). Competitive race for the track but a nice prize on offer so this race has been a target. First run at the track but no reason why it won't suit as likes to race up with the pace and, therefore, the tight track should play to her strengths. Well at home too and has run well fresh in the past - only 3lbs higher than that Cheltenham win last term. Looking forward to a good run.

Was starting to get the hang of things a bit last season - putting one or two good performances in. Still a long way off winning though and will need to see a lot more before getting too carried away with him. Trip and ground are fine though, but best-watched until he's able to show more.

Dropped 8lbs from her last run - after which she ran well for much of the way only to tire in the closing stages - but worth noting that came back in June 19. Had a few issues since - hence the long lay-off so likely to improve for this no matter what. But in good form at home and in a race that looks to lack depth could sneak a place. The Fergal O'Brien runner - Saintbury Lady - looks the one to beat.

Returning from around 6 months off so no matter what can be expected to improve for this. Won't mind the slightly softer ground though and well at home. Richard's 3lb claim helps and is well suited by this trip. Still a bit to prove too as 7lbs higher than last win, so just be happy with a nice run back. Roar and Right Destination look the obvious ones.  

A nice little race - with all 5 runners looking to have some sort of a say. Rolfe has done really well for us in his three races so far - and despite not winning yet has been placed in the top three each time. Tried 6f last time but we feel the drop back to 5f here will suit as just ran out of gas last time. Speedy sort that has also run well with a bit of cut in the ground, while Thore's 3lb claim is an added bonus. Looking forward to a good run and should not be far away. One Day and Jojo Rabbit are the ones we probably fear the most.

Done really well since returning from a wind operation in June - placed twice at Lingfield and Sandown. Up another 4lbs here but we feel the track and ground will suit and must have another fair e/w chance in what looks an open affair.

Disappointed us last time out at Bangor when only fourth as the odds-on favourite. Was never happy that day back over hurdles so he's returning to fences today. He won well over this CD two runs ago - beating Azzuri - by 3/4 of a length. We take on that horse again here on similar terms so that gives us hope. Needs to bounce back and put that last effort behind him but the cheekpieces are on today too and they will hopefully help him settle. Open-looking race, but each-way chances.

Delighted with his win at Southwell last time out - that came over fences but is back over hurdles today in what looks a winnable race. Had 4 weeks to get over that last run and is well at home - loves the good ground and this trip is ideal. Two good runs on the flat and over fences this season. Has some solid enough hurdles form from two seasons ago. Looks in front on the ratings and this looks a good opportunity for him back over hurdles in Novice company.

Had three runs on the flat but is having his hurdles debut here today. Jumps well enough at home and fit and well. But taking on some slightly more experienced sorts here so really just be happy with a solid first run over the sticks and go from there.

Much better last time out at Stratford when winning on her return run. The tongue-tie seemed to help that day so not surprise it's on again here. Into a handicap for the first time here and has come out of that last race well - we'll know more about her mark after this but conditions will suit and unlike some of the others we at least head here with a recent run under our belts. Overall, probably more is needed and we'll learn a lot more here but must have an each-way chance still.

We might all be hard-pressed to topple the Andrew Balding runner - Imperial Force - who sets a high standard on what we've seen so far. Our horse has done well though from his two runs (placed both times) and we feel the step up to 6f (from 5f) will suit. Place claims.

Got nailed near the finish last time out at Lingfield when looking the likely winner. Has only been raised a pound for that run and top jockey Oisin Murphy takes over. With that also being his first run after a wind operation that made the run even better and we now also know this 1m6f trip is within range on the flat. Should go well.

Did well back in 2019 in a few bumpers but hasn't really progressed that form over hurdles. Returns from a 204 day break so likely to improve for this but will be fine on the better ground. Trying the tongue-tie here today too, but really just be happy with a solid first run back. The race looks to rest between the main three at the head of the market.

First time over hurdles in public here today after running six times on the flat. Limited form on the level but the plan was always to go over the sticks and hoping she'll do well in time. Expected to be better once getting a handicap mark.

Took well to fences last season - ran a great race at a big price on the flat at Goodwood a couple of weeks ago so is fit and ready to go. This is the most competitive chase he has been in but should love the ground and a fast pace to aim at should suit.

Cracking debut run here over this 5f and with that experience should go well here. Looks a similar race and the fact he wasn't the best away that last day made the run even better to get so close. Quicker ground here, but should be okay and seems to have come out of that race well. Competitive, but every chance again.

