Consistent performer in lower-graded handicaps but in at the deep end today in a Listed race. Obviously a lot to find on these terms at the weights being rated 67 and taking on 100 rated horses, but is fit and well and is a course winner so hoping she might be able to get by a few in the race if improving a bit.

Charming Lily has shown promise on both her starts at Kempton. Soft ground is an unknown for her but we are hopeful of a nice run from the daughter of Charm Spirit.

First time into a handicap here today after three promising runs. The step back up in trip will suit after running on well the last day over a mile at Lingfield and has also tasted the Kempton track in the past too. Several with similar chances, but we feel she's an improving filly and will have a leading chance here with the expected improvement.

Just the one career win from 14 races, but is a fairly consistent performer. A close third last time out at Wolves and back on the grass is fine. Has been freshened up with 2 1/2 months off and we feel the return to 2m is worth another try. Each-way chance if the ground is soft enough.

5 runs and yet to win a race but has show enough ability to take a race like this. Was a close second last time out at Wolves and with two past runs on the grass the switch to the green stuff is fine. Expected to have a leading e/w chance.

Only third run in a handicap here but will be better for his last run at Nottingham after 2 1/2 months off. We also feel the shorter trip here will help after not quite getting home over 1m 1/2f last time. Better expected and should have decent e/w claims. 

Only career win to date has come on the AW back in Nov 21. Returned last time with a fair 3rd of 8 though at Wolves and has improved for that run coming off 2 1/2 months off. 2lbs lower here and we know she stays further than this 1m2f trip, which we'll try and make use of. Each-way chance.

Back up in trip here today but has run well on only start over this 1m4f distance on the turf. Fair track form here at Wolves too winning here last year and also running well (2nd) last time over 1m 1/2f - staying on well so the extra trip we think will suit. Taking off 5lbs too with Christian's claim, he's ridden the horse before too and so overall we'd like to think we'd have fair e/w chances today.

Hard to not be delighted with her this season - one of the success stories of the year (in my eyes anyway). Has progressed up the ranks when winning her last four and shot up 31lbs from her last run when winning the G2 May Hill at Doncaster. That was her 4th win in a row and is still improving. Up into a Group 1 now seems crazy but deserves to take her chance and with that rise last time is actually the second top-rated in the field now. Commissioning the one to beat, but this filly keep on surprising us, so you never know!

Four career runs to date and glimmers of ability. Back up in trip here today will help, but higher grade here today so more on his plate. Overall needs to improve though to figure today.

No show last time at Newbury but this looks an easier race and the switch back to the AW will suit. Well drawn in 3 to get a better early position. We've also given the horse a break since that last run (2 1/2 months) to freshen up and that should help. Place chance.

The Hughes and Boughey runners have fair form to aim at so a place might be all we can hope for here. Our filly ran well again last time at Kempton (3rd) and kept on well so the extra 1/2 a furlong will help. Luke rides and draw 4 helps. Each-way claims. 

Third run so will get a handicap mark after today. Has run two fair races so far without winning - beaten 3 1/4 lengths both times. Wide draw not ideal, but hoping over this 1m trip she can overcome that. The Crisford horse sets a fair standard though so place chance probably the best we can hope for, but will be one to note once into handicaps.

Fair debut run here last time out over a mile. Ran a bit green that day so the experience would have helped and hopeful of better here, but might still need more time.

Going the right way with two fair opening runs at Wolves and Kempton. Just got a bit tired the last day over 1m3f so the drop in trip will suit and no reason why the track won't suit. David Probert rides again (on last time) and we'd have small place chances but would likely need to improve here to figure and the Stoute and Johnston runners might be hard to beat.

Magnificent Millie ran three times in novice races before showing improvement first time in a nursery when not far behind the placed horses. She has an each-way chance here but really needs to progress a good deal to take the prize.

Two career wins from 19 runs but often never far away in her races. Fourth last time at Ffos Las and only 1 3/4 off the winner that day. Back to Wolves helps as only AW win came here. She also seems to run well for the girls so Saffie back on today and helping to claim 3lbs. Nice draw in 5 and continues to hold her form well at home. Looks to have a nice e/w chance.

In flying form at the moment - winning her last three from 5 1/2f to 1m 1/2. Therefore an improving and versatile filly but in at the deepend here in this Group 2. Rated 35lbs lower than the fav - Dance In The Grass - so that tells it's own story. But Polly is thriving at the moment and we know she stays this trip - could outrun her odds in a race that lacks depth.

Very happy with her debut run at Wolverhampton (5th of 10). Has come out of that race well and we think the longer trip here will be in her favour. Can take a step forward but the first three in the betting are likely to fight this one out.

Shown fair form to date from opening three runs - into a handicap here for the first time will help and we also feel the step up to a mile will bring out more. David Probert, who rode on debut, gets the call again. Needs to improve but each-way chance.

Been in super form this season - winning her last four with the last three coming at the big Goodwood, Ascot and York festivals. Up into a Listed race here for the first time and therefore a bit to find on these terms. But is improving still and could be more to come over this 7f with last time over it only her first try at this trip. Deserves to take her chance and could easily surprise again. Each-way chance.

Nice filly but like a lot of ours first time out will learn a lot from the experience and taking on a Godolphin horse that have also won and had two runs so will have the experience edge over us here.

Three promising runs to date and qualifies for a handicap now based on that. Starting her off in a Class 6 and looks on a fair mark so hopeful of a better run here today. Luke rides and probably needs to improve again but is lightly-raced and that's certainly possible - we come here with a decent e/w chance.

We are trying a new trip with Point Louise, who has been staying on at the end of each of her three runs at ten furlongs. Top-weight on a galloping track will require her to get the distance well, but we're taking off 5lb for a capable claimer. Each-way hopes if she does stay this far. 

Done great this season - winning her last two. Up just 2lbs for the last of those and been very versatile in term of trip - winning over 5 1/2f and last time over 1m 1/2f. Over a mile here is fine and should have a decent chance of landing the three-timer.

Open race here and would have an e/w chance. 3rd to a nice horse in Ferrari Queen last time at Kempton was franked since - ran 2nd in a Listed race here. Also be better for being in a handicap now too and Charles, who rode last time, keeps the ride. Each-way.

Third run here today - two average runs so far, but has some a bit of promise and will improve with racing. Will get a handicap mark after today and be seen in better affect thereafter.

Delighted with her this season - winning her last three and has improved 13lbs as a result. Up another 6lbs for her Ascot win at the Shergar Cup. But is up to 7f here today (from 6f) so hoping the extra furlong will bring out more improvement. More on her plate, but continues to surprise us so you never know. Fit and well, so e/w call here.

Nice filly but is having her first run today and like a lot of mine will improve for the experience. But still hopeful of a nice showing and should be one to note one getting some experience under her belt.

Going the right way from only three career runs, but will get a handicap mark after today and will be seen in a better light thereafter.

Non-runner

Back on the AW here after a poor run at Salisbury last time. But that was in an amateur riders' race so can be ignored. 2lbs lower and a 5lb claimer on today to help and will be fine over the longer trip. Looks fairly well-treated at the moment so can't ignore, but does need to leave that last run behind her.

Magnificent Millie missed the break on debut here two weeks ago and was never able to get on terms from that point. She will know more about it and as a daughter of Tasleet- sire of this year's Coventry Stakes winner - she is bred to be quick. Hopefully she will show more signs of that today.

Adaay In Asia has done very well to win her last two races and put in a super performance to win at Goodwood. Although this is much tougher we still expect her to run well and she should enjoy the straight track.

Got off the mark at Bath 3 weeks ago in good fashion and in the process got a handicap mark with it being her third run. Up significantly in trip here though to 1m 1/2f (from 5 1/2f), so even though she's bred to stay and we feel she will, it's still an unknown. Probably got the top horse to beat, but is fit and well though and looking forward to seeing how she gets on.

The Johnston horse - Ferrari Queen - looked impressive on debut so is going to be hard for us all to beat. We are one of the more experienced in the field though after two fair runs at Leicester and Salisbury. Bit disappointed with his run last time at Salisbury but the really quick ground that day wasn't ideal and we are stepping back up to 7f. Ran well on debut over this trip at Leicester, so no shock to see better today and not without place claims in a race that lacks a bit of depth.

Course winner but need to bounce back from a poor run at Kempton last time out. But didn’t seem to see out that 2m trip that day so the drop back to 1m6f here will suit and seems to be better for that last race with it coming off 2 months off. The Portman and Ellison horses might be hard to beat though. 

Ladies' apprentice race here but we've a good jockey in Sarah Bowen riding and she can claim 3lbs. Nice draw in 1 helps and down a pound from last time helps as now on a career low rating. Famous Footsteps probably be hard to beat but we'd have an e/w chance here.

Comes here in winning form after a short-head win at Chepstow. Harder race here up in grade but only 2lbs higher than last outing. Trip and ground are fine and has run well here at Goodwood in the past. Dylan Hogan keeps the ride and not without an each-way squeak in a very open and competitive affair.

Nice filly but first day at school here today. Has been working well enough at home and shows plenty of pace for this 6f trip but likely to need the experience here today with the Cole and O'Callaghan horses the ones to fight this out.

Sea Of Charm has been very consistent and has to hold an each-way chance in this 0-70 handicap. The big negative of course is her weight of 10st2lb, but she is honest and will run her race as usual.

Solar Prophet hopefully is well handicapped. I think he has an each-way chance tonight.

One of her 2 career wins came here at Bath, so the track is fie. Ran in a slightly better race last time out so the drop back into a Class 6 will help here and a top draw in 1. Goes well for the lady riders too so Georgia Dobie claims 3lbs and rides for the first time. Should have a fair e/w chance here

We've been pleased with her progress from her opening two runs. Fair debut at Newbury and an improved 4th (of 10) last time at Lingfield. Hoping we've found a good opportunity here with only two others to beat - both are newcomers too, so our experience should be a big plus. Expected to go well and hopefully she can get off the mark.

Two bronze medals of late but not been beaten far each time. Similar race here but fillies only contest will make things a tad easier. Looks to have Silent Flame to beat but a repeat of her last two efforts should see her go very close.

Needed the run the last day after a few months off and 5lbs lower this time too. Amateur riders' race so tricky event to call, so really just hoping for an improved run. But the horse is well and the trip and ground are fine.

Only career win came at Wolverhampton back in August. Has been running well in defeat since and has handled the surface here at Kempton well in the past. Probably a small bit to prove still off this rating but hoping the first time blinkers will help here today bring out a bit more. Is also back up to 2m here so will need to last out - and ideally needs soft ground but not getting much of that on the turf at the moment - but has been a close second over this trip in the past which gives us hope. Trappy little race with many chances.

Sea Of Charms, whose only run so far this year was her fourth on the AW at Lingfield, has a consistent profile. She is down 1lb from last time and has a 5lb claimer booked. We feel the drop back to 1m2f will help as will running  in a fillies' handicap. She should have every chance.

Going the right way after two runs, but will get a handicap mark after today and will be seen in a better light after that.

Back this season with two close finishes at Windsor and Goodwood. Sight drop back in trip here will help (5 1/2f) and we've a top draw in 1. Trappy littlw race but the filly is well and we are hopeful of a solid run - should not be far away.

Very pleasing debut run at Leicester when third over 7f. Just got tired in the closing stages that day so the drop back to 6f will help. Has come out of that last race well too and with that experience and some improvement should go well here. 

Course winner and ran another good race last time at Fontwell, when second. Trip and ground are fine too and top jock booked in STD, who knows the horse well. Can go well again, but tough off top-weight of 12st, so e/w chance.

Delighted with her debut run at Newbury at the end of May - 4th of 17 that day. Has come out of that race well and we feel the step up to 7f is in her favour. Switch to the AW is also okay and with the expected improvement should not be far away.

Fair debut run at Newbury at the end of last month. George keeps the ride to claim 3lbs but work in progress and looking at the form of the others in the race, likely needs to improve a fair bit to figure at this stage of her career in this race.

Nice 2 year-old, but first run on the track today - will need the experience here today and one for the future really.

Hung last time at Lingfield on the AW but is a better horse on the grass and won't mind the cut. Any more rain will be a help too and the drop back to 1m2f will suit too. Better expected but is still 10lbs higher than last time when winning on the grass so does need to find a bit more. Each-way.

Down the field on debut - still work in progress and will be better once handicapped.

Yet to win on the AW from 10 runs so a bit to answer, but has come on for her last run at Nottingham after a break. Probably a better horse on the turf with a bit of cut but chances on that front limited at the moment.

Nice filly that went close last time at Doncaster - beaten just a head. Up a pound for that here but has come out of the race well and George knows the horse well. Should not be far away.

Dropped to a mark of 67 and that's only a pound higher than when last winning. Has come back this year with three fair runs without winning but is dropped into a Class 6 here too and that should give her a much better chance. The cheekpieces are also on today to help. Each-way chance with Adam Kirby riding.

Back last time at Windsor with a fair 5th of 8 - was only beaten 2 1/2 lengths. Down 2lbs for that helps and has run well here at Goodwood in the past. Trappy little race but we'd have an e/w chance.

Will love conditions and seems to run well for the lady riders so Saffie Osborne (has ridden the horse once before) booked to ride. A pound lower than last time helps too and saw out the 1m2f trip last time so today's distance is fine. Decent e/w chance with Uncle Dick the one we fear most.

Second runner in the race for us - another having her debut today so will learn a lot from today and might want a bit further in time. George Rooke rides and claims a handy 3lbs.

Nice filly that is doing well at home but debut run here today and likely to need the experience. David Probert rides.

Stayed on well the last day so we feel it’s worth a go over this longer trip. Likes to race up with the pace and Sam booked to ride again - has won on her in the past. Small e/w chance if lasting out the trip.

Did well last season - winning twice. Came back to the track earlier this month and needed the run that day over 1m2f. Might have liked a bit more cut in the ground but the longer trip should help bring her stamina into play. Bit to find with the Charlton horse on last run though, so just small e/w chance at this stage.

Point Louise has been running into form. She is back down to her latest winning mark from last year and if she handles Beverley she would have a good each-way chance.

Solar Prophet, a three-year-old son of Profitable, makes his debut. He will very much need the experience.

Nice filly but highly-tried here today running into a Listed race off level weights. Trip and ground will suit and we feel she's done well over the winter and autumn. Won't disgrace but we are rated 78 and taking on 98, 101 and 103-rated horses. Any rain would help though.

Just the one win and that came on the AW at Lingfield, but has only had one run on the grass. Ran well in a better race the last day at Lingfield so the drop into a Class 5 will help. Stays further too so we'll try and make us of that and down 2lbs. Should not be far away.

2-time winner on the AW (6 runs) and will be winning races again so, but is back from a 3 month break today so might just need the run. Small chance of getting in the money still though as well at home, but will also improve for this.

Another of ours with a fair e/w chance today. She’s back from a break (185 days) but goes well fresh and seems well at home. Trip and ground will suit and Tony Hamilton booked to ride. Each-way.

Nice run back the last day at Ponty - has come out of that well and only a pound higher. We are offsetting 7lbs though with the jockey’s claim so that gives him a better chance. Step up in trip is fine and will like the ground. Solid e/w chance

Had a small break after a busy spell and ran flat the last day at Uttoxeter. Seems well at home and down a pound here helps. If improving for the better ground then would have an e/w chance in an average-looking contest.

Better for a recent run at Kempton (4th of 9) - that came off a lay-off so has improved for the outing. Jo rides again to claim 3lbs and has won on her in the past - gets on well with her. Loves the quick ground and first run here at the track we feel will suit. Solid each-way chance.

Course winner here and ran another solid race at the track last month to be third. The big unknown here is the step up in trip to 2m - the furthest she's gone is 1m4f so far. We feel it's worth a got though as will open up more chances. The horse is well, but a bit of a fact-finding mission overall though. 

Ended last season with a win at Wolverhampton - has had a nice break since then and back on just a 2lb higher mark. Nice draw in 1 and she's a stronger horse having 6 months off. More on her plate upped in grade but with a bit more improvement would have a small e/w chance here, but likely to improve for the run.

We gave her a small break since a few average runs at Kempton - they were only her first two runs for us so still learning about her. Down another 2lbs here helps but is still 3lbs higher than her last win. Well at home - Small e/w chance, but does need to show a bit more.

Has also been gelded since his last run but has handled the softer ground well in the past and seems well after his break. Dropped in grade here today too and stays further than this 1m4f trip. Returned to form last time at Wincanton with a solid second - back to Uttoxeter today as a CD winner here and Sam TD is getting on well with her in the saddle. A repeat of last run should see her go well again. Each-way.

SHould not be far away - has run well the last twice here over 1m2f and we feel she's worth a try over this longer distance at a course she's won at in the past. Draw 11 isn't ideal though. Each-way claims if able to overcome that draw.

Wo well at Uttoxeter two runs back on heavy ground so the softer ground here will certainly help after not being suited by the track last time at Exeter. That said, still ran way below par the last day but did seem to lose his confidence after some poor jumps. Can bounce back but probably an e/w cautious play in an open affair.

Just touched off by a neck here last time - if running to that level again will have a big chance despite being 3lbs higher. Better grade here slightly so has 6lbs less in racing weight to carry. Expected to go well.