Took a step forward last time out here when 4th of 8 in Novice company. Into a handicap on the flat for the first time and has had a wind op since his last run too. We feel the longer trip here will help as ran okay over hurdles over further. Likely to just need the run after 5 months off, but is well and won't disgrace - really just be happy with a solid return effort, but the decent ground will suit and hopefully can run well.

Nice to get going with the horse again after having some issues - Think this is a nice place to start him back and blow away the cobwes but seems well at home and not run bad off a break in the past. However, really just be happy with a solid run back and delighted to get him back on the track.

Very pleasing return run back at Newcastle last week, when 4th of 12. Equally as good on the turf and overall turf record is solid - 22 runs and 9 top three finishes (2 wins). Maybe a bit to prove around this mark at the moment but a horse that rarely runs a bad race and last week's outing should have him head here a lot fitter and sharper than most of the others. Each-way.

Dutch Art juvenile that shows plenty of speed at home. First run here today though so will learn a lot here and will come on for it.

Down the field on two runs so far, but will get a handicap mark after today - being this will be his third outing. Slight step up in trip will help though and will be suited by the Kempton track.

Versatile sort that was last seen running over the sticks at Taunton back in November. More experienced on the flat though and likes the AW tracks. Seemed to benefit from a wind op last year - running three top races on the flat since. Has a solid and consistent record on the sand surfaces too, with 6 top three (3 wins) finishes from just 11 starts. Has been ticking over nicely at home during the down time (has done plenty of work) and is a CD winner up here at Newcastle. Decent jockey in Hollie Doyle booked to ride (first ride on the horse). The race looks competitive though and the only worry is that he takes a fair bit of getting ready and usually takes a run or two to get back into top form.

Pulled up last time out at Ffos Las but that came over a much shorter trip than this and over fences - found things happening a bit too quick. Is still to win a race under rules though so would like to see a bit more on the track, but is down to his lowest mark and is 5lbs lower than last time out. We think the longer trip will suit and this is the easiest race she's contested for a while, plus the switch back to hurdles should help her confidence too. But she still needs to show more on the track before she becomes a betting proposition.

Only three runners and on recent form we look the one to beat. A tight little race still though but we were delighted with his win at Wetherby last time out off a small break. Up in grade and up 8lbs here but we get quite a lot of weight still from the other too in this better race and that will be a big help in the ground. Should go well.

Open race with most of the 7 runners looking to have some sort of a chance. We are the only CD winner in the field though and he returned last time off the back of a wind op to run a decent second. Has come out of that race well and off just 3lbs higher will have a decent chance. Ground, trip and track are all okay too. 

Had a good start to her career and was a cracking second at Haydock in a Listed Mares' race last time out. Has been kept fresh since as that came back in December and seems to have improved at home since. Big jump in class again, but a nice mare and deserves to take her chance. Should run better than a 50/1 shot - still likely to find a ew too good, but this will teach her at lot and help her going forward.

Delighted with his win at Exeter on debut last month on heavy ground. Is a very likeable type and as a 4yo we get a handy 7lbs here. Has some out of that race well and won't mind it i the ground gets any softer. Up significantly in grade here though and would be a huge ask. But a nice horse for the future and this will teach him a lot.

CD winner around this track and over these fences so that's a help - loves this sort of test. Was 5th here in November too but not quite fired since. Would need the ground to continue to dry out to help his chance, but goes without saying we've bundles to find with the likes of Tiger Roll - we are rated 42lbs inferior! So, just hoping for a solid run round and anything else a plus, but the ground has gone against us too. In great heart and form but very much up against it here.

Acts well on soft and heavy ground but plenty to prove at the moment after some poor recent runs. On a plus, has dropped 5lbs since that last run and is looking fairly well-treated. Had a small break and well at home but need to see it on the track again first before being more confident.

Lot more needed based on last run, but has had a wind op since so we are hoping that will help. Fact-finding mission here though being stepped up in trip too.

Another that's come from the Claire Dyson yard and is having it's first run for us. Point winner but is yet to win under rules (14 runs). Had been rated a lot higher in the past and this doesn't look a great race so that should hopefully give us a better chance here - 6lbs lower than last time. Soft ground is also fine for the horse and hoping to open up a few news doors by stepping up in trip here to 3m. We'll learn a lot about the trip but the horse is well. Having said that, has only been working 'okay' at home since coming to us and does have his issues so not one to particularly rely on. If staying would have e/w claims but very much a 'fact-finding' mission today.