First run for us last time at Kempton - but that also came off a 4 month break so needed the run. Pound lower here and we feel the step up to a mile here will help. Also got bumped early on last time and didn't seem at home after that so did have an excuse for us. 4 time winner on the AW, but a bit to prove here at Kempton with three runs here and all unplaced. Better expected but the recent Balding winner - Hold Fast - looks the one to beat.

Third at Kempton last month over 6f and that blew away some cobwebs after 4 months off. Drop back to 5f is fine as just got a bit tired the last day, but does also stay a bit further so hoping that stamina will help in the closing stages. Draw 5 is fine and Tom Marquand rides. Looks a bit trappy with Al Ameen and Shamlaan the likely dangers, but we are expecting a good run and be disappointed if she's not involved.

Ran very poorly last time out at Wolverhampton - raced way too free and didn't settle. Will obvioulsy need to improve on that here but did run much better two runs back, when a close third at the same track on similar terms. George Rooke, who was on that day, is back in the saddle to claim 3lbs and he's got place form here at Kempton too so the switch in tracks is okay. Needs to bounce back and relax better but if you can forgive that last run would have e/w claims.

Lightly-raced. Winner on debut when trained in France and did well on debut for us when second here earlier this month. Slight drop in trip here from 1m4f to 1m3f and has improved at home for that run. Taking on two recent winners, but should not be far away if settling and our better chance on the evening. David Probert rides.

Back from almost 4 months off here and first run for us after coming from the Adam West yard. Did well last season to win four in the bounce on the AW tracks, but is yet to win here. Nice horse to have in the yard now and we'll learn a lot here.Trip is fine and George helps by taking 3lbs off as he's back on a back 6lbs higher than when he last won. We've not had the horse long though and we feel might just need the run here today, but should be winning races soon.

Had 5 months off since last seen running down the field at HQ at the start of October. Back on the AW a plus though - is 2-from-4 on the sand surfaces and seems well for her break. Good draw in 1 helps too and this 6f trip is ideal, having won three times over it. Should have fair e/w claims, with Jason Watson a plus, but the hattrick-seeking Kaboo might be hard to beat.

Had run fair races at Wincanton and Hereford earlier this season but we felt he'd benefit from a drop in trip and that proved right last time at Uttoxeter when winning well over 2m. Similar trip here and will love the softer ground here today again too. Up 7lbs for that win so will need another step forward here with 11-13 to carry, but we've managed to keep Sam Twiston-Davies in the saddle and feel she can go well again here again.

Came back gelded for the first time at the end of last month to run a close third here over this trip - form of that race is working out well so that's encouraging. Same mark here today and seems to have improved at home for that outing. Might turn into a trappy little race with just 3 rivals, but we feel a repeat of that last run should see him bang there.

Won well two starts ago here at Lingfield - highly-tried last time in a Listed race but still ran a respectable race (6th). Easier race here and despite being 13lbs higher than her win here in November did it well that day and should have every chance of coping with the rise. George Rooke, who has ridden her in her last four starts, gets the leg-up again.

Nice filly that looks a decent recruit to the yard. Winner on her debut when trained in Ireland (Oct) - has come to us since and settled in well, so this will only be her second career run. On the AW for the first time so much different conditions to the soft ground she encountered last time but we feel she'll be fine on it. Jason Watson booked to ride and looking forward to seeing her in action. Goes without saying a bit of a learning mission for us being the horse's first run for us, but if translating her Irish form then should have a good chance of being in the shake-up.

Didn't run too bad last time at Wincanton over 2m4f - just getting tired in the closing stages. Therefore, the drop back to 2m here will help and hopeful she can stay prominent for longer this time off a 3lb lower mark. Much softer ground here today too but has won a Point on Heavy/soft in the past so that gives us encouragement. Each-way.

Gelded since last seen when running down the field here. That came over 1m2f though - a trip a bit on the short side for him. Prior to that ran well to be second over 1m6f and so this longer trip here today will be more in his favour. George Rooke is also booked to ride to claim a handy 3lbs. Each-way.

Only had three career runs - shown fair form to date, but will benefit from running in a handicap now for the first time. Good draw in 1 and has run okay here in the past. We’ve also booked Tyler Heard to claim 5lbs so feel with a bit more improvement we’d have an e/w chance.

Nice winner here last time out over this trip, but that came in a Class 6 handicap and is now up into Listed grade! Rated some way off these (50lbs) so a big ask, but we know she likes the track and surface. Will be another good experience for her though but likely to find all of these 100+ rated horses too good!

We were fourth last time at Hereford, but just over 11 lengths behind Merry Mistress that day, who we take on again. We are, however, 10lbs better off at the weights with that horse this time so that should help. Ran a bit free that day too though, so will need to settle better, but the softer ground will suit and overall we were pleased with that last run. If she can settle better and build on that last run, hopeful we can get closer to the likely favourite this time - with an e/w chance. But whether that's good enough to win a competitive affair might be a tall order.

Got slightly hampered that day over 7f too so could have been better but we feel the step up trip to 1m ½ will help. Dropped 3lbs as well and George booked to ride again to claim 3lbs. Should have a leading e/w chance, but does have a wide draw (11) to overcome.

A rare runner over hurdles for us here today. Former Irish-trained that has won a couple of points before. Having her debut for us today but has shown bits of form in Ireland over hurdles and has settled in well. We’ll all learn more today and does stay a bit further than this trip so hoping to make full use of that. We’d like to think she’d have a small each-way chance, but really we are on a learning curve with the horse here today.

Fair opening two runs at Kempton and Newbury last time out. We feel the step up in trip will help this colt but likely to be better once handicapped after this run and the Godolphin runner will be hard for us all to topple.

Only had 6 runs so is still learning, but well back the last twice so needs more. Down another few pounds helps a bit and seems well off a 2 month break. Also returns to Kempton as she's run well here before too, so that gives us some hope of an improved showing but would like to see it on the track first.

0-from-8 but with a small bit of improvement does have the ability to win races at this sort of level. Did well last time at Kempton, when only beaten just over 3 lengths. That also came off a 5 month break so can be expected to have come on for it. A nice draw in 2 helps and George Rooke takes off a handy 3lbs. Each-way.

Got a bit outpaced last time over 6f so we feel the step up in trip here will help (7f). We are also down 4lbs here and back in grade, plus Jo booked to claim a further 3lbs. Track is okay too, having run a close second here just over a year ago. Looks competitive, but should have more in her favour today and no shock to see an improved run but does have a poor draw (14) and that makes life very tricky.

Returned from a few months off last time to run okay at Doncaster (5th). Ran a bit free that day so will need to settle better. Seems to have improved for the race though and 6lbs better off here with the jockey's claim. Soft ground is fine and rider in this ladies amateur race has won a race before. Ultra-competitive race though - so place chance if running for the rider.

Has been a shade frustrating this season with a string of fair placed effort but is still 0-from-11. First run here at Lingfield but should be fine here and stays further than this 1m5f trip, which we'll be trying to make full use of. Is, however, an amateur riders' race so that comes with dangers. On a plus, Henry is a capable rider that has won 4 races from just 13 rides and helps by claiming 5lbs too. Each-way chance.

Lawmans Blis has been running well all season without getting his head in front. He would have an each-way chance if his amateur rider gets on with him.

Took some big steps forward earlier this year - winning at Bath and Pontefract. As a result has shot up the ranks and struggled a bit off her new handicap mark. But in her defence hasn't had the soft ground she loves and hoping she'll get that here. Freshened up with a few months off - might just need this run back, but with more ideal conditions not without a chance of bouncing back to form.

Broke his duck at Wolverhampton last time out over 1m4f. Up slightly in trip here but stayed on well enough that day to suggest this step in distance will be within range. Up 6lbs makes life harder and up in grade here but seems to have come out of that last race well - totally different conditions here with the softer/heavy ground, so needs to prove he handles that - if he does, not without an e/w chance.

Not been far away in his races but having tried 2m a few times of late, the drop back in trip here will help. Has acted well on soft ground in the past and a featherweight will help in this better race. But probably a bit to prove in this sort of class so only e/w claims.

Won well at Nottingham three runs back but lost his way a bit since. Probably found the ground a bit too lively the last day so the softer conditions here will help. Also sporting the cheekpieces for the first time here and despite running a few pounds out of the handicap gets in here with just 8-9 to carry. Competitive and needs to bounce back in a better race, but would have a small e/w chance with the light weight.

Very pleasing debut run (7th) at Kempton last month. Only beaten 5 lengths that day and having run well for much of the way that day, then the slight drop in trip will help. Tyler helps to take off 5lbs too again and we feel the horse have learned a lot at home since that run. Should not be far away, but feel the horse might just need a bit more education. Small Each-way.

Been knocking on the door in recent runs as she tries to get a first win on the board. Down a pound for her recent close fourth here last time out and in a very similar race here today. A repeat of that run would give her another fair e/w chance in what looks an open race.

Has had a fair season - winning once at Bath back in July and being placed several times too. Can ignore the last run as the horse stumbled after the start and lost all chance as a result. Down a pound helps and back into a Class 6 here and Jo Mason, who has won on the horse before, is back in the plate. Is well after a break too and would have place claims in what looks a competitive race for the grade.

Only win came at Wolverhampton back in August over 1m4f, but has run well since including over this 2m trip at Lingfield. Had a month off to freshen up and seems well. Never far away in his races and the step back up in trip is certainly a help after getting a bit outpaced last time over 1m4f. Tough race, but Each-way chance.

Yet to win a race, but has not been far away several times. Down a few pounds from last time when a fair 4^th (of 8) here over this trip. Slight ease in grade here too helps and no surprise to see him in the shake-up again here with the cheekpieces back on.

Has been a revelation this season - winning three times and ran a close second at Goodwood last time out in a decent handicap. Into an Auction Stakes race here and even though we are rated 18lbs lower than Fearby - the likely favourite - we get in with just 8-4 in weight and get 13lbs from that runner. Trip is fine and the softer ground - despite an unknown - should be okay. A big pot on offer so fingers crossed for a big run, but the horse is well and off this featherweight has to have a chance.

Has only had five career runs but is getting the hang of things and took a big step forward last time out at Newbury when second. Same mark here and the switch back to the AW here at Kempton is fine - has run well here before. Trip is fine too and should find this grade easier than her last run here at the track - which was two grades higher. Open race, but would have e/w claims.

Ran out of gas over 2m at Kempton last time out - back to 1m6f will suit and was a nice winner here over this course and distance two runs back. Only 2lbs higher here and showed that last day he can win with a big weight. More needed in this better grade, but delighted Jim Crowley is back riding - his form figures on him recently read well 2-2-3-1. Each-way chance.

We've played around with his trip recently as we thought he'd stay further - last time that proved right when a close second over 1m6f. Likes the track here and we feel the blinkers on today will help. Back down significantly in trip to 1m 1 1/2f here but has enough pace for this. Pretty Sweet to beat, but e/w chance for sure.

Returned from 2 ½ months off last time at Sandown in a better race than this - ran okay until getting tired in the closing stages. Has come on for that run and back into an easier race here today. Fair AW record too, with 2 wins and 4 top three places from 9 starts. Draw 3 helps too but does have her fair share of weight (10st) to overcome. Small e/w chance, but overall does need to improve.

Gone close several times but is 0-from-9 currently. Has finished in the top three 5 times though, but lost his way last time at Salisbury with a below par effort. Is back on the AW though and ran a fair second here at Wolverhampton two runs back off this mark. We’ve booked the useful Saffie Osborne to ride and take of 5lbs this time though, so that helps. He’s also been freshened up with a month off after a few quick races and seems well for it. Hopefully Saffie can work some magic and off this mark not without a chance. Each-way.

Oasis Dream colt that is having his debut here today. Like most of mine will learn a lot from this first career run, but looking forward to getting going with him.

Only had 5 career runs - yet to win a race but has run well in each start. Has also run well here at Wolves - second here two starts ago. Well after a small break and dropped a pound from last time - back here at Wolves will hopefully give him a fair e/w chance.

Consistent profile and more of the same expected here today. Versatile in terms of trip too - has run well over this 1m4f trip and also last time over 2m, so does stay further. Second run here at Kempton, but ran okay here that time and we feel the horse will like the deeper AW surface here - fit and well, so another bold e/w showing on the cards.

Yet to win, but lightly-raced filly that should be more at home back on the AW here. Ran below par on the grass at Newbury last time but had a nice break since and we feel she’ll be more effective on the AW here. Doesn’t look the best of races so that gives us hope, but we’d like to see a bit more on the track first after last time.

Had a busy time of it in April, May and June - winning once at Salisbury. Ran a bit flat the last day at Doncaster so we gave her a few months off. Needs to find her form again after that but well in her work at home and hoping the time off has helped. Tom Marquand also takes over in the saddle, which helps. Does look an open race outside the Chapple-Hyam horse though so would be an e/w call here. 

Well below par the last twice on the turf at Salisbury and Yarmouth, but the return to the AW will help with his better form coming on the sand surfaces. Has run well over 1m4f too, but a bit of an experiment stepping up to 1m6f here too. We think he's worth a crack over this trip though, especially back on the AW. Needs to prove he stays but not without a small e/w squeak of he does.

Improved all year - winning three times - including her last two. Has shown a good turn of foot in her races and held on well last time at Leicester. Up another 5lbs in the ratings here and up two grades in class as well. Therefore, more on her plate with the Channon, Johnston and Godolphin runners having big chances too. Deserves her chance in this better race. We are the top-rated in the field now though so if coping with rise in grade must have another fair e/w chance. Tom Marquand, who has ridden her the last twice remains in the saddle.

Was back to winning ways again last time at Nottingham over 1m6f but is up to 2m again here and raised 3lbs in the weights. Is yet to win over this trip from three tries so a bit to answer, plus has also raced here on the AW at Kempton three times without success. But the horse is well and has come out of that last race well to suggest he's worth another crack at this distance here. Geremia and Byron Hill - both recent winners - look our main dangers.

Running consistently of late at Bath - winning back in July and placed there the last twice. Drop back to a mile is fine and will love the quick ground. Apprentice ridden race though with no whips allowed to be used, so probably not a contest to get too involved in, in what also looks a trappy affair. But the horse is well and no reason why she can’t be in the mix again if improving a bit on her recent Bath efforts. Each-way.

Only fair form to date from her opening three runs. Is still learning and should be more competitive now into a handicap. Trying the tongue-tie for the first time today too and we get in with a light weight, with Dylan claiming 5lbs too. But likely to need more time and experience, which she’ll get here.

Ran too bad to be true the last run at Lingfield and was eventually eased in the closing stages. Is certainly better than that, but we couldn't see why it happened. Has had a month off since and seems well at home now. You never know until they race again really, but her runs prior to last time would give her a leading chance here. Comes with a few risks, but if bouncing back from last time can't be ruled out. Does need to translate her better turf form to the AW track though too, with both career wins to date coming on the grass.

Gone close many times but is yet to get off the mark from 8 runs. Ran another solid race (2nd) last time on the AW at Wolverhampton off this mark over 2m. The drop back to 1m6f is okay and no reason why the return to the grass won't suit. Jim Crowley booked to ride and another bold showing on the cards. On The Right Track and Sulochana the ones to beat, but hopefully he can gain a much-deserved win here.

Looks to have a big chance here having won well at Wolverhampton last time out. Up just 2lbs for that run, but the big difference here is the step up to 2m (from 1m4f). We feel he’ll stay, but is a bit of a fact-finding mission on the trip front. If he does, then would probably be the one to beat.

Ran well to be sixth of 11 last time out at Lingfield, but the winner has since franked the form to go in again, while Mirique comes here being dropped 3lbs. A good draw in 1 helps and should be more to come on only second handicap run. Golden Duke to beat, but we feel we've a fair e/w chance here.

Having a cracking season - winning her last two and in between that ran a close 7th in the Weatherbys Super Sprint. Did it well over this 6f trip last time, but does need to translate that back to the grass - with her two career wins being on the AW at Lingfield. Is also up 7lbs for that last win, but had plenty in-hand at the line to suggest she's worth a crack in this better race. That said, this looks a deeper race this time, so will probably need to kick on again, but she's been doing just that all season so hopeful she can go well - Tom Marquand keeps the ride.

Been close a few times in his races, including last time at Ascot when despite being third of 3, was only beaten 2 lengths. Probably a bit to prove on the AW, but he seems to have progressed on the grass since his last run on the AW six runs back. Has also been gelded since his last run and has the blinkers on for the first time. Probably needs to just improve a small bit, but hoping he will for being gelded - Oisin Murphy an obvious plus in the saddle too. Each-way claims.

Into a Selling Handicap here so a poor race would give us a better chance. Weighted to go close too and despite not winning a race yet has been placed three times on the AW, Including a second here at Lingfield. Therefore, the track is fine but is stepping back up to 1m2f here so does need to prove he stays. Tyler Heard knows the horse well though (ridden him 4 times) so his 5lb claim is a bonus. We've probably all got the consistent Largo Bay to beat as we've also got to give that horse 7lbs, but, on a plus, we are rated 7lbs higher than that horse too so hoping there won't be a lot in it!

Course winner here two runs ago in a maiden and didn't run too badly here last time on handicap debut (3rd) behind an in-form sort. Stepping up to 1m2f this time, which we feel is worth a crack, while Saffie Osbourne booked to claim 5lb helps. Ground okay and we know the track suits. Hopeful of a nice run and if getting the trip will have a leading e/w chance.

Still learning after just four runs. Hung right the last day at Kempton but ran well for much of the way hence the drop back from 1m4f to 1m2f. Has dropped 6lbs in the ratings though and we've booked a 5lb claimer for this apprentice race, so that helps. But a lot more needed still and this is also her first run on the grass. Hopeful she'll take another step forward here hopefully and the drop back in trip will suit - likely to need more time and experience still, but small e/w chance if handling the turf for the first time.

Ignore the last run - as the ground was too soft for him at Salisbury and is a much better horse on a faster surface. Ran well the time before on the AW at Kempton and a repeat of that effort would see a much-improved run here. SDS rides and the horse seems well after a month off. The Chris Wall horse - The Thunderer - looks the one to beat, but on his preferred ground we are hopeful of a much better showing here today. The horses seem to be running well, so small e/w chance with only 2 places (7 runners) on offer.

Very open race but we'd like to think we head here as one of the main players. Has won 2 of his 10 starts and ran another fair race at Kempton last time out (3rd). Back to 1m6f here (from 2m), but we feel he also stays further than this, so we'll be making use, if possible, of that stamina. Jim Crowley rides again, but hoping that this drop in grade - but does have a lot of weight as a result - that would be the concern. In good order though and should have a fair e/w chance if able to carry the big weight.

Been going close in recent runs, including a close second here last time out in a similar race. Up 3lbs for that so a bit more on his plate, but Luke Morris knows the horse well and a repeat of that last run should still see him going close here.

Showed a bit of promise on debut at Kempton back in April, but has not really built on that since. But is into a handicap here for the first time - that should help. We’ll learn more about her opening mark here and having run over 5f and 7f, this is her first try over 6f. We are also putting the cheekpieces on today for the first time as ran very free last time - we hope they settle her. Better expected but probably needs to improve to figure.

Been knocking on the door from his opening four runs - running second the last twice. The last of those was in a handicap at Wolverhampton but is back into a maiden here in what doesn’t look the strongest of races. The Godolphin horse and the James Tate runner are feared, but we are the most experienced horse in the field and we hope that gives us an edge. Handles the AW surfaces well and has also run well here in the past. Also stayed on well on his first try over this 1m4f trip last time so looking forward to seeing him run over this distance again. Should have every chance.

Nice to see her grab a career first win here last time out in a maiden. Has come out of that well and hoping that win will give her confidence going forward as she does have ability in and around this sort of grade. Into a handicap for the first time here so more on her plate, but trip, track and ground are all fine and Jo Mason, who rode last time, remains in the saddle. Should not be far away.

Won well here two runs back and then ran in a much better race last time at Newbury - the Weatherbys Super Sprint. Ran well in that contest too - beaten only 2 1/4 lengths. Into an easier race again here and back up to 6f here at a track we know she likes, will help. Looks to have Profound Alexander to beat, but we are hoping her proven CD form will give her the edge.

First run in a handicap here today after three average runs. Showed a bit more promise here at Kempton last time out when stepped up to this trip for the first time. Hollie Doyle a plus in the saddle and with that last run coming off a 207-day break has improved at home for it after getting a bit tired in the closing stages and racing a bit free. Will need to settle better but has had a month to get over that race and we get in with only 8-0 here. But we are also running 6lbs out of the handicap so needs to find more with the hat-trick-seeking Gosden runner and the Balding CD winner the likely winners.

Winless now from 9 runs so needs to show more. Down 2lbs from his last run at Lingfield and Tyler Heard booked to take off 5lbs helps. Back to Kempton will suit - has run his better races here - including a third over a mile here in May. Tyler rode that day too and wasn’t able to claim, so with his allowance the horse is 7lbs better off today. Therefore, a repeat of that effort would certainly give us an e/w chance. 

Not set the world alight so far but only had two career runs and still learning all the time. Will qualify for handicaps after this though and be better once into those races.

Has done well this season - winning two of her last four races. Any rain would be a big help and it looks like the track will get it. She's well after almost 3 weeks off and William Buick takes over in the saddle. Does also need to prove she can cope with the longer trip, but we feel it's within range. Trappy little race but should not be far away.

Should have every chance of going close here and hopefully breaking her duck at the eighth try. Should enjoy the step up to 1m after running on well last time over 7f and actually did well to finish as close as she did after being slowly away and not getting the best of runs at times either. This is also a drop in grade and looks a weak race. If coping with the quick ground can go close.

Huge pot on offer here so worth a crack. She battled well to win last time out at Lingfield under a good ride from Oisin Murphy, but this will be a lot harder taking on 100+ rated juveniles that have Group form to their names. This will at least provide her with a lot more experience - needs to improve on what we've seen off her rating of 67 - but even though likely to find several too good, we are still expecting a nice run.

Nice run on handicap debut at Lingfield (3^rd) and gets in here on the same mark. That came on the turf but the return to the AW is okay and she’ll like the slightly longer trip here. With only four career runs then should have more to come and with the expected improvement should not be far away. Each-way.

Hung last time at Kempton and lost all chance when turning for home. Down a pound and back in grade will help this time though and with Lingfield being left-handed then the track will be fine - has run well here before too. Does need to put that last run behind him but previous runs before that would give him an e/w squeak.

Work in progress horse - down the field on debut here last month on the turf - hopeful of a step forward on that run in the first-time hood. On the AW here too will probably suit her better than the soft ground last time. But really just hoping to get some more experience into her here.

Going the right way again after an improved second at Kempton last month. Gets in off the same mark here but does need to prove his effectiveness back on the turf - 3 runs on the grass and is yet to hit the frame. Hopeful the first-time blinkers will help though and will also be fine back over this 1m4f trip. Luke Morris, who has won on the horse before, is back in the saddle too. Each-way.

Just the two rivals to take on here and we are likely to be the outsider of the trio. Our colt has improved over his last three runs despite not winning and should be fine over this longer 2m trip. But we've around 4 lengths to find with the Prescott horse after that one beat us last time and we are only 4lbs better off here. Should run her race again and light weight - with Saffie's 5lb claim - helps, but would need to find some more improvement you feel.

Risen up the handicap this season after two wins and a good second last time out. Had a busy time there so we gave her a month off to freshen up. The quicker ground last time also went against here a bit so the softer conditions here will help, while any further rain would be a huge bonus. Tougher grade, but deserves het chance in this better race and if up to the task should go well and not be far away.

Three promising runs in maidens so gets a handicap mark here now and makes his debut in this grade. Been staying on well over 1m2f so the step up to 1m4f will suit. The cheekpieces are on today to help him settle too - the Roger Charlton runner - Keeper - sets a good standard but we feel we've got a fair e/w chance.

Can put a line through his last run at Salisbury as lost a shoe in the race. Had a month to recover from that and back on the AW here today. Has run well here at Kempton in the past and Jim Crowley knows the horse well. Does have a small bit to prove over this 2m trip as been beaten both times he's tried it, but he feel it's worth another crack. Potenza and Kangaroo Point look the ones to beat. Each-way chance.

Back from a break so expected to improve for this and this will also be third career run so will get a handicap mark after this. Will be better and more competitive thereafter. 

Nice filly that is doing well at home - but first day on the track here today and like most of mine on debut will improve for the run and experience.

Glimmers of ability from three runs and first time into a handicap here should help. We'll know a bit more about her mark after this and where we are so really just hoping for an improved run and go from there.

Been in great form this year - winning three times, including last time out at Salisbury. Up 8lbs for that makes life harder and in a better race here too. But she's got 4lbs less in racing weight to carry than last time and seems to be going the right way with young jockey - Stephen Mooney - riding again to claim 7lbs. Softer ground is fine and not without e/w claims if coping with the rise in the handicap and better company.

In and out form from her opening six runs and yet to win a race. Drop back in trip we feel will help and 5lbs better off with the jockey's claim and being down 2lbs. More needed really, so just be happy with a step in the right direction - Should be fought out between the first two in the market.

Took a big step forward last time out at Sandown with a close second. Up 3lbs for that but seems to be going the right way and acted well over today's 1m6f trip that day. Saffie booked to ride again to claim 5lbs and should have another solid e/w chance, with the Prescott horse feared as looking a typical one they run up a sequence with.

Ran well here three runs back over 1m4f in a similar race so the track is fine. That came a year ago though and we've taken our time with him since with only two more runs. Needed the last run at Lingfield after a break so will be better for that and is a pound lower this time. Look to have another Fanshawe runner to beat though in Viola so each-way claims again.

Yet to win a race but only had 7 career runs and took another step forward last time here at Kempton (3rd) over this trip. Up a pound for that and into a better race here, but as a result we get in with less racing weight to carry and George Rooke booked to take off 3lbs. Nice draw in 1 helps and not a bad e/w option in a race that looks to revolve around the Fanshawe and Varian runners though.

Average form to date from opening two runs so hard to get too excited. We feel the step up to 7f will help but will be better once getting a handicap mark, which she will after this third run. On a plus, we feel the soft ground will help her!

Fair opening runs from this filly - took a step forward last time over 7f here, but handled the track well and the step up to a mile and into a handicap will help. Needs to improve for stepping into handicap company, but hopeful she can be more competitive here - small e/w chance with the horses running well at the moment, but we'd like to see how she gets on in a handicap before being more confident

Nice filly that is certainly going the right way - has run well in her two runs to date despite not winning. Oisin Murphy booked to ride, which is a plus and even though the Archie Watson runner is the one to beat if helps getting 14lbs from that runner. Should go well and be in the mix. Each-way.

Running well of late and another solid run last time here when second off this mark. Stephen Mooney on that day and rides again here, but can claim a handy 7lbs this time (3lbs last run). Will need to handle the quicker ground, but if she does then would have an e/w chance here with the race looking to revolve around Sunset Bay.

Took a step in the right direction last time out at Salisbury with a pleasing third. Same mark here and Saffie, who claimed 5lbs, remains in the saddle. Ran on well that day too so the step up to 1m6f we feel will be to his liking. Looks a tougher race, but the better ground is okay and would have an e/w chance here if improving for the trip.

Avergage form to date - will be better for now running in a handicap and that should help see a better run, but overall still learning and might need more experience and time here today.

Wasn't beaten far last time out at Lingfield over 7f - 2 3/4 lengths in 5th. Down a pound and up to 1m will help here too. Only run on the turf came on heavy ground so the quicker ground will be more in her favour - does have to find a bit more though we feel to figure.

Returns from a fair break (294 days) but has been pleasing at home and done well over the winter. Will have more to come as only had 5 career runs and this looks a nice race to get going with him again. Each-way chance.

Has impressed since switching to the grass - winning her last two in impressive fashion. Handicapper has raised her a big 12lbs though from last time, but she's well and certainly going the right way. Nicola Currie keeps the ride and if handling this slightly quicker ground should have a leading chance on landing the three-timer.

Third run today for this filly - not shown much so far but will get a mark after this and be a lot more competitive going forward.

Fair debut run at Sandown, but will need more experience and time to learn his job and will be better still once handicapped.

Yet to win but has only had 6 career runs. Not beaten far the last twice and down 3lbs helps. Is also back to 6f and her best run so far came over this trip and also with Tom Marquand riding. He's back on today - probably needs to find a bit more but is well at home and no shock to see her outrun her odds - each-way.

Small bits of form and into a handicap here for the first time here will help, as will the step up in trip to 1m4f. But would like to see that improvement on the track first.

Returned last month with a fair third at Lingfield - same mark and the return to the turf will be fine and the drop back to 1m6f is in his favour. Has a small bit to prove off this mark with last win coming off 3lbs lower, but no reason why he can't have more to come and seems well at home - each-way.

After a string of thirds to her name she clearly enjoyed her first try on the grass last time at Bath when bolting up by 9 lengths. Carries a 6lb penalty for that and has come out of that race well. Looks to have the Easterby runner to fear most, but is in great form and in this better graded race actually gets in with 11lbs less in actual racing weight. Should have every chance again.

Third run here but has shown up well in his two previous races, despite not winning. That experience is a plus and this tighter track here at Bath will help. Does look a slightly hotter race though with the Godolphin and Crisford horses respected - so will need to take another step forward but is well and would have each-way claims if liking the ground.

Has quite a collection of bronze medals now - 5 to be exact - but is yet to win a race. Trying this trip for the first time and dropped another pound helps, but only each-way claims again here after needing to bounce back from a poor run at Wolves last time out. That said, wasn't the best away that day and was also hampered so had an excuse and hoping this first run on the grass will bring out some improvement. If handling the turf, then e/w claims again.

Well bred 3 year-old being out of Derby winner - Motivator. Been doing well at home but first time on the track here today and like a lot of mine will improve for the run and the experience.

Ran really well on debut at Lingfield - getting the hang of things well and just lacking for experience in the closing stages. Up from 5f to 6f should be fine and if building on that first run should be involved. Each-way.

Shown bits of form but is yet to win a race from 6 tries. Has been gelded since his last run in November and likely to improve for this. Track experience will be a plus though and nice to get going with him again here. Will come on for the run.

Ran far too keen on debut at Newbury last month and didn't last home over 1m2f. Trying her down in trip (1m) here so they should go faster and, therefore, likely to settle better. But very much a 'work in progress' horse and will be better once getting a handicap mark.

Didn't quite see out the mile last time at Lingfield so the drop back to 7f - a trip she's won twice over - will suit. Only second run on the turf here and likely to be facing softer ground here, which is a bit of an unknown. But the horse is well and the apprentice riding helps by claiming a handy 3lbs. Very open race though, with many chances so e/w chance, but being an apprentice contest probably not a race to get too involved in.

Third career run here today and will get a mark after this - will be more competitive once he does and is able to run in handicaps.

Nice filly but first day at the office for her today so like a lot of mine will improve for the experience. But shows up well at home and has the pace to cope with this 5f - be happy with a solid run and go from there.

Tough race but a fair debut at Kempton last month. Is still learning but a nice filly in the making and shows plenty of pace at home. Hoping the stiff 5f here will suit and will take another step to getting a handicap mark here.

Returns from around 6 months off but is fit and well at home. Did really well last year - ending the campaign with a nice win at Newbury in heavy ground over 1m6f. Up to 2m here, so has that step up in trip to prove, but we feel it will suit and could eke out a bit more improvement too. Is a course winner here too so the track and surface is fine. Trappy little race, but would certainly have a chance if getting the trip.

Needed the run last time out at Kempton and also didn't get the best of runs that day - squeezed for room. Is better than that effort and at the end of last year showed some good form. Tough race, but no shock to see a better performance today and would have a small e/w chance with David Probert riding for the first time.

Going to be a tough call to beat the hotpot Haggas runner, but our colt is progressing the right way and took another step in the right direction last time at Kempton. Stepping up again in trip here from 1m2f to 1m4f and the way he stayed on last time suggests it'll suit. Be happy with second here, then after this will also gain a mark.

Course winner here at Kempton over 7f - failed to back that win up here last time, but that race probably came a bit too soon for her - just 8 days after that win. Slightly harder race here, but has a few months off to freshen up and we feel the step up to a mile will suit and bring out more improvement. Delighted with his debut run at Lingfield, when 4th of 12. Has done well since at home and first run on the grass here will be fine. Trip is fine and we've Oisin Murphy booked to ride. Hoping his experience and that recent run will be a bit plus here. Each-way chance.

First run on the track - a very well-bred filly (Golden Horn) but likely to do better in time. We help her on debut though with Saffie taking off 7lbs.

Back from a break after running okay on debut here back in November. Has had a wind op since then but really expected to improve for the experience and will be better once getting a mark. Luke Morris rides.

Yet to win, but only had five career runs and shown a fair level of form on the AW. Tried a mile last time but didn't quite last home so the drop back to 7f here will help. Down another 2lbs here will help and a nice draw in 1. Well at home and not without an e/w chance now into a fillies' only race.

Well-bred filly that makes her debut here today, but like a lot of mine on their first run is expected to learn a lot from today. But shows plenty of speed at home, so will be fine over this 5f trip, but breeding suggests in time her future might sit over a bit further.

Fair filly that we've taken our time with - last seen running well to be second here back in November but is into a handicap for the first time here today and that should also help. Trip and track are fine and she's done well over the winter. Luke Morris rides and would have e/w claims here today.

If there was a prize for the horse with the most thirds then this horse would probably win it! She's now collected the bronze medal in all of her last five starts so maybe see if a bookmaker is offering that market! Joking aside, she's affair sort that should find this ease in grade to her liking and after not quite getting home over 1m4f last time at Lingfield will also like the drop back to this 1m 11/2f trip. David Probert rides again (was on last time) and she's run well here before twice (3rd both times). The Hannon horse is probably the likely winner though, but should not be far away.

Nice colt that should enjoy the slightly longer trip, but will need to improve from what we saw on debut and likely to need more time and a handicap mark.

Nice filly that is going the right way. Took another step in the right direction last time when a close second at Kempton over this 1m4f. Luke rides again but it seems a race that seems to revolve around the John Gosden Godolphin horse - Trawlerman - we'd have small e/w claims in a race that might lack depth.

Tight little race but should have every chance if coping with the step up to 1m. Ran well here (2nd) last time (7f) and with that coming off 5 1/2 month break then will be a lot fitter for that. She's up to 1m, which we feel should suit and with just four career runs there will be more to come. Luke, who rode last time, remains in the saddle and being dropped a few more pounds helps. Should not be far away, but - as mentioned - it's a race that you could make a case for all six!