Only second run for us after coming from the Claire Dyson yard. Down the field on that first run but has improved at home for it, but didn't jump well that day. A return to fences should be a big plus. Ground could be a slight worry, but has won on very soft ground in France so that gives us hope. Also dropped 5lbs in the ratings. More needed and even though a better run is expected from last time we feel he's got a bit to prove today.

Looks between us Young Lieutenant and Diodorus. Thor was a nice winner at Newcastle back in November (2 runs ago) but flopped next time at Ffos Las - can often do that for no reason, so not one to totally trust. Has had a wind op since and hopeful that will help. First run back since that operation so we'll find out more here and the horse should gain some more confidence. The ratings, however, suggest we've got a bit to find with the Greatrex horse, that is rated 3lbs higher than us and we have to give 7lbs too. Trip, ground and track are fine though and if the favourite runs below-par again the hopeful we can pick up the pieces.

Solid effort last time out at Market Rasen when second - that came on her first run for the yard and we get in here off the same mark. That taught us a fair bit too and one of the reasons we are dropping her back in trip here as just get a bit tired last time over 2m3f. This race also doesn't look as strong as that last one. Cheekpieces are also on for the first time here and that should help too. Has won on heavy in the past over hurdles so the softer conditions are also a plus. Should go well and looks one of our better chances on the day.

Only second career run - much more need than what we saw on debut at Lingfield and likely to be better once handicapped.

Winning pointer and showed a fair level of form on hurdles debut at Uttoxeter when with Claire Dyson. First run for us and only third career outing so will have more to come. Been doing well at home but we'll find out more here today. 1 1/2 stars.

First run on the track - been doing well at home and won't mind the ground. But not really betting races with so many newcomers in the field, but looking forward to the nice run and getting going with him. Tom rides and hopeful of a nice introduction. 1 1/2 stars.

Winning Pointer that is having rules debut here today. Fit and well, plus won't mind the ground so looking forward to a solid introduction and hopeful she won't be far away.

First run for the yard - has had plenty of racing when with Gordon Elliott, Henry Oliver and more recently Claire Dyson but we'll learn a lot about him here today. Has settled in well though. Also returns from a few months off but is 4lbs lower than last time out. Soft ground okay and we feel the step up in trip will suit and probably not the best of races so that would give us an e/w chance.

Has taken a big step forward this season and cracking win at Cheltenham two runs ago. Wasn't disgraced again there last month (4th of 11) and getting the mares' allowance here another bold bid from the front on the cards. Those runs came over around 2m, but is a versatile sort regarding the trip and has won over this far in the past. Each-way.

Ran well at Hereford two runs back (close second) but flopped as an odds-on favourite at Kelso last time. Is certainly better than that - and scoped dirty after that race so did have an excuse. We've given him 2 months to get over that and seems well at home. Looking to get back on track with him and in an open race feel we've got a solid e/w chance.

Second runner in the race for us and our better chance - Point winner that is making rules debut here today but a likeable sort that will be suited by conditions. Might just get done for a bit of experience against those at the head of the market, but not without an e/w squeak with Tom riding.

Down the field on first two runs over hurdles - third run here will see her get a handicap mark and be more competitive as a result once in that company.

Got hammered a bit by the handicapper for winning two runs back at Musselburgh - went up 9lbs for that success and that took it's toll last time when down the field at Fakenham, but also ran a bit too keen that day. More galloping track here will suit though and 2lbs lower than last time. Also dropped in grade here will help but as a result we've got 12-0 to carry, but will find the easier company more to his liking and with that should have each-way claims.

Debut run for the stable after coming from the Claire Dyson yard. 1 win from 5 chase starts and with that coming off a 19lb higher mark then must have a chance based on his current handicap rating. Look to have the in-form Kim Bailey runner - Lots Of Luck - to beat, but with the horses running well in general feel we've got an each-way chance, albeit with just 6 runners.

Two-time chase winner that is having his debut for the yard after formerly being with Claire Dyson - plus before that had some okay form over in France. We'll find out a bit more about the horse here but does know how to get his head in front (3 wins from 10 runs). Dropping mark of 108 looking attractive and this ground/trip are fine. Nice to get going with him but will learn a lot here and not badly handicapped on some old form. Each-way chance.

Won three times over hurdles but only had a couple of runs over fences. Another that is having her first run for the yard after coming from the Claire Dyson team. Has settled in well, but - like our other runner today - we'll learn a fair bit from this. On a plus, has schooled well and done lots of work too. The step up in trip is a bit of an unknown but she has won a Point over further. Is also not badly handicapped (won off this mark over hurdles), so if all comes together on ground that should be perfect then each-way shout.