Nice colt but very much first day at school today for this 3 year-old. Will improve for the experience and one to note going forward with a few runs under his belt.

Looks a race that is probably between us, the Kirk, Hannon and Cox runners. Our filly sets a fair standard on what she's done to date, but does need to bounce back from a poor run at Kempton last time. Probably a bit to answer over this 7f trip too, with her best run so far coming over 6f, but we've given her a nice break since her last outing (Oct 20) and she seems a much stronger horse now. Hard to know much about the others, but should be right in the thick of things with Luke Morris riding and a good draw in 4.

First time on the track here today - like a lot of ours will improve for the experience, but is a nice colt that will do well in time.

Trappy little 3-runner race and all of us look to have a say. Ratings and the weights in this Selling Stakes will favour the Herrington runner - Steel River - but the horse is an 11 year-old now, so hoping our younger legs have an edge. Also taking on an inform Tony Carroll horse that's won 3 of it's last 4. Our horse ran very well too recently though when a close third over this CD and on that running she'd be in the mix. Hollie said she hung a bit in the closing stages last time but Luke will be aware of this. Yet to win a race though from 24 runs, so that does tell it's own story, and would probably need to improve a little, but having said that is certainly not out of this with only two rivals!

In cracking form at the moment - has won two of her last three, including here last time. Up another 5lbs here so continues to need more, but we still think she's improving and it's hard to fault her at the moment. Luke rides again and if coping with the slight rise in grade and penalty would have solid e/w claims again - anything else a plus.

Third run here today so will get a handicap mark after this and that will help. But is going the right way after a decent fifth here last time when stepped up to this trip. Still learning and Luke a plus in the saddle. Seems to revolve around the first three in the betting but little depth after that, so if one of the main trio has an off day then not without a small chance of hitting the frame.

Been knocking on the door of late - finishing third the last four times. Had a bit of bad luck the last day too - got hampered a bit in the closing stages, but we feel the step up in trip here to 1m4f will suit and can hopefully be the key to her getting off the mark, while if she runs well over it, can open up more options going forward. Each-way claims, with David Probert riding for the first time. 

Has improved over her last two runs - winning at Lingfield and then only just touched off there last time. Up another 3lbs here and different track, but Luke Morris in the saddle still and that's a help as starting to build up a nice partnership with her. Mayson Mount, who we beat a few runs ago, is feared on better terms this time. Competitive for the grade, but Trixie is well after three weeks off and can go well again if coping with the slight rise in the ratings, then hopeful she can be in the shake-up. Each-way.

Yet to win a race from 23 career runs, so that tells it's own story. Has run over a variety of trips recently but mixing it up by returning her to 6f - she's not raced over this distance since 2018. Shows plenty of speed at home though so we feel it's worth a crack and has run well many times here at Wolves (without winning). Nice draw in 2 helps, down another few pounds to a career-low rating and Hollie Doyle booked to ride. We also feel the first-time visor will help her focus and if that's the case can hopefully hold on longer in the front this time. Overall, needs to improve, and runs-to-wins record suggests a degree of caution, but we are trying a few different things today to see if they help. 

Still learning her trade - down the field on debut here back in December, but the longer trip here will help. Likely to be better once handicapped though and with a bit more experience.

Been third on her last three starts - twice here at Wolves. Up just a pound and a nice draw in 1 would give her a similar chance to last time and the useful Dylan Hogan a plus for this apprentice contest. Each-way.

Top winner here over this course and distance last time out - took us a bit by surprise but we knew she was going the right way. Up 8lbs for that here though so more on her plate and this looks a slightly better race, but did it well last time to suggest a repeat of that run would see her go close. Luke, who was on last time, another plus in the saddle. 

We've got around 4 lengths to find with the Dow runner - Apollinaris, who beat us here last time. Down 3lbs for that helps so hopeful we can get closer this time and still only had 4 career runs so more to come. Draw 14 not ideal though, so will need the breaks to come from there, but small e/w chance if getting some luck in-running with Luke Morris riding.

Ran a good race last time at Wolverhampton to be 5th (10). Same mark here but up from 7f to 1m, which we feel will be fine, but will need to improve for the step up in trip. Ease in grade a plus though, but as a result does have more weight to carry. That said, the easier opposition will help. We've also a decent draw in 1, so that should help getting a nice position in the race. Does, however, look a very open race so each-way claims only with the trip a slight unknown.

Third run for the yard - formerly with Henry Candy. Yet to sparkle for us so we are still learning about her. Down to 7f today we feel is worth go, having run well over this course and distance, but until we see a bit more on the track very much one to taking a watching brief on really.

Yet to win a race from 5 starts, but is going the right way and not been beaten far the last twice - both at Wolverhampton. Those last two run were also better than they looked as fluffed the start last time and was struck into the time before. Down a pound from that last run too and Luke Morris a plus in the saddle. Should go well with a decent e/w chance.

Needed the run last time after 3 months off. Fair draw here in 6 and has improved for that last outing. Should be more to come as only had four career runs. First run here at the track but no reason why it won't suit and with another step forward here would have an e/w chance.

Only had four career runs, but took a nice step forward last time out here over this trip (3rd). Had 2 1/2 months to get over that run with a nice little holiday and is well for that at home and certainly going the right way. Luke Morris rides her for the first time and should have every chance. The Mark Usher horse looks the obvious danger.

Nice filly but first run today so like a lot of mine on debut will improve for the experience, while a high draw in 10 makes life harder.

Improving with each run and did so again last time here when a close third. Into a handicap for the first time helps and another bold bid looks on the cards. Does have a much wider draw here (10) than last time (5) and the Carroll horse - Doctor Nuno is probably the one to beat. In a race with little depth away from the favourite and with our proven track experience we must have a fair e/w chance.

Just three career runs but has shown up well despite not winning. Ran on well over 7f last time out at Kempton so the step back up in trip here will help and we've a top draw in 2. Going to be hard for us all to beat the Haggas runner, but another of ours today that looks to have an each-way chance if building on opening efforts.

Only second run for us - formerly with the Henry Candy yard. Did better than finishing position suggested on debut here over this trip - only beaten around 5 lengths, plus she actually lost a show in that race too! Is off the same mark here but jockey, Dylan Hogan takes off a handy 3lbs this time and we've a much better draw in 1. Certainly feel the horse is capable of better if wanting to put it in so she can't be totally ruled out, but does have a bit to answer still as heads here being 0-from-20 now. Small e/w chance.

She surprised us a bit on debut at Kempton when finishing a close sixth - beaten just under 2 lengths. Has improved for that at home and that experience will do her good. Nice draw in 2 and Dylan Hogan helps by taking off 3lbs again. A race that is hard to assess but if building on that last run must have a fair e/w chance.

New to us having recently come to us from the Henry Candy yard. Yet to win a race from 19 runs but is running off a career-low rating here and has run well at the track in the past (3rd here on only start). But really today is a bit of a fact-finding mission so we'll learn more, but past form and dropping rating suggests she should be competitive in races like once we find out more about her.

Trappy race - yet to win from 5 runs, but has run well on two of her last three starts, including here last time out over this trip. Dropped 2lbs from that last run too helps and we've a nice draw in 1. Looks a race with several chances despite only 7 runners, but it also looks a dire affair so that must bring us into it. If running to the level of last time should not be far away.

Promising debut run here last month when a close fourth over this trip. Ignore the last run as that came on heavy ground at HQ and didn't act on it and harder race - this looks easier today. Also back to a track we know she likes so expected to run a lot better and would have place claims, but the Roger Teal runner - Sharla - sets the clear standard and is most likely winner.

One of the more experienced in the field despite only having 2 runs. Took a step forward last time out here when second over 1m. The drop back to 7f will be in his favour as was only headed in the final furlong really last time. Going the right way and small e/w chance, but this is a tougher-looking race so would need more. Overall, looks a tough race and will be better once handicapped too - she'll get a mark after this run.

With Tom Marquand riding, the first-time blinkers and a nice draw in 1 all this may help. The drop back to 7f should also be in her favour after getting tired over the extended mile at Wolverhampton last time. Hoping for better, but at the moment still hard to fancy on what she's shown to date and until we see a step forward on the track.

Going the right way - just touched off last time here over this trip, beaten a neck. Up 5lbs for that run makes life tougher and this also looks a harder race on paper. But Tyler rides again and can claim 7lbs like last time too. Drawn a lot higher this time as well (12) - last time we had draw 4, so that will suggest the make-up of the race this time might be different. Remains in good order though and if building on that last run must have another e/w chance if getting some luck in-running from that draw.

A horse that is still finding her feet - average run on debut when down the field at Lingfield. The step up to a mile will help but more experience here will help and will move one step closer to getting a mark.

Dropped 4lb for her last run but was down the field that day on handicap debut so a lot more required here. Had shown better form the time before though over this 6f trip so the return to this distance is a plus. A nice draw in 4 helps too - overall, more needed, but we think she can certainly run better than last time.

Shown a bit of ability in first three runs, without winning. But is into a handicap now for the first time and that will help. Nice draw in 4 too and Luke a plus in the saddle, while we feel the cheekpieces will help here - small e/w chance, but still likely to do better in time and with more experience on her back - the George Scott horse looks the one to take the beating.

Well-bred sort that is having his debut today - going well at home but likely to improve for the experience, but a nice draw in 2 and Luke will give him every assistance in the saddle.

She has ability and has run well in some decent races this season - including a second in the Oaks Trial at Lingfield in June. We feel the drop back in trip slightly will help as she likes to race up with the pace and she'll make a bold bid from the front again. Light weight (8st 8lbs) helps but she still has a fair bit to find with the Gosden horse - around 14lbs at my calculations. Therefore, will be hard-pressed to overturn that but still hopeful of a nice run and feel she'll run better than her odds suggest.

One win from 6 starts but that came on the AW at Wolves so expected to be fine here at Kempton - Drop back to 1m will also suit after getting stretched over 1m2f last time in soft ground and is 2lbs lower this time. We also feel the cheekpieces will help him settle better and Tom Marquand, who rode last time, is of course a bonus in the saddle. Would need to improve a bit but if the headgear helps on that score would have an e/w chance.

Nice filly, but is one that is having her debut here today and will do better in time. Dylan Hogan rides and his 3lb claim will help though. One for the future.

Didn't enjoy the soft/heavy ground last time out at Haydock and over that 2m trip had no chance of lasting out. Back in trip here and returning to the AW will be more up his street. Does look a race that the Stoute runner will be hard to beat in though so the rest of us might be playing for places! Each-way

Nice filly. Fair debut run at Kempton when 4th of 10 - showing some nice ability that day - she is highly-tried here though into a Listed race and will need to improve a lot to figure at this stage of her career in a race like this. But certainly a horse that will be winning races and will have a future once getting more experience.

Bred to go well on the AW surfaces but first day at school today so will certainly improve for this run and the experience. One for the future.

Back down to last winning mark and we are returning to Lingfield - the scene of her sole career win. Not quite getting home over 1m4f (last time) so the drop back in trip here will help and Nicola Currie, who rode her so her career win, is back in the saddle. Trip, course and jockey all, therefore, pluses and is well at home - each-way chance.

Didn't run as bad as the finishing position suggested as didn't get a clear run during the race and was only beaten 5 lengths. Had a few months off since and seems well for it as been gelded during that time too - 2lbs lower and we are trying him over a longer trip here to see if that helps and give us more options. No more rain would help but the ground should be fine and top jockey in Tom Marquand riding. Overall, looks a hot little race though and the lesser exposed Stoute runner might be hard to beat but hoping now he's gelded he can put a few more consistent runs together.

The in-form Ben Lilly, with Ryan Moore riding, might take the beating still but does continue to creep up the handicap. Our 3 year-old ran well last time too at Bath - only just getting touched off over this sort of trip. Same mark here, but higher grade means we've got a lesser racing weight (8lbs) so that helps. Much softer ground this time, but if coping with that the horse is well so would have e/w chances here based on his last effort.

Took a big step forward last time at Wolves - when 5th of 10 in a maiden. Gained a handicap mark for that run (third outing) and showed plenty of pace to suggest the drop back to 5f will be fine. A nice draw in 2 here too and we know the track suits. Into a handicap for the first time too, but fair mark that we'll learn more about here, but is well at home and going the right way. Each-way.

We tried him over further recently (2m) but hasn't really stayed those trips so the drop back to 1m4f will help. Ran well here over this course and distance back in August and so a repeat of that second will see him in the shake-up - albeit now out of handicap company and into an Auction Stakes race. The weights suggest we've a small bit to find with a couple but not a lot and with proven track experience that should help us. Small place chance.

Only had four career runs so more to come and not been far back in his races - dropped 2lbs here and Tyler riding helps as he can claim 7lbs too. Looking for some improvement over this slightly longer trip (up from 7f to 1m), so if getting the extra yardage then small place chance with the weight help.

Should have a fair each-way chance here after two solid runs at Kempton and Lingfield - as long as he handles the softer ground. Up to 2m here should help too as has looked a bit one-paced in his races and we are hoping that will bring out the expected improvement. As mentioned, will need to prove himself on the heavy ground too, but if he handles it should go well with Jim Crowley a help in the saddle. Looks to have the Johnston runner - Trumpet Man - and Tidal Point as the main dangers.

Pleasing debut run when fourth at Salisbury a few weeks ago - has done well at home since then and with the expected improvement not without place claims here. But does need to prove he can handle the AW surface (first run on it), but every chance he will.

Has won over 1m4f at Lingfield and despite running well at Musselburgh over 2m, probably didn't quite get home there - dropped 3lbs in the ratings here helps too. Therefore, the drop back to 1m6f should hopefully be ideal. Jim Crowley has ridden him before too so that helps and the Bath track should pose no issues. Open race, with many chances so overall we feel the horse would need to improve on what he's shown so far to take this, so anything better than a top half finish would give us hope for the future.

Been in great winning form of late - winning his last two at Haydock. A big hike in the weights this time though - up 11lbs from that last win and now 15lbs higher than the first of those wins. Saffie, who was on last time, claims a handy 7lbs though (claimed 5lbs last time) so that helps. Goes without saying more is needed but has been winning with a fair bit in-hand the so hopefully he can defy the rise. Trip and handles the soft ground well so a lot going for him again - let's see if he's up to the task and hopefully he can land the three-timer!

Fairly consistent sort that ran okay (3rd) in a muddling race at HQ last time out. Back up in trip here so that's the slight doubt as only tried this trip once, but we feel she's more likely to get it on the AW and only career win so far has been on the AW (Lingfield). Is only 1lb higher than last win, so if getting home and saving a bit for the trip not without an e/w chance.

Should have every chance. Has learned a lot from her opening two runs and ran a blinder here over 6f last time so we know the track suits. Stepping back up to 7f will help her too and even though it's hard to assess the others being they are lightly-raced or newcomers, we are more than happy with our filly and should be going close. Hopefully she can get off the mark. Luke Morris, who rode her on debut, returns to the saddle.

Doesn't look the best of races so a nice place to start her off. Going well enough at home but debut run today and likely to improve for the experience - one for the future.

Three runs to date with bits and pieces of form - best run came two runs ago at Kempton and found the trip a bit stretching last time here so the drop down a furlong helps. Into a handicap here too for the first time is a plus - drawn well in 5 and Dylan's 3lb claim handy too. Hopeful of better than last time with small place chance but probably not a race to get too involved in with a lot of lightly-raced sorts.

Nice 2 year-old but like a lot of mine on debut, will improve for the run and the experience.

Got off the mark last time here on his ninth run, but had been knocking on the door a bit before that. Up 4lbs for that but we offset some of that with Saffie Osborne able to claim 5lbs - last time the jockey could claim 3lbs, so really the horse is only 2lbs worse off this time. Up from 1m to 1m2 1/2f here but kept on well to suggest it's worth another try and that last run also came on soft ground to also back up that - the last time he tried this trip it came off a long break too. But he will need to relax again in order to get the trip. Probably a deeper and more competitive race than the last one too, but the horse is full of confidence after that last run and if able to save a bit for the end of the race and relax then should not be far away.

Ran better two runs back at Kempton but down the field when upped to 2m last time at Wolves. Giving him another try over this trip though as down in grade and has run his best race at the track - so returning here for that reason too. The horse has a bit to answer still over this trip with the Prescott and Simcock horses looking the obvious ones, but we know the track suits and if running to the level of his last run at the course then would have an e/w chance.

Only career win from 7 runs has come on the AW. But handled a bit of cut well last time at Sandown - albeit in a worse race than this. Up in grade, but the thinking is that we can race off a much lower racing weight than last time - just 8st 8lbs. We are also the only proven distance winner in the field so that must also count for something. However, more on her plate but the horse is well and hoping the lighter weight can make her competitive - the Hugo Palmer and Michael Bell runners look the ones to beat though.

Going in the right direction after solid runs at Salisbury and Lingfield - but will gain a handicap mark after today and that will help her going forward. On a plus, we feel the step up to 1m will suit and the horses overall seem to be in good heart at the moment, but - as I say - another learning curve for the horse here.

Happy with her debut run at Wolverhampton, when fourth over 7f. Dropping back to 6f here as seemed to get tired the last day. Probably not a race to go mad in, as a lot of unraced and lightly-raced sorts, but Tom Marquand a plus in the saddle and with the expected progress should not be far away - Each-way chance.

Going the right way and took another step forward on only her second run last time out at Kempton (5th of 14). Another learning experience for the horse today and we hope the longer trip will help, but likely to be a lot more competitive once handicapped.

Yet to win but has some fair form to his name and been second a few times too. Seems well after a small break. Trying him up slightly in trip as runs as if it will suit so if that's the case and he stays would have an e/w chance.

Two average runs so far - trying the cheekpieces today but needs to improve a lot to figure here and will be better once handicapped.

Wasn't beaten too far last time out at Lingfield over 1m6f, but tried up to 2m here today and also in a better race. Low weight helps and the jockey can claim a useful 3lbs, but really more needed on what she's shown to date, with the Prescott and Ellison horses the obvious ones.

Shown a good level of form from his four runs to date and we feel the step up in trip will suit. Up from 1m4f to 2m here today and if he stays this will open up more avenues for the horse. Only win came on the AW (Lingfield) so the surface will be fine (first run here) and Luke Morris has won on him in the past too. Probably just an e/w chance though with those few unknowns (stamina) to tackle.

Poor recent runs so more needed based on that - dropped 4lbs helps but wide draw in 11 not ideal either and will need plenty of luck from there too. Hard to get too excited until we see more on the track.

Fifth career run here today - yet to win but has run some promising races. Step back up in trip will help and will be fine at the track - first run here. Soft ground wasn't ideal last time and we think her future lies over this sort of trip or maybe further. The Beckett and Wall horses the likely winners so really just be happy with a step forward here and small place claims.

Very happy with her debut run at Salisbury last month when sixth of 12. Same trip and conditions here and has had a month to get over that run. Seems to have come on at home and with the expected improvement and that experience under her belt would have a small e/w chance, but we still expect her to learn from this and improve for the run.

Tough looking race for the grade, but the horse took a step forward with a better run (2nd) at Kempton last time out. That was over 1m4f but ran is if this step up to 2m would suit (ran on well that day). If that's proved to be right then this lightly-raced sort must have a fair e/w chance here.

Yet to shown us much on the track from 7 runs - is down another 3lbs here and the jockey can claim 3lbs too so that helps and trying her in a hood for the first time. Needs to show loads more still though to figure so best watched until we see a step forward. Will give jockey Kaia Ingolfsland some more experience in the saddle though - with this being her eleventh ride.

Has run two good races in defeat to be second at Newbury and Sandown recently - gets in here off the same mark as last time and Dylan, who rode last time, remains in the saddle and can claim 3lbs. Trip fine and handles the soft well - with the slight ease in grade should have every chance again, with the Channon horse (Wightman) probably the one to beat. Each-way.

Third run here today so will get a handicap mark after this. Two average runs to date but at least handled the track well last time. Needs to settle a bit better today so the hood remains on. Work in progress and will learn more here today.

Every chance if running to the same level as last time when a close second at Salisbury. Deeper race than last time though so a bit more needed, but we return on the same mark so that helps and still unexposed with just three runs. Softer ground to contend with too but we feel he'll handle it - each-way chance

Hollie Doyle booked to ride but needs to bounce back from a poor run last time out at Goodwood - but is better than that. Had been running better prior to that last run, but last time was a harder race than he'd been used to. Slight ease in grade will help, but probably does need to find more in what looks still looks a tough race for the grade. Hopefully Hollie can work some magic.

Debut run here today - nice filly but like a lot of mine first time out will improve for the experience.

Won well at Lingfield two runs back but flopped at Newbury last time. The step back up in trip will help but needs to bounce back from that run and probably improve a bit too against some lesser exposed sorts.

Going the right way and ran well to be dead-heated second at Newbury last time out - they pulled clear of the rest of the field so the form okay and handled the softer ground that day well. Dylan rides again, but can claim 3lbs this time so that's another obvious help. Each-way chance in an open race.

William Buick a bonus in the saddle - first run in a handicap here today so hopeful that will help, but ran much better to be 2nd last time at Lingfield when stepped up to this 7f trip. First run on the turf today too but the track will be fine. Small e/w chance.

The horse is into a Selling Stakes race here so should be a bit more competitive, but the ratings suggest we've still a bit to find with 2 or 3 of the others. First run on the turf too, but overall needs to improve on what we've seen on the track to date.

Lovely debut run when fourth (of 12) at Kempton in the AW. Running over a similar trip here and we've given him a lot of time to get over that run. Has progressed at home again and looking forward to getting him out again. With the expected improvement no reason why he shouldn't have e/w claims here - with John Locke and Ocean Wind looking the clear dangers on what we've seen on the track so far.

Down 2lbs from her last run at Lingfield - that came over a mile but we feel the step up to 1m2f here will suit at this tight track. We are also putting the first-time visor on today to keep her mind on the job. Still a bit to answer at the moment and more needed but still only had 6 career runs so should be more to come. Small e/w if the visor and longer trip help.

Nice horse that is going the right way - was 6th in the Lingfield Derby Trial back in June and improved in that with a fine second in a good race in France last time out. Has had time to get over that race and into a handicap for the first time. Trip, ground and the stiff finish here will suit and should have more to come. Is, however, a very open race with many chances - but hopeful of a nice run and not without small e/w chances.

We are delighted to have got top amateur - Simon Walker - for this race and that will sure give the horse every assistance from the saddle. Can ignore the last run as messed up the start but before that ran well at Kempton over 1m2f (6th of 13). Still to win a race from 13 runs so is looking a bit exposed but we feel the drop to 1m will help as just not quite been seeing out the 1m2f trip. Each-way chance in an open race.

Not a great race so that should give every a fair chance. Shown fair form around this sort of level to date from her three runs and getting 7lbs from five of the runners an obvious help. Track and trip are fine and we are hopeful on the softer ground - if handling it then feel we've got e/w claims here. Looks to have My Brother Mike and Johni Boxit as the main dangers - but, as I say, if getting through the softer ground then each-way claims.

First time in a handicap here today so that will help after three average runs. Still learning though and we'll find out more about his opening mark today so just be happy with a step in the right direction.

Third run after being gelded over the winter. Took a step forward last time out at Kempton when a much better 4th (of 13) and that came after not getting a clear run too. Well at home and freshened up with around 4 weeks off. Trip, ground and track are all fine and if taking another leap forward here must have fair e/w claims in what looks an open affair.

Only a pound higher than when running a fine second at Kempton back in June. That came off a 5 month break too and after just getting tired in the closing stages the drop back to 1m2f will suit - has won over this trip. Luke Morris is also back in the saddle and has won on him before too. Given another few months to freshen up but seems to go well off a break - open race, but also a tough one so more needed. Going the right way and small e/w claims.

Delighted with his win at Lingfield last time out on only his second run. Into a handicap here and a harder race so more needed but will be well suited by this trip again and Jim Crowley, who has ridden him before, is an obvious plus riding. Three non-runners in the race obviously now help and we've only one other rival to take on at this stage - Iron Heart - Should be an interesting tactical battle between two of the best jockeys around!

Nice 2 year-old but like a lot of mine on debut will come on for the experience and likely to want a tad further in time.

Only average debut run at Leicester - needs to improve on that but will gain more experience here and she'll also be better once handicapped.

Got a bit outpaced over 1m on debut - hence the step up in trip here to 1m4f. Still, however, only second career run so needs to improve and likely to do better in time, plus when handicapped - but should put in a better effort today and gain more experience.

Tried over longer trips of late but not really been getting home. Drop back to a mile today will, therefore, suit and we are also 3lbs lower than last outing. Nice draw in 4 helps and Nicola Currie knows the horse well. Overall, more is needed but we expect to see an improved run over this trip and back on the AW. Each-way.

Shown a bit of form to date. Third run so will get a handicap mark after this and likely to be seen in a better light then. Cheekpieces will, however, help and the slight drop in trip will also be a plus. More experience here will help him going forward too.

Ran a blinder in the Lingfield Oaks Trial back in June but highly-tried last time out at Ascot in the Ribblesdale Stakes. Back into a Listed race her helps but still looks a tough race. Trip and ground are fine and should have more to come so be happy with a solid performance, but likely to find a few too good today.

Third run so will get a handicap mark after today and will be seen in a better light once in races like that. Be a shock if this isn't going to one of the Stoute or Suroor runners.

The Hughie Morrison runner - Equisential - sets a fair standard and looks the most likely winner, but after two fourths we are not without place claims. We feel the step up from 6f to 7f will suit him and has run well at the track before. Also adding the cheekpieces for the first time as we feel these will help the horse settle. Each-way. 

Nice filly but like a lot of mine will improve for the run being it's her first day at school.

Has run well at the course (2nd) before so that's a plus, but is in a much harder race this time. Trip and quick ground will suit though and should have more to offer with just 4 career runs. Top jockey in Andrea Atzeni riding and the slightly longer trip today from last time should help. More on his plate in what looks a tough race, but with the ability to handle the track then small e/w claims.

Fair debut run at Leicester over 6f but got a bit outpaced that day so we are stepping her up to a mile here and should be more at home. Hood is on today too and slowly away last time and will hopefully help her focus. Work in progress still though and will be better once handicapped.

Is better for recent run at Kempton when fifth of 13 and not beaten too far - That was his first outing for around 9 months. Rated a pound lower on the turf and has run well off this mark over this course and distance in the past too. All ground is fine and the drop back to 1m2f is a plus. With Tom Marquand riding too then looks to have a fair few things in his favour so in a race with many chance must have an each-way chance.

Not the best debut run at Lingfield - fluffed the start, hung and ran very green. That would have taught her a lot, but still very much a 'work in progress' horse that will do better in time and also once handicapped.

Second runner on the day for us and our better chance. Won well at Lingfield last month off a break and has come out of that race well. We gave her a nice break to get over that and is only 4lbs higher here. Drop back to 1m maybe a tiny concern but does show enough pace so if able to stay in the mix her proven stamina - having won over 1m2f - will be an asset. Competitive, but looks to have a fair each-way chance.

The Michael Bell horse - Twilight Heir - sets a good standard here. Our horse was down the field on debut at Lingfield and ran green that day being slowly away too. Will need to break better over this shorter trip, but very much another learning day for the horse.

First time in a handicap today so that will suit and benefitted from his last run as that came off over a year off. Hopeful of a step forward here but still a work in progress horse. 

Not sparkled as yet on the track but will be better for last run as that came off a 6 month break and the horse is 3lbs lower this time. More needed but the slight drop back in trip will help after not quite staying the extra 1 1/2 furlongs last time. Be happy with a step forward and build from there.

Ran with the choke out last time over the longer trip so had little chance of lasting it out. That came off an 8 month break so can be expected to improve for it and also dropping him back to 1m will help. Given him time to get over that run and done well at home since. Form prior to that last run was progressive so if running back that sort of level and settling better would have an each-way chance.

Debut run here so like a lot of mine on their first outing can be expected to improve for this.

Well-bred filly that should do better now into a handicap and also upped in trip to 1m4f. First run back since January so no matter what will improve for this but pleasing at home and - as mentioned - the longer trip should bring out some improvement. Each-way.

Improved last time out at Goodwood on first run back since having wind surgery - when a close second. That was only his third career run so will be a lot more to come. Firm ground and the trip are fine and looks like we head here with a leading chance. The Meade runner - Tenfold - is the clear main danger, who is closely rated to us, but we should make a bold bid and expecting to go close.

Second runner in the race for us and similar chance to our other runner. Delighte with his debut effort at Kempton last month (4th of 11) and wasn't beaten far that day. Hard to pick between my two as he should also learn more today but have place claims. The Balding, Simcock and Gosden runners are the obvious ones though.

Fair debut run at Kempton last month when 5th of 11. Has come out of that race well and with the right improvement should have an each-way chance, but still likely to improve for this run and experience again.

First run back after a break so expected to improve for this but has been going well at home. Into a Conditions race here and we've a bit to find with a lot of these on the ratings. Hopeful the first-time blinkers will help him too and should run his race but on these terms would be a tall order so just be delighted with a solid return run to kick on from as the rest of the season progresses.

Nice filly but having her first run in public today. Shows up well at home, but likely to need more time and will come on for the experience. The race looks to revolve around the O'Meara runner - Locket - who has had the benefit of a previous run.

Is much better for her recent run at Lingfield after a 6 month break. Dropped 2lbs for that and we feel she'll run better here today with the cheekpieces on. Does need to improve more to get involved but only had 4 career runs so should have more to come and the headgear can hopefully settle her better too. Each-way.

Well back on debut at Newbury - Has been gelded and had a wind op over the winter, but first run back for around 8 months and will be better once getting a handicap mark.

Yet to win from 11 runs and was doing well up until his last run at Newbury. The cheekpieces didn't help in the end that day so that run can be ignored and they are obviously left off here today. Ground and trip are fine, plus comes here on just a pound higher mark than when running a close second at Sandown in August. In form Jim Crowley rides and has steered this horse in the past. Each-way chance.

Fine runner-up at Lingfield last week on the AW - turned out again quickly here but seems well at home and taken that last race well. Only had one run on the turf but conditions here will suit and this 1m trip is perfect. Hollie Doyle a bonus in the saddle and should have another solid e/w chance if backing up that last effort. Looks my best chance on the day.

Well-bred 3 year-old that is having his debut run here today. Hollie Doyle will help in the saddle but might be a tall order on debut against some more experienced sorts. One for the future.

Promising debut run at Lingfield when 4th of 10. Has learned a lot from that and over this same trip can be expected to take another step forward here. Hard to assess the others in the race with some newcomers and other lightly-raced sorts, but Hollie Doyle a top jockey booking and hopeful our experience will be a plus. Decent e/w chance in a race that looks to possible lack depth.

Yet to win from 5 runs, but has bits and pieces of form. Is also 3lbs lower than last time out and we feel the drop back in trip will suit. Needs to prove she can handle the track but seems well at home, so if the track is oaky then each-way chance.

Ran a blinder in the Oaks Trial at Lingfield last time out - was 2nd at 66/1 and only beaten 1 1/4 lengths in the end by Miss Yoda, who we take on again. Has come out of that race very well and now we know that longer trip suits there will be plenty more chances for her now. Only rated 3lbs lower than Miss Yoda but we are about 4 times her price. Track, trip and ground will suit and despite this an obvious step up in grade again, deserves to take her chance. Small e/w

Looks a nice little race, with 4 of the 6 runners being last time out winners - and our horse is one of those. Happy with his success at Lingfield back in January in a Novice Stakes race and has done well at home since. This will be harder now into a Class 4 handicap, but a likable colt that we hope can improve further for the step up in trip. Looking forward to a nice run and has an e/w chance. The Beckett horse, who won well last week, looks the one to beat though and might have the fitness edge on us all.

We are the third trainer for this horse and he's only had 2 runs. We'll learn a lot more about the horse here today and being that he's been off the track since April 19 then it goes without saying he can be expected to come on for the run and once getting a handicap mark.

Only had two runs and despite not winning has shown up well in both races. Returns from 242 days off and has had a wind op over the winter too. Into a handicap for the first time will help and we feel the step up in trip will be what he needs. Won't disgrace, but with around 8 months off though expected to improve for this.

Nice filly, but like a lot of mine first time out will learn a lot from this today. One for the future but will like the ground and trip.

Some fair form last year so even though he's yet to win a race this first run in a handicap will help. Looks a tight little race, with all 4 runners having a say. The horse is well though and we feel this step up in trip will be to his liking, but we won't know that for sure until he tries it in a race. Does look a trappy contest, but as long as the ground is on the quick side then can't be ruled out.

Another of ours that is having his debut run here today. Likeable sort, but will come on for the experience here today.

Debut run here today - doing well at home, but like a lot of ours first time out is expected to improve for the run and the experience.

Did well last season and ended the year with a top run in a Class 4 Handicap at HQ. Has done well over the winter months and this drop in grade (Class 6) will help a lot. Trip is fine too and the handicapper has also dropped us a few pounds. Nicola Currie rides and if able to overcome the wide draw (11) over this 1m2f trip, then can certainly make her presence felt.

Been gelded since last race, when a very decent third (of 13) at Bath back in September. First time in a handicap today so we'll learn more but expected to improve for the step up in trip. Tough race but is well at home and if improving for the longer trip then must have small e/w claims.

Showed bits and pieces of form last season but this is her first run in a handicap here. We feel the step up in trip is what she needs but we'd like to see her run over it in a proper race to be sure. Hopefully it will give her more options going forward too. Tough race but she is well and hopeful of a nice effort. Each-way price.

Probably one of our better chances on the day. A nice winner at Wolverhampton back in December on his last run and has done well since. Feel he needs to improve a bit more on that run but hopeful of a good run with trip and track fine.

Nice to have a runner in the Derby Trial. This horse has around 15lbs to find on the ratings so might be a tall order and would need to improve. But is well and a nice sort that should progress again this season. Hopeful he won't disgrace and we can build from here with hopefully some more options in these sort of races as the year moves on.

Tough ask here for the Lingfield Oaks Trial - a Listed race. Has plenty to find on the official ratings but we are chasing some black type here with a place finish. On a plus, we are a course winner - the only one in the field - and we are hopeful the cheekpieces will help her. Be delighted with a solid run, but being realistic we are likely to find several too good, with the Gosden pair - Miss Yoda and Lake Lucerne - respected the most.