Some Chaos : Would have a great chance on his chase form, hated the ground at Cheltenham (never ran well there) on first start, but ran a solid race in the Ladbroke at Newbury last time. The track should suit him today, 8lbs lower over hurdles, the trip is no worry but the rain is a concern - lets hope it’s not too soft as ideally he would like good ground!

Quiet Shy : Shown very little since pleasing first run needs to show a lot more last chance saloon for her today.

Mr Chua : Done nothing wrong in all his runs to date, ran well when third at Kempton on his sole flat start, looks up against it with one or two of these on stats and well will be better over further. He’ll will struggle against anything with a turn of foot!

Solid return run last time at Warwick after a break - has come out of that race well and improved for it. That also came over 2m4f and we are back in trip here to 2m, but in the conditions that will be fine. Also dropped 5lbs for that last run helps and with just 8 career runs we feel there is much more to come from him. The in-form favourite to beat, but each-way claims.

Took another leap forward last time out when winning a decent handicap chase here at the December meeting. Remains on the same mark here as we are back over hurdles. Has come out of that last race well and being we are the only course winner in the field that will hopefully count for something. Is yet to win over hurdles (0 from -), but we feel she's a better horse now she's had the wind op. Open affair but looking forward to seeing her go again. Each-way.

Promising sort that ran well on debut at Aintree in what looked an above average race - will learn more here and probably not a race to get involved in with a lot of newcomers, but looking for another step forward and some more education.

We are running from a pound out of the handicap but has been in cracking form this season, with two nice wins. Up 6lbs for the last of those to get him into this better race and the wind surgery he had in the summer seems to have worked well. More required in this harder contest but stays further than this 2m4f trip and that will help in conditions and up the hill. Light weight of just 10-0 helps and could sneak a place if his jumping holds up. 1 1/2 stars.

Winning Pointer - but work-in-progress - will help once handicapped after one more run. Those at the top of the market look set to fight this one out.

No great shakes to date and likely to need more time - will be better off once getting a handicap mark.

Two average runs so far this season - but this is only her second run back after a wind op. Didn't get home over 3m last time out so the drop in trip will help and also into an easier race. Seems to have turned a corner at home and won't mind the ground. Current mark looks workable based on older form and the ground and trip should be ideal. We've done a few things different at home too so hoping she can show more of her old self on the track and if so would have a great chance off this rating. Each-way price.

Lightly-raced, but going the right way and a consistent sort that has run well on all starts to date. Last seen running well on the flat at Kempton last week - back over hurdles here as can get into a handicap hurdle now and should be a lot more competitive as a result. Light weight (10st) will help in the ground so if his jumping holds up then small each-way claims, but the heavy ground won't really be ideal for him. 1 1/2 stars.

Proven stayer that is now having his first run as a 12 year-old. Won back in October at Kelso so still showing a love for his racing but last seen being pulled-up in the Becher Chase at Aintree. 4lbs higher than last win so we are helping with Richard taking off 3lbs. Bit of an in-and-out performer these days but will love the stamina test and seems well at home. Ground fine and first run at Warwick so hoping this new venue will suit - no reason why it won't. Each-way. 1 1/2 stars.

Pulled up last time out at Cheltenham in a better race but the key here today will hopefully be the better ground. Is much better on a sounder surface so hoping the rain stays away. Stays this trip will too, so that proven stamina is a plus and should be suited by the tight track as he likes to race up with the pace. Big weight but Jack takes off 7lbs too - Hopeful of better and each-way chance.

Been running over hurdles of late - has done nothing wrong in those 3 starts under NH rules, but running on the flat for the first time today. Well related and bred to suggest it's worth a crack on the level. Trip is the only concern as it may just be a bit on the sharp side for him and looks the sort to do better over further on the flat. Overall a bit of a fact-finding mission but hoping for a fair run and to open a few new avenues.

Not shown much to date but only had 4 runs so still learning - Is also returning from around 5 months off so expected to come on for the run.

Third in all three starts for us to date - including here last month. Was well back that day behind the useful Goshen but still pleased us with the way he handled the track and the way he plugged on. Another tough race with the Henderson horse setting a good standard so likely to be playing for places again here.

Had a few issues so not been out for a while - this will be first run since Sept 18. Owners have been patient but seems ready to go again now. Will obviously need the run and this is only fourth AW run. Stays further than this 1m2f trip so that will help too - won't disgrace but might just get found out by a few that have had a recent run.