Nice sort that is having his debut run here today - goes well enough at home and won't disappoint, but we still feel he'll come on for the experience - could hit the frame, but all the money, for this 2 year-old race with no form to go on, has been for the Archie Watson runner here - Mighty Gurkha.

Nice filly, but debut run here and like most of mine first time out is expected to come on for the experience.

Only 5 runners here and only second run for this filly. Fair 6th on debut but has come on for that experience. Still learning and might need more time and racing but feel a step forward is on the cards.

First day at school today and will very much need the experience here.

Took a step forward over this 1m2f trip when 4th here last month - has more to come and we feel with the expected improvement must have a fair e/w chance in a race that seems to revolve around the Watson horse, that won well last time out.

Nice sort that is well-bred - by Golden Horn. Trip fine on debut and been working well. Likely to improve for the experience, like a lot of mine first time out but not without a small e/w chance. But really the Godolphin horse sets a good level and with three runs already will have the experience edge on most of us. 1 1/2 stars.

Ballet Red - Yet to win from 13 runs but shown a fair level of form around this sort of level. Wasn't beaten far the last day at Lingfield over a bit longer, but we think the drop back in trip will suit her after getting tired last time and not really seeing it out. Elisha rides and takes off 7lbs again - if running to the form that saw her finish a close second here in Dec then must have an e/w chance again - in what looks a very average race - with a nice draw in 4 to help too.

Down the field on debut but the heavy ground wasn't totally ideal that day. Will be more at home on the AW and also up from 7f to 1m2f here will suit. Had a few months to get over that race and seems stringer for it - a lot of unknowns in the contest so probably not one to get too involved in, but certainly feel he can take a step forward from last time.

Looks like we've all got the Gosden horse to beat - but we are not without a chance. Pleasing debut here last month, when 4th and not beaten far. Would have learned a lot from that - draw 12 not totally ideal but hoping over this trip he'll have enough time to overcome that. Each-way.

Draw 10 to overcome, but a hold-up filly anyway so hoping that won't matter. Ran well to be 4th here last time - the extra furlong will help and we are also a pound lower. Overall feel she's going the right way and that we've got decent place claims.

Third run and improving with each outing. Trip and draw are fine, plus first run here at the track but no reason why it won't suit. A bit more improvement needed but if so she can get involved here and looks to have an each-way chance.

Decent second last time out at Wolverhampton for today's jockey - has come out of that race well and off the same mark then no reason why she can't get involved again. The jockey also claimed 3lbs last time but can claim 7lbs this time. Each-way.

Brighton Pier - Godolphin horse will be hard to beat but pleasing debut run (4th) at Kempton and based on that run and the expected improvement then still feel we've got a great chance of filling a place.

Last seen running well in France the last twice - not beaten far both times. Step up in trip will help and been running as if he wants a bit further. Will still probably be more competitive in handicaps though so just be happy with an improved run.

First time in a handicap here will help her after showing bits and pieces of form - has also run well here at the track (3rd) so that is another plus and Hollie Doyle in the saddle. Should be more to come from her and feel we've got place claims here, but the only niggle is the 11 draw.

Going the right way but third run here today and will get a handicap mark after this as a result. Will be seen in a much better light in those races.

Poor race so that gives us a chance. Been running well of late without winning but is down another few pounds here. Only career win also came here over this CD so that's a plus, but draw 11 is not totally ideal. Does like to come from off the pace so might not be the end of the word re the draw, but will need the breaks to come. Each-way.

Ballet Red - Wasn't beaten far the last day and has improved for that run off a break. 5lbs better off here with 2lb drop and jockey claim too - well drawn in 3 and if building a tad on the last run must have an e/w chance here.

Got a bit worked up in the stalls on debut last time and actually broke some teeth in the process. Ended up finishing down the field (9th) so not the best experience on her first run. Had a few months off to get over that, so really just looking for a more settled run here and for her to learn more on second run.

Pleasing debut at HQ last month and didn't enjoy the heavy ground last time there so can ignore that run. Step up to a mile will help so better than last time expected here on her AW debut. Will need to overcome a wide draw (13), but not without a small e/w chance if she can. 1 1/2 stars.

Course winner but needs to bounce back a bit. Actually not beaten that far the last twice and down another 2lbs for her last run. Dropping back to 5f here and hopeful the first-time blinkers will help her. Favourite in the race looks hard to beat though so just small place chance. 1 1/2 stars.

Down the field on debut run (8th) at Kempton last month. More time and experience needed.

First run and like most of mine on debut will improve for this - nice colt though that is bred to go well on the AW, but will need time and experience.

Been running consistently of late on the turf but has also had a wind op since her last run. 2 seconds from 4 runs on the AW to date and drawn well here in stall 3. With the expected improvement after her wind op then feel we are not without an e/w chance here and gone well fresh in the past too, plus seems well at home.

Drawn 13 but over this 1m5f trip that won't be an issue. Yet to win from 6 runs but has shown up better the last twice. First run here but will be fine on the track and 3lbs lower this time. We are also putting the first-time visor on today so will need to improve for that - each-way chance if the head gear does help on the track. 1 1/2 stars.

Third run here today - took a big step forward last time out at Wolves when third over the extended mile. No reason why Kempton won't suit and seems well at home. Look to have the Godolphin and Ed Vaughan runners as dangers but feel we've got fair e/w claims.

Probably an above-average novice stakes, but Sally did well on debut here last month when 7th of 16. Slightly softer ground should be fine and goes without saying that experience would have taught her a lot. Hopeful of a step forward here but likely to still find 3 or 4 too good, but should have a nice future. Small e/w chance if the race falls apart. 1 1/2 stars

Won over this 6f trip three runs back - but has failed to follow-up over 5f the last twice. Step back up to 6f here will help nice draw in 4. 4lbs higher than last win, but Robert Havlin back in the saddle (won on him in Aug). Each-way chance with the filly taking her racing well.

Not a race to get too involved in with some many newcomers. Our is having his debut too and despite doing well at home is another that will certainly improve for this.

Looks a race that revolves around the John Gosden runner, who looks the most likely winner. Our colt is nicely bred but having track debut here today so will improve for it and the experience.

One of the more experienced in the field with two runs. Did well two runs back at Newbury on debut (2nd) but not as good over 6f last time. Has been gelded since and the step back up in trip here will help. Has had a nice break too so if running to his debut level then won't disgrace, but still feel he'll be seen in a better light once handicapping. 1 1/2 stars.

Nicely-bred sort but debut run here today. Will be fine over this 1m4f trip, but like most of mine first time out will improve for the experience.

Aquascape - Did really well on debut, when fourth at Lingfield - was only beaten just under 3 lengths that day. Might want a bit further in time, but this 1m trip is fine at this stage - so with the expected improvement and that experience under his belt  there is every reason to think we've got a decent each-way chance here. Andrea Atzeni an obvious plus in the saddle too.

Needs to improve on what we've seen so far - is 0-from-9 and well back last time at Kempton. Down 2lbs here and Theo takes off 3lbs so that helps but need to seem the improvement on the track.

Miss Gargar - Been running well at the course and won here over 6f back in Aug - back down to 5f here should be fine as shows plenty of pace, but just feel the wide draw (9) today makes life harder. 1 1/2  stars.

First day at school today so as I say many times will come on for the run and the experience today in what also looks a hot maiden.

Fair debut here last month but still learning and will certainly improve again for this run. One to note once into handicaps.

Nice filly that is ready to run but like most of mine will improve for the run and experience first time out.

Broughtons Excels looks the obvious one for us to beat but we come here with a solid chance of doing that. We were 3 1/2 lengths behind that horse last time out here but 4lbs better off this time. We also got hampered leaving the stalls that day so could have finished a lot closer too. Robert Havlin continues in the saddle and with a bit more luck at the start should be bang there.

Levanter - Only second career run - was down the field on debut at Newbury back in May. We've given her time to strengthen up since then so returning from a 4 1/2 month break so likely to need the run to gain further experience.

Vulcan - Took a nice step forward last time out when 4th (of 10) at Kempton over this 1m trip. Back on the turf today but that's fine and has run okay with a bit of cut before too. We are also adding the cheekpieces on today to help him settle and Jason Watson a plus in the saddle. Not without an each-way chance at a fair price.

First run back after a break and really needs to improve on what we've seen on the track anyway. Just be delighted with a solid run back and go from there.

Looks our better chance on the day - tight little race with just 6 runners but first time into a handicap will help our horse and we'll know more about her opening mark after this - on a plus she gets weight all-round. Conditions are fine too so even though 6 runners feel we've got e/w claims.

Our best chance on the day - nice winner last time out at Wolverhampton and a 4lb rise for that looks fair. Track will suit with only slight niggle the drop back to 5f. If she can keep tabs on them early on then will be finishing off her race well. Must have a fair each-way chance again here.

Second runner in the race for us - and similar chance. Like most of mine first time out will learn a lot, but likely to find a few with experience too good today.

Debut run - well-bred filly but will be better for the experience and for the run.

First day at school today - a promising sort but will need the experience here today.

Yet to win from 10 starts, but has been running well of late with a couple of seconds at Salisbury and Sandown. Up 5lbs for those efforts so more needed but hopeful the first-time cheekpieces will eke out a bit more improvement. Trip and ground are fine too so looks to have another fair each-way chance.

Brooklyn Boy : has an EW chance if he can fulfil his earlier promise at Lingfield over today’s trip, didn’t stay 1m6f last time at Salisbury. He has dropped down the weights and has the assistance of Luke Morris which should be a plus.

Golden Lips ran a good race last time at Thirsk over 1m, she has come out of the race well and I'll be shocked if not in the first three. I don't think the slight drop in trip will be an issue however we will see.

This is Lady Elysia only 6th run however we have tried her over various distances, she was staying on over 1m3f at Windsor last time so hopefully she will improve but I would want to see that on the race course first so best watched.

Coastal Cyclone needs to massively improve to figure in this, I'm hoping his first visit to Bath may spark so revival but until I see that he is best watched.

Two pleasing first runs at Sandown and Salisbury - both over 7f. We feel the step up here to a mile is what he needs as just lacked a bit of pace there. Tough race and looks like the Haggas and Gosden runners will be prominent in the betting but hoping our experience will count for something. Small Each-way chance. 1 1/2 stars.

Much improved run last time out when third at Newbury - dropped a pound for that and so in a similar race and on similar conditions looks to have every chance here of being in the mix again. Each-way. Jason Watson rides.

We look to have the Godolphin horse to beat - but our horse is well and in good order after a solid second last time out at Newbury on debut. Dropping from 7f to 6f here should help as ran well for much of the way over the longer trip last time. Will have learned a lot from that experience and hopeful of another solid e/w run here.

Miss Gargar - Yet to win from 11 runs but has been knocking on the door - a close third last time out here over this trip was another example of that. Up just a pound for that, so a similar run will give her another fair each-way chance here. Robert Havlin, who rode last time remains in the saddle.

Craneur - Looks our better chance on the day - consistent sort that was a fine second at Salisbury last time out. Same mark here and same trip but up in grade means a bit more needed. On a plus, we get in with a low weight in this better race and weight all-round from the others. Dargal and The Corporal are feared but the horse is well and has ideal conditions so not without a chance. Each-way.

Golden Lips - The Haggas horse looks like it sets the standard on what we've seen so far - but some newcomers in the race too so some unknowns. Our filly is going the right way and will improve for the step up to 1m. Is well after a few months off and seems to have improved and got stronger over that time. Might be an above average race for the grade so really just looking for a step in the right direction again here and will - of course - be more competitive once handicapped.

Going the right way after two solid runs at Sandown and Salisbury. Trip and ground are fine and has done well over the last few months since his last run. Oisin Murphy a plus in the saddle and if building on his two runs then feel his experience will be a big plus and can go well. The Cox horse might be the danger but feel we've got every chance here with decent place claims - anything else a plus.

More needed on what he's shown so far - but upped in trip here today so hoping he stays this far and it opens up a few more doors. But hard to get too excited until we see more on the track.

Only second career run - down the field on debut at Newbury so more needed and will be better in time with more experience - on a plus, we do feel the drop back to 6f will help.

The top two in the market look the ones to beat but Voice Of Calm has won well on her two starts to date (4th and 3rd) - we feel the step up in trip will help and the track will be fine. Another step forward here should see a solid each-way run.

Been very poor of late so really just be happy with a return to form. Drop back to 6f should help and jockey can take off 7lbs this time but hard to get too excited in current form.

Poor race so that helps - been running well of late but is still a 10 race maiden so a bit to answer. On a plus, ran well here two runs back to be a close third and is off the same mark. Robert Havlin adds experience to the saddle too so each-way chance.

Not been running too badly - the drop back to 6f will certainly help as her best run came over this trip (3rd) two runs back here at Chepstow - wasn't beaten far that day. 4lbs lower this time too and Raul Da Silva is back riding (was on that day too). So, we know the track suits and breeding suggests the softer ground will be fine - that's the slight unknown, but if she does handle it - small place claims. 1 1/2 stars

Bits and pieces of form but still to win from 12 runs. Has been running over further though so we hope the drop back to 7f will help as some of her best form has been over this sort of trip in the past. Career-low handicap mark too but really just be delighted with a step back in the right direction here.

Craneur - Been running well this season without getting his head in front. This is a race for horses that haven't won a race yet this year, so we are all in the same boat on that score. Jim Crowley a plus in the saddle and in this slightly better race we get in with 11lbs lower to carry than last time and this will also be the lightest weight he's carried in a race. Conditions fine so each-way claims.

Been running well this season but is still winless from 7 runs. Found the 1m2f a bit on the sharp side last time and prior to that had been running well over 1m4f. Up to 2m here so a bit of an unknown on that score, but we think it'll suit her. If we are right then feel we've got a live each-way chance.

Bits and pieces of form but overall needs to improve a bit to figure here. Tried over further last time but is back in trip today as clearly didn't stay. Dropped a few pounds too will help, but really just hoping for an improved run and build from there.

Voice Of Calm - Delighted with her debut run at Wolverhampton (4th). Has come out of that race well and she learned a lot from it. Switch to the turf is fine and Mitch helps by taking off 3lbs. The Haggas horse might be hard to beat, but with the expected improvement feel we've still got an each-way chance here.

Certainly our better chance on the day - went close last time at Wolves in the visor (on again today) and off the same mark. First run at Chelmsford so needs to prove she handles it, but no reason why she won't. The Candy horse is feared but feel we've got a solid each-way chance here. 2 1/2 stars.

Trappy little race and really it will be a shock if it's not going to one of the main two in the market. Our filly needs to improve from her debut run at Kempton (8th of 11), but will learn more here. One for the future.

Lost Empire - First time on the track today - like a lot of mine will improve for the run and the experience. But a nice, well-bred sort that will be better in time - blinkers on to just get him race-ready and focus on learning a lot from today.

Much better run last time out when Salisbury (2nd). Up 3lbs for that and over the same trip and ground. Has come out of that race well and with a bit of improvement on that last run then feel we should be going close here. Look to have the Balding horse to beat.

Ran a cracker to be second to Crystal Ocean at Sandown back in April and wasn't disgraced in a top G1 over in France last time - only beaten 3 3/4 lengths. Will find this slight ease in grade to his liking and won't mind conditions - has won in good-to-soft. We are trying the first-time blinkers to help him focus and the official ratings suggest we are not without a squeak. In this ground, feel the Haggas horse might be the one to beat, but we've each-way claims. 1 1/2 stars.

Amateur riders' race so not one to get too involved in. Our runner has just one win from 28 starts, but as a result has dropped to a very low rating. Trip okay but was very poor last time - last of 14 at Nottingham - so needs to come back from that. Need to see more on the track.

Robin Of Navan - We are heading over to Germany with Robin today - has travelled over well and feel we've got a fair each-way chance. Hot G2 race, but won't mind the ground and stays further than this 1m trip. Shalona and Ed's Indian Blessing look the ones to beat, but not without a small each-way chance. 1 1/2 stars.

Been disappointing so far this season so needs to find some old form. Only a pound lower than when running down the field in the Wokingham last time too. We do, however, feel the step back up in trip (7f) will suit him better these days. Well handicapped on last years form so certainly has a chance on that and Jim Crowley a plus in the saddle. Will need to handle the softer ground, but has won in this ground in France so hopeful on that score. Small each-way chance. 1 1/2 stars.  

A step in the right direction last time here when a close 5th (of 15). Dropped a few pounds for that and Mitch rides today to claim 3lbs so we are 5lbs better off. 18 runs without a win on the turf but has been running a lot more consistent this season. Below-par race must give us fair each-way claims if running to the same level as last time at a track he likes.

Doing well at home, but first run today and like most of mine will benefit from the experience on debut.

In good form at home and took a step forward last time out at Lingfield (4th). The form of that race looks okay, albeit at a low level. Drop back to 1m2f will be fine and hoping the cheekpieces help here today. Mitch continues in the saddle and claims a handy 3lbs. Small each-way chance at a nice price. 1 1/2 stars. 

Going the right way, but only had three career runs. First time in a handicap here today so we'll learn more about where she is regarding her opening mark. Also stepping up in trip to 1m6f (from 1m2f) here as we think she needs further. Looking for a step forward but really at this stage still needs to improve to be in the frame. 

Craneur - Well at home and dropping into a Class 6 here will certainly help him. Will need to handle the quicker ground, but we feel he's got every chance of doing so and the drop back in trip will be fine. Jason Watson a plus in the saddle and so hoping he's got a decent each-way chance here.

Below-par last time so needs to bounce back from that but in this higher grade we get in here with a much lower weight - 14lbs less. Had plenty of time to get over that last run and seems well at home - with the weight we get then hopeful of a better run and if handling the ground each-way claims, but only 6 runners. 1 1/2 stars.

Well-bred filly that makes her debut here - likely to want a bit further in time and like most of ours will improve for the experience. Jim Crowley a plus in the saddle, but one for the future really.

Nice filly, but like most of my newcomers, will improve for the experience and the run.

Nice improving stayer that did well last season - is also a course winner here. Rounded-off last season with a top G3 win in France, but is returning from a 307 day break here. Therefore, in this hot race might just need the run today but certainly one to look for as the season moves on. Small e/w 1 1/2 stars.

Not shown much in her last runs so needs more here. The drop back into a handicap though will help - as will racing against her own sex -  as she has been running in better races. Just be delighted with a step forward though really, but small e/w with the drop in grade a plus. 1 1/2 stars

Miss Gargar - Improved last time out, despite running 6th of 8 - wasn't beaten too far. We are 3lbs lower here and also trying the first-time visor as we feel that will sharpen her up. Has also run well here at Wolves in the past so if the headgear can bring out a bit more then we think we've got an each-way chance here.

Consistent sort - worth a crack over 2m last time but probably just didn't quite see it out. Back to 1m4f here will suit and we are also a pound lower. The horse is well and will love the drying ground - so each-way chance in what looks an open race.

Promising first run, when 5th at Sandown - not beaten far. Quicker ground here will be fine - plenty of unknowns about the oppo so probably not a race to get too involved in but with the expected improvement can run well and would have small place claims. 1 1/2 stars.

Fair debut run at Haydock (6th) over 7f. Has come on for that run but still likely to need more time and will gain further experience here. Very small e/w chance if the race falls apart and Oisin a plus in the saddle though.

Ballet Red - In good order at home and comes here off the back of a close-up third last time at Bath. 2lbs lower and Mitch continues in the saddle. The drop back to a mile will be fine, but does stay further so we'll try and make full use of that stamina. Tight contest, but should in the shake-up and certainly our best chance on the day.

A bit better last time out at Brighton when fourth, but we were still beaten a fair way. 4lbs lower here and Mitch can claim 3lbs too so that helps and the drop back to 1m2f should also be in his favour. Still needs to show more on the track though before we can get more excited.

Huge race and goes without saying one with many chances. Dropping down the handicap though and after running well in Group and Listed contests (G2 winner) will find this ease back into a handicap more to his liking. Was 8th of 22 and not beaten far in the G1 Commonwealth Cup here last season so if finding that form then could go well at a nice price. Each-way.

Goes without saying a tough race - big field but we've a draw (15) that will give us options. The horse is very well and will enjoy the ground. Ran well for Oisin Murphy here at the track over this trip last month in a Listed race so s repeat of that run would certainly give us an each-way chance.

Nice filly that is going the right way - an improved third last time out but will still be of more interest once handicapped - she'll get a mark after this.

My better chance on the day. Not been beaten far the last twice and we actually get in here off a pound lower than last time. Softer ground a bit of an unknown but breeding suggests he'll be fine. The Moore horse looks the likely winner but we feel we've a small each-way chance too - if going on the ground. 1 1/2 stars.

Debut run - but like a lot of my 2 year-olds will certainly improve for the run and the experience.

Not been running too badly of late - down another 3lbs and Mitch claims 3lbs too so 6lbs better off. Return to the AW fine too and should have more to come. Poor race gives us hope too so average each-way chance.

More needed based on last run when last of 10 at Salisbury. Been gelded since so hoping that helps and we are also trying him over a longer trip - up from 1m2f to 1m4f here. Likely to need more though so probably best-watched. Oisin Murphy a bonus in the saddle though!

Nice price on offer so no shock to see a few useful sorts here. On the ratings we've a fair bit to find but we've come up here as he'll like the soft ground and hoping that will level things out a bit more. Cheekpieces on for the first time too, so small place claims if 2 or 3 of the others get found out by the ground.

Is a tricky ride so hopefully the apprentice not being allowed to use his whip will help - we think it will. Open race for the grade but will have conditions to suit and has run well at the track before. Decent apprentice booked so each-way claims.

Third on handicap debut last time at Lingfield. Down a pound for that but we feel the switch to the turf - first run on it - will suit him better. Well after 1 1/2 months off too and feel we've got an each-way chance here.

Not beaten far the last day at Wolves on his return run and has come out of that race well. Step up in trip looks likely to suit and should be more to come with just four career outings. The quicker ground here is a slight unknown too but if he handles it then feel we've got an each-way chance.

Won well two run ago, but failed to follow-up next time at Lingfield. Bit to find on these terms in this Seller and stepping up in trip here (7f to 1m2f) so hoping he can improve for the extra distance but really a bit of a fact finding mission on that score.

Wasn't beaten far last time on his return run at Wolves. Has come on for that run and 5lbs lower with the jockeys claim. Feel the step up in trip will help too, but we'll see how the ground is when we get to the track as wouldn't want it too firm.

Delighted with his recent third at Doncaster - actually down a pound for that run but we feel the step up to 2m (from 1m6f) will help. Tougher race as we are up two grades but lightly-raced and going the right way. We'll see if he's up to the task, but still feel he's got e/w claims here.

SDS booked so that will teach her a lot - but first day at school today and like a lot of mine will learn a lot from the experience. Work in progress and one for the future.

Only second career run - more needed on what we saw on debut from her but still learning and will be better once handicapped too. The Haggas and Simcock runner will be fighting this out.

Ran much better last time out at Chepstow - 4th of 8. Gets in off the same mark and Mitch rides and claims 3lbs again. That was only his second run this year so has come on again for it and we are actually dropping in grade here. Each-way chance in an open race.

Listed fillies race here and despite showing bits and pieces of form does have a bit to find on these terms - being we are rated 24lbs and 26lbs behind the two Gosden runners. Big ask. 

Delighted to get a win for him last time out at Salisbury - on just his sixth start. Only a Claimer and same again here but in great form and Mitch claims 3lbs again. No reason why we can't go well again and looks a nice each-way price.

Only had three career runs and not shown much so far - up in trip though here and first time in a handicap should help. Bit of a fact-finding mission, so we'll know more after this, but hoping this will give us more options if coping with the longer trip.

Done well this year so far without winning - 7lbs lower than first run this season and 4lbs lower than last time when 5th of 10 at Bath. Also back up in trip as we feel this will suit better now for her. Won't mind the ground and should be fine on the ups and downs at Chepstow. Each-way.

Only had four career runs - much better last time when 6th of 13 at Chepstow and only beaten just over 3 lengths that day. 2lbs lower here and back up to 7f will help. Each-way chance with the experienced Joe Fanning booked to ride.

Ryan Moore booked to ride and first time in a handicap should give the horse a much better chance. Top-rated in the field by a fair way. Ran well last time when third at Ascot in a Listed race and has certainly come on for that race. Each-way chance.

Top-rated in the field so we have to give weight way all-round. However, first run back after a 244 day break so I expect he'll come on for the run today.

Well-bred filly, but first day at school today - Mitch helps with his 3lb claim but like a lot of mine first time out will need the experience here today.

7th of 12 on debut at Southwell on his return run last month - that blew away a few cobwebs and we are 7lbs lower here with the jockey's claim too. Be delighted with a step forward but needs to improve a bit more.

11th of 12 last time - not beaten far though. Has some on for that but still feel he needs to improve to figure. Turf and 3lbs lower will help and we put the first-time cheekpieces on too. Just looking for a step forward really.

Nice filly that is only having her second run for us after coming from the Jeremy Noseda camp. Did well on first run for us when second at Wolves, but his is a big step up. Stays this trip well so hoping to win some races with her this season over this sort of distance but goes without saying up into Listed company makes life a lot harder. Hopeful she'll handle the track and softer ground but will be running on this going for the first time. Big ask but will run better than odds suggest.

Third career run and so will get a handicap mark after this - also first run for the yard and has had a wind op since his last outing. Will improve, but be better once running in handicaps.

In good form at home and returns fresh and well after the winter off. Into a handicap here for the first time on just his fourth career run - that will help. Also been gelded over the winter and seems better for it. If handling the track and surface - first run here - we feel he's got each-way claims with the longer trip a plus too.

Pirate King - First run back after a break but we thought we'd bring him back to Donny as he won well here last season. Eased in grade and 4lbs lower in the ratings helps too. Trying him back up in trip and runs as if it'll suit - be doing plenty of work at home, but will certainly improve for the run after a long break. Does need to take a step forward but at a track we know he likes feel we've got small e/w chances here. 1 1/2 stars.

Going the right way - was much better last time over this 6f trip. Only fourth career run here today, but crucially first run in a handicap here. We'll know more about her mark after this but well at home and if handling the track then feel we'll have small e/w claims here. 1 1/2 stars.

4lbs lower than last run when down the field at Kempton on the AW - didn't get an easy run that day either so could have certainly got closer. Only had four career runs so still learning, while the first-time hood is expected to help here to help her focus. Just be delighted with a step forward though.

Wasn't actually beaten far last time at Lingfield when 6th of 11 on her return. Is 3lbs lower for that so that helps but only fifth career run so still finding her feet. Will gain more experience here though but might need a bit of luck from draw 12 too so just be delighted with a step forward here.

Tough race with plenty of horses that are better than Listed grade running. Robin is well at home and can run a solid race. We've 12lbs to find though with Barney Roy and 7lbs behind the Burrows horse so does require a step forward. Won't disgrace though and will be suited by the track (first run here) and the ground - so we'll be delighted with a top half finish, anything else a plus. 1 1/2 stars.

Well at home and has been gelded since his last run back in November. Track a bit of an unknown as yet to run on the fibresand, but we think he'll like it. If he does then feel we've got each-way claims here in a race that lacks depth outside the top two in the market.

Lady amateur riders' race - our fella will be ridden by our assistant Rachel and hopefully she can get a good turn out of him. Been running well of late, without winning, but the step up to 7f should suit and hoping the first time blinkers will sharpen him up too. Very open race and probably one to not get too involved in, but feel we've got average each-way claims though.

First run back since November and more needed on what we've seen so far - will improve for this and hoping he'll benefit from the cheekpieces today, but needs to show it on the track first so just be delighted with a step forward.

Knight To Behold - One of the stable stars and delighted to have him back on the track - landed the Lingfield Derby Trial last season and also took a Group Two towards the end of the season in France. Goes well fresh - won first time out last term - and feel this 1m2f trip is his best at the moment. Yes, we've 9lbs to find with the Stoute horse, but our fella has had a good winter and we feel he's got stronger. Working well at home and done plenty in the build-up to this. Of course it depends on how the favourite performs, but we still head here with decent each-way claims and feel we can make the jolly work for this. 

The Johnston horse is the clear one to beat, but we feel our colt has a fair each-way chance too if improving for the step  up in trip. We think he will, as breeding suggest that he wants further than a mile and first run in a handicap will also help.

Just the one win from 24 runs but often not far away in his races. Close fourth at Chelmsford last time so comes here fit and well - but back on the turf today. Bit to prove on the grass, and needs to handle the quicker ground, but if he does then feel he's got a solid each-way chance here.

As we know Robin is a classy sort that has won over £450k in prize money so owes us nothing. Returned last month at Kempton and that blew away some cobwebs. Up in to a Group 3 again here and looks a tough race for the grade. Ryan an obvious plus in the saddle but was only 4th in this race behind Forest Ranger last year (6 lengths back) so needs to improve on that to figure. Is well in himself and track and ground are fine. More needed, but hopefully Ryan can work some magic. 1 1/2 stars.

Fourth career run and first time into a handicap here will help. Only shown a moderate level of form to date but we are hoping the step up in trip (1m4f) will suit. First run back too for 177 days, so likely to improve for this.

One of the stable stars - has wintered well and is ready to run again. Tough race though but he should find this Listed grade to his liking. Has run well at the track before too so could sneak into a place, but - as I say - a hot race. 1 1/2 stars.

Back from around 4 months off - she had a nice winter and despite not winning a race yet has gone well several times and only had 6 starts. Up in trip slightly too as we feel that's what she needs and has run well twice before here at Kempton. Fit and well so feel she's got a solid each-way chance here.

Not shown up much from two starts so far, but third run here and will get a mark after this.

Course winner that has shown glimpses of form but is just 1 from 23. But probably needs to improve with the visor back on but dropping mark a plus. Small each-way.

Lady Cosette - New horse to us - she came from the Jeremy Noseda yard. Nice recruit to the yard and despite not winning yet has some fair overall form. Big step up in trip here from 7f to 1m4f though so bit of a fact-finding mission but we think she'll get it and if she does then e/w chance.

Ran well last time out at Wolves to be fourth - beaten less than a length. Down 2lbs for that and has come out of that ran well as it came off a 4 month break. Each-way chance.

Is in good form at home and heads here fresh from a 3-4 month break. 2lbs lower than last time out (5th) and wasn't beaten that far that day. Nice draw in 2 here too and running off a career-low mark now must give us a better chance. Open race but each-way.

Only second career run for this filly - more needed on what we saw there and likely to be better once handicapped and will probably want a bit further in time.

Improving all the time - fourth career run and going the right way. Draw 10 not ideal so might need some luck from there but first run in a handicap today will help and should be a lot more competitive. Each-way chance.

CD winner here at the track - has been a bit in and out with good runs and then not really backing that up. That was the case again last time when flopping here over this trip but on his second at Wolves the time before would have every chance. Dropped into a Class 6 here though so that helps and seems well at home. Maybe not one to totally trust until we see more consistency but certainly capable.

The short-priced favourite looks useful so should be taking this. Our horse has had the benefit of two runs so that helps and seems to be going the right way, but will be better once handicapped.

Third here last time out at 100/1! Nice draw in 4 helps and she seems to be going the right way. Harder race upped in grade but the horse is well and if one of the main three in the race run below par then a small chance of sneaking into a place again.

First run here and like a lot of mine on debut will learn a lot from the run and experience. The Godolphin horse looks the most likely winner.

Fourth run here today - seems to be learning all the time but really the horse will be a lot more competitive once handicapping. The first three in the market should be fighting this out.

Won at HQ back in July and has since run well over in France. 7f stretched him last time out at Sandown so the drop back to 6f here will help. Into a handicap for the first time here too so we'll learn more about his mark after this. Any rain is fine too. Really just hoping for an improved run on last time though in what looks another open race on the card.

Looks like we've all got the Haggas horse to beat. Our colt is having his third run so will get a handicap mark after this. Has done okay on two previous starts and going the right way, but likely to find a few too good again here and at least we'll get a mark after this.

The horse is well and we return to the turf with her here and we feel that will help. Longer trip will also be in her favour and if running to the form that saw her finish third at Ffos Las back in Sept off just a pound lower then would have every chance of being involved. Each-way claims in an open race.

Stable star and entitled to go well after running in better races in France. Still a tough-looking Listed race though with several of us closely rated. Is fit and well, plus won't mind the ground. Only niggle is the trip might be a tad on the sharp side. If he can keep in touch then will be staying on as gets further than this. Each-way.

Tough ask based on recent runs - needs to improve a bit to figure here and draw 11 not kind. On a plus, was only actually beaten 3 lengths last time here and has run okay in all his recent starts at the track. Has come on for that last run too as it came off a 2 month break - should be staying on at the finish just depends if he's close enough during the first half of the race. Small place claims if getting the luck in-running. 1 1/2 stars.

In good form at the moment - Another good run in this grade (2nd) last time at Wolves and is off the same mark. The slightly longer trip is a plus, as is returning to Lingfield as won here three runs back. Should be going close with Luke riding.

Only had four career runs but really needs to improve on what we've seen so far. Dropped 5lbs from that last run helps a bit and Luke rides for the first time. Really we'd just be delighted with a step forward to give us something to build on.

Third run here so we'll get a handicap mark after this. Will be seen in a better light in those races but did take a small step forward last time here over 7f. We are hoping the extra furlong will help too, but hard to see him troubling the judge on these terms.

Great to see him get off the mark last time at Kempton when stepped up to 2m. Up 4lbs for that win looks fair and if taking to the Wolves track (no reason why he won't) then should have every chance again here.

Down the field on debut when last of 8 at Kempton but still very much a work in progress horse. Will learn a lot more here today but will be better next season and when handicapped.

Going to be hard for us all to beat the Godolphin horse. Third run and a bit better lat time but will be stronger next season and better once handicapped but with there being little depth to the race then would not be shocked if we ran a bit better than the odds suggest.

Going to be hard from stall 12. The horse has been gelded since his last run though and seems to have come out of that well. Returns after 2 months off and hasn't been far back in his last four races. Has run okay at the track before too so delighted to get him going again and hopefully we'll see a better horse now he's been gelded. Step in the right direction, but - as I say - the draw is a concern.

Lightly-raced with just 4 career runs so will be more to come. Has run some fair races without winning so far but we feel the step up to 1m (from 7f) will help - got tired over 7f last time but the stiffer track at Leicester was probably the reason there. Poor race and being one of the lesser exposed runners then must have fair each-way claims.

Third run here today - going the right way but will certainly be able to get more competitive once handicapping.