Been running over the Cross Country fences here this season and has run okay in all his starts so far this season in ground that hasn't been ideal. Comes here in good form but is still probably high enough in the weights to be winning in a hot race like this but has small e/w possibilities.

Didn't jump the best on chase debut at Kelso last time out, but still ran well for much of the way and only got tired in the last half a mile of so - that came back in October and we've given him plenty of time to get over that and schooling since. Shorter trip and the blinkers are on for the first time here - both should help. Dropped 4lbs by the handicapper too and has also acted well in the ground in the past so certainly feel we can put in an improved run here. Each-way.

First day at school today so will learn a lot. Bred to like the AW surfaces though and showing well at home so won't disgrace but likely to find a few of those that have had runs benefitting from that experience.

Winning pointer, but bit to prove after running down the field at Wetherby earlier this month on rules debut. Wil be seen in a better light once handicapped.

Disappointed on his last two starts so a big step up in trip for this former point winner today. Step up in trip should be a help as always seen him as a 3m type - ground should be ideal so if settling and getting the trip should have a big chance. 

Ran okay last time out at Lingfield (4th) - will stay this 3m trip well and we are also dropped 2lbs by the handicapper. Looks an open race but Richard's 3lb claim will help as well so hoping the 5lbs better off rating here than last time will give us a solid e/w chance.

Rosie And Millie - Top win last time out at Ayr - winning very easily. Up in grade here into a Listed race so a lot more needed but we've taken our time with her and will love the soft ground. An extra 3f here so a slight unknown but we feel she'll be fine over it. The horses are going well and certainly feel there is more to come from her - looks to be a nice e/w price to me.

Only second run - more needed based on debut run. So one for the future and work in progress.

Court Master - Up only 3lbs for his recent win at Musselburgh and with that coming off a break and after a wind op then it made it all the better. Higher grade and much better race than last time, so will need more but as a result gets in here with only 10-3 - so that helps. Deserves to take it's chance in this better race and is building on that last run not without a small e/w chance at a nice price.

Looks our better chance on the day - won well at Musselburgh last month and has come out of that race well with 3 weeks to get over it. Likes to lead so the tight track here at Fakenham will suit and the ground will pose no issues. Up 9lbs is the only thing to overcome so he'll need to find a bit more in what looks an open contest for the grade. But we are happy with him and solid run looks on the cards.

Only second run over hurdles so still learning her trade. Did run well on hurdles debut though when 6th of 14 at Taunton so can hopefully build on that here. Tight track should be fine for her too and her homework suggests she's come on at home since her last run too, but really just be delighted with a step in the right direction here.

Won well at Newcastle last time in soft ground - won his bumper round here too on heavy ground. Is a very ground dependent horse and the softer the better for him. The favourite looks hard to beat but a mark of 124 looks a workable rating for him.

Northern Beau - CD winner at the track, but tough looking race and we are also running 3lbs out of the handicap. Does like the track though and is a past CD winner and ran well for much of the way here last time behind Saint Calvados. Will be better for that run and it was also only second run after a wind op. Probably would have also liked better ground, but won't disgrace - would need to find a bit more improvement. 

Loves this course and these fences - won here over this CD a few seasons ago. Racing off a pound lower than that win here and ran another solid race here last month (5th) - has a bit to find with Rolling Dyan and Chic Name that finished just ahead of us that day but we get in here with a 3lb lower actual racing weight. Another bold bid from the front expected and hopefully he can stay out of trouble up there. Looks open, so e/w

Cracking win at Musselburgh last month - showed a lot of guts that day to get back up. That came over 2m4f but this step up to 3m looks to be what he wants based on that last run and only 3lbs higher. With that last run also coming off the back of a wind op then hopeful there is still more improvement to come. Can go well and we'd be hoping for a top three finish at worse.

We normally do okay with our runners up here at Kelso and hoping we've found a good chance for Ask Himself to get off the mark. Has run two solid seconds this season at Carlisle and Hereford - won't mind the ground and this 2m trip is spot-on for him at this stage. Looking forward to a big run and be a shame if he can't take this.

Still loving his racing at 11 years-old and returned with a nice 8 length win at Kelso back in October. First run over these fences but we think he'll love it and this has ben the target for a while. A decent record over fences with 9 top three finishes from 16 runs (5 wins) and we know he stays further than this 3m2f trip too so hoping his stamina will be a big asset. Goes without saying a competitive race, but we are happy with him and looking forward to a solid run. Each-way price.