Pact Of Steel - Put a line through last run as got trapped out wide and lost all chance - is better than that. Won well the time before at Lingfield and on that running we'd have a better chance. 5lbs higher than that win but we are also putting the cheekpieces on for the first time to focus and relax him. Draw 10, however, not ideal again so the concern is having to go wide again. If Luke can work some magic we'd have place claims though as the horse is well.

Been knocking at the door in her races but is still 0 from 6. We are stepping her up in trip here though as we think that will help. Seems well too after a 49 day break and no reason why the AW surface here won't suit (first run here). Light weight with just 8-3 so place claims.

Draw not ideal in 11 but the horse is well after a small break. Only 1 from 20 but that win came on the AW (Chelms) and starting to look well-handicapped off a mark of 57. Jim rides and he's been luck for the yard in recent years, so if getting the breaks in-running has e/w claims.

Down the field on debut at Brighton - first run on the AW here and likely to take a step forward on that run here but she is one for the future that is still learning and will be better once handicapped.

Ran well in a Group Three in France last time (2nd) but more needed up to a Group Two here. Tough race - but that's not surprising as it's Arc weekend. Any rain would help and stays further than this trip but really we are probably playing for places in a race like this with the Fabre horse the clear one to beat.

Great winner for us at Deauville last time - Oisin, who rode that day, comes over again for the ride so that helps. Another tough Group Two but has travelled over very well. Likes to get on with things and that will be the plan again here - catch me if you can! So, if running to that same level here then must have a good chance of going close.

Space Talk - Consistent sort that has been knocking at the door of late -James Doyle a top jockey booking and the horse remains in good order at home. Should be more to come from her and deserves to get off the mark. Each-way.

First day on the track today and like a lot of mine will improve for the run. A nice sort that will have his day but one for the future.

Looks a hot maiden - should have improved from her debut run at Salisbury and the slightly longer trip will help. Looking for a step in the right direction but likely to find a few too good in what looks an above average race.

Not shown up from two run so far - need a lot more on that but we are back from 1m to 5f here as shows the pace to cope with this sprint trip. More time needed though and better once handicapped.

The most experienced runner in the field with six outings - yet to get off the mark but has run well many times. First run here at Kempton so a bit of an unknown on that score but if handling think we've got each-way claims again.

Will improve for the run again after running down the field on debut at Chepstow. The step up from 5f to 7f will help but one for the future.

Looking For Carl - Ran well over 1m4f last time when second here - we are trying him up to 2m this time as we think he'll stay the trip. If he does then looks to have a solid each-way chance with Jim Crowley booked to ride.

Top winner for us last time at Lingfield - we are up 5lbs for that here but Jim Crowley keeps the ride and if handling this slightly different track (first run here) and the extra furlong (we are hopeful he will) then should be knocking at the door as he's come out of that race very well.

Debut run here today - likeable filly that has been doing well at home but will learn a lot from this today and one for the future. The Varian horse, with more experience, looks the one to beat.

Back on the turf today and the softer ground should be more to his liking. Also, down from 7f to 6f and that should help. Won over this trip and in this ground back in August off a 3lb lower rating so if running to that level would have a chance of getting involved. That did, however, come in a lower grade so overall, I expect the ground and trip to help but still might require a step forward.

Down the field on debut at Salisbury - has learned a lot from that but still more needed and will be better in time. Step up to 1m2f should help though but really just looking for an improved effort here to give us something to work on.

Golden Image - Stays further than this 1m2f trip so that will help with the stiff finish. Ground is fine too with only win coming on a quick surface but a small bit to find as that came off a 5lb lower rating. Gone the right way since though so in what looks an open race we head here with e/w claims.

Only 4 runners so you never know but a bit to find with the first two in the market. A nice sort though and won well two runs back at HQ and certainly wasn't disgraced in France last time when a close 5th. Back up in trip here (7f) but been staying on well over 6f to suggest it will suit. Would be a surprise if we won but can go better than odds suggest.

Won well at Chepstow two runs ago for today's jockey so she is back on board. Followed that up with a third last time but we are a pound lower and Nicola is back claiming 3lbs. Needs to prove he can stay 7f though as only previous try over the trip resulted in not getting home at Ascot. That did, however, come on soft ground and also a stiff track so worth another crack with the horse more experienced and stringer now. Each-way.

We are certainly one of those in the race that set the standard - always hard to know about the others in races like this but as long as there isn't a real improver then after a solid second here last time over this mile trip then we can be expected to be in the thick of things. Should go close and Luke Morris rides.

Looking For Carl - Probably my best chance on the day of getting something - but that might still only be a place. Not been out for 3-4 months but is ready to run again. Upped to 1m4f from 1m here will help as we've always thought he's a horse that wants further - so looking for a much-improved run. Cheekpieces on for the first time here today too so in what is probably not the best of races - despite the numbers - could sneak into a place.

Has done ok from his opening two runs - much better last time at Windsor over further. Has enough speed for this drop back to a mile but another of mine that will be seen in a better light once getting a handicap mark, which he'll get after this.

Debut run here today - will learn a lot from the experience like a lot of mine do first time out. One for the future.

A nice horse (Group 2 winner) that has been going well in Group races this season. Trappy contest - only 3 runners now - but we all look to have a chance. First run on the AW today so we'll see how he gets on but we fell it will suit. Conditions race but we get a fair amount of weight from the others being a 3 year-old so based on the ratings would have a big chance. We are rated 6lbs lower than Tabarrak but recieve 11lbs from that horse, plus we get 8lbs from Salateen, who is rated the same as us. Tactics will play a big part so if Stevie can get things right then should have every chance.

Certainly capable in a race like this but needs to settle better in her races. Has won over this trip but pulled raced way too free last time at Sandown and lost all chance. We've done some work on that at home. Probably best to wait to see how she starts the race (if settles) though - which will give us a better idea on how she'll go. Ground and track are fine.

Only second career run - down the field on debut at Kempton but that was over 5f so the turf and longer trip (1m) should help. Still learning though and that last run came around 4 months ago so just be delighted with a step in the right direction here.

Pirate King : lightly raced colt who disappointed last time after winning his maiden at Doncaster by 8l, seems to be well in himself at home so expecting better today, shame now only 7 runners however hoping to be at least in the first three today!

Riverina : Another that will improve and one for the future, half-sister to a Gr 3 winner and with Gerald Mosse onboard today we will learn a lot.

Black Abbey : Again a horse that will improve with his racing. Been gelded already as he is head strong and hoping Blinkers will help.

Crackaway : Like all my runners today at Salisbury will come on for the run and improve. He is a nice horse who has a nice family and sure will be one for the future.

Whispering Sands : hasn’t shown much and still a maiden after five runs. I think she will improve today with the step up in trip to 1m6f – hopeful if the trip suits!

Space Talk : has had a short break to freshen her up. Been runner up three times recently but was an improved effort at Haydock last time. She has every chance today and Nicola knows her well.

Pact Of Steel: He has been placed three times on the AW, recently when 2^nd at Wolverhampton 1lb higher today but should give another good account of himself.

Invincible Peace : On a good mark we feel and with Jim Crowley on board could get in the money. She will appreciate further in time and as long as she copes with the dip at Leicester we could be in the money.

Just Another Idea : hasn't done much so far and will need to improve a lot before he figure. Made a mess of the start last time so hope improves on last run.

Bug Boy : First time in a handicap today, breeding suggests he should have stamina for this trip and if he copes with the track should have an each way chance.

Star Gypsy : Tongue-tie and blinkers back on today, he wore them at Kempton last time which was his best run for us since moving from Luca Cumani’s. Should have a each way shout if he reproduces his last Kempton run.

Won well at Sandown last time and the form of that race has been franked with the second winning the Melrose next time. Has travelled over well and deserves to take his chance in this Group Three. Jim, who rode him last time, remains in the saddle and the horse seems better for that recent win - more confident in himself. Does have softer ground to contend with here though (won on good-to-soft) last time. Ziyad the danger but probably not the strongest Group Three so hopeful of a good run.

Back to form last time with a nice win here over this course and distance - up 4lbs for that but remains in good form and should be going close again. Any rain would be a big help though as better with a bit of cut.

Class horse but on a bit of a comeback after 4 months off. Was last seen running 4th in the Bet365 Mile at Sandown over this trip but despite the break is a horse that's gone well fresh in the past. Is a Listed winner at the track and will love the soft ground. No issues travelling over and in another open race hopefully we've got a fair each-way chance.

Tough race but won a G2 contest in France last year and has travelled over well. Same jockey on today too from that day and despite not winning this year has been running well in some good races. Should not be far away but does look a very open race with many chances.

Seems to like it here at Salisbury - won here in June and was a fine second in July. Stepping her up to 1m6f here from 1m4f but we think it will be fine and will be ridden with the trip in mind. Two or three others in the race with similar chances but with her liking for the track hoping we've got a decent e/w chance based on that.

Encouraging run two starts ago but failed to build on that last time at Bath. Return to Wolves and the AW will help and we are a pound lower than his last run here. Had a 3 month break to freshen up but might still need to improve to take this. Small e/w in what doesn't look a great race outside the favourite.

A bit better the last twice but still probably needs more to figure here. Hoping the step up in trip will help bring out more and give us more options going forward.

First day at school here today - a fair sort that will do well in time and also over further once getting a few races under his belt. One for the future.

Star Gypsy - Has won a race but that came on soft ground at Wetherby - Has not really built on that but is 10lbs lower than opening handicap rating so that help. First-time blinkers are on here too but would like to see more on the track.

Has run well the last twice and should be more to come. Has tasted the surface here too when a fine second on debut. Going the right way and a decent jockey booked in Hector Crouch. Hard to know much about the newcomers but hoping our experience will stand us in good order and should be going close.

Tough race and really needs to improve on what he's shown so far. Longer trip will help though and will be more to come but that will probably be once handicapped.

Just An Idea - This horse seems to love a softer surface so the rain has come at the right time. Highly-tried last time so can ignore that run but not been beaten in similar races to this the two times prior to that. The topweight - Kinglami - beat us here (just under 2 lengths) in June but we've a nice weight pull with that one this time so hoping to get a lot closer. Nicola rides and claims 3lbs and with the ground in our favour think we've a decent each-way chance - especially if all 8 run.

Yet to win from 6 starts, but is running well at the moment and the return to a mile here will suit - has run a close second the last twice over this trip and three runs ago here at Kempton. Tight race with some unexposed sorts in but the horse is well and feel we've got an each-way chance here tonight.

Third run here today so will get a handicap mark after this and will be seen in a much more competitive light once running in that sort of grade.

Has disappointed us of late but has shown glimmers of form to give him a small squeak - but up and down form with a good run then a poor one. Cheekpieces are on for the first time too here so hopeful that will help - but would like to see it on the course first before being more confident.

We were delighted with her debut run at Kempton. Second that day - beaten just a head - so if translating that run to the turf today then hopeful of going very close. Has come out of that race really well and after running on strongly over that 7f trip then the step up to a mile will be fine. Two or three others in the race that have similar chances but s filly going the right way so expected to be involved.

First run in a handicap so that helps and gets in off a low weight but more needed on what we've seen so far. First-time cheekpieces help and the jockey claims a further 5lbs. Likely to need more time, but just hoping for a step in the right direction here.

Yet to win on the turf (13 runs) but is racing off a career-low mark (61). Trip is fine and jockey David Probert is the only jockey to have won on him so that helps having him riding again. Will look dangerous off this mark soon but just needs to show it on the track and also improve a bit from what we've seen so far.

Been knocking on the door of late with a few seconds and if running to that level again can be expected to go well again here. Has gone ok at the track and on the AW in the past with his run two starts ago coming over a mile here. Drop to 7f is fine as just been getting nabbed in the closing stages. We all look to have Zaajer to beat but hopeful of a decent e/w showing.

Nice filly that is having her fourth run here and her first run in a handicap - that should see her a lot more competitive and looks to be on a fair opening mark. Luke Morris rides and shows plenty of pace for this 5f trip. Only 7 runners not great for betting but looks between four of us if the betting is anything to go by. Should not be far away.

Fourth career run for us and has done well each time she's run. Up a pound from last run when a fair second at Salisbury so a similar run here should see her in the mix. If all 8 run then hopeful of a decent e/w effort with the quick ground fine.

Needs to prove he handles Chester but hopeful he will. Highly-tried the last twice so the drop back into Listed company from Group class will help. Ran a blinder to be just under 3 lengths back in the G1 Commonwealth Cup last time and on that form must have a decent e/w chance here in this easier race.

Only second career run - a fair 6th on debut but will come on again for the experience here and one for the future.

Ran much better last time when third at Lingfield - ran on well that day and seems to have come on for the experience at home. Slight step up in trip will help and off just 8-8 in weight then hopeful of a good run. Looks to have a solid e/w chance.

Tough ask for this one. Gets in with a light weight but we are still running well out of the handicap so would take an act of god for him to win! First-time blinkers will help though and conditions are fine just a tall order on these terms.

More needed on what we've seen recently and only second career run for us. Didn't really stay the 1m3f trip last time at Kempton so the drop back to a mile will help and we are also down in grade. Hopeful of better as that last run also came off a 350+ day break and the horses seem to be running well at the moment. Any rain would be a bonus.

Heads here with a great chance after an easy 8 length win at Doncaster last time out. Into a handicap here for the first time but looks on a fair opening mark and seems to have progressed since last time with the step up from 1m4f to 1m6f a plus too. Should go well and have more to give with this only being his fourth career run.

Goldino Bello - Promising debut run at Ascot when 7th of 11. Has come out of that race well but after getting tired in the closing stages the drop back to 6f here is a big plus. Ground is fine and with the expected improvement after that first run then looking for a move forward. Each-way.

Probably our best chance on the day. Much better last time when second at Kempton. Back on the turf here (only second run on it) but looks to be going the right way and as long as he handles the Chepstow track then should be going close.

A nice filly that is bred for this sort of trip. First run in a handicap here and that will help after four promising efforts, including a fair 5th at Listed level last time out. Will find this a lot easier than that recent Goodwood race and looks on a fair opening mark of 74. We've given her a few months off but seems well for that and is ready to run again. Trip is fine and hopeful he'll handle the quick ground, plus should enjoy the stiff finish that Sandown provides. Decent Each-way claims with 3 or 4 others having similar chances.

A good winner last time out at Newbury - staying on strongly in the closing stages over this 1m2f trip. Up another 5lbs for that so a bit more needed in what is also a stronger race, but did it well to suggest there is more to come. Only 7 runners but we head here with every chance and looking for a decent run.

Jackfinbar - Might turn into a trappy little race with only 5 runners. Our colt ran well over in France last time - beaten just a short-head over 1m4f, but ran as is this step up to 1m6f will suit. Jim Crowley a plus in the saddle and despite being the outsider of five think he'll run better than odds indicate.

Not shown much so far - third career run here so will get a handicap mark after this and will be more competitive once into that class.

Hasn't quite fired on the turf so the return to the AW will suit. Only career win came here over course and distance but has also dropped to a nice mark (63). Trip and ground are fine and decent draw in 2 - all-in-all think we head here with a live each-way chance.

Course and distance winner here last time out and a 5lb rise for that victory looks fair. More needed upped in grade but a filly that is going the right way and will love conditions again. Stayed on really well last time so more of the same on the cards here. Look to have Groveman to beat but hoping our track experience over this trip will be a plus. Should go close.

First run today - a likeable colt but will certainly need the experience today. One for the future.

Flight Of Fantasy - Did well on her return run back in May but has certainly come on for that. Have taken our time with her but seems to run better fresh. Conditions look ideal and as long as she can settle well in front then think we've got as good a chance as any in the race. Only 6 runners but look to have fair place claims.

Roman Warrior - Three runs under his belt so can no run in a handicap. Should see him in a much better light now he's got a mark and the step up to 1m will help. Drawn ok in 5 and with his last run coming off a 8 month break then has also come on for that at home. Each-way chance.

Probably not the best race and a bit better last time. Handicap debut here today and that will help too. We'll know much more were we are with her mark after this. Hopeful of better but still think she's got to improve.

Nice horse but debut run and like most of mine will improve a lot for the run and the experience. 7f trip looks a good place to start him off but might want a tad further in time. Will learn a lot (both horse and us) from this but a horse to note for the future.

Space Talk: Two really good efforts recently - second both times over 7f. Stepping up to a mile here will suit and we are also into a handicap for the first time. Looks on a good opening mark but Nicola, who knows the horse well, helps by taking off a further 3lbs. Ground and track are fine so hopeful of a solid each-way run.

Much better effort last time when fifth of 10 at Chepstow. Only beaten 1 3/4 lengths that day and back on the AW we are actually 2lbs lower. Starting to look well handicapped and despite having a bit to prove that last run was encouraging and a step back in the right direction. Apprentice race but Paddy Bradley a decent booking so if all 8 run then place chances here.

All went wrong last time in the Derby at Epsom - was on toes and hung right in the straight. Is better than that. Has come out of the race well and travelled over well, plus Frankie a huge plus in the saddle. Bolted up in the Lingfield Derby Trial two starts ago and that is certainly more his running - we beat Kew Gardens by 3 lengths that day and that horse has since won the Queen's Vase at Royal Ascot. Goes without saying Saxon Warrior is the one to beat and the Derby runner-up Dee Ex Bee looks tough but we are hopeful of much better today as long as Frankie can get him settled and into a nice rhythm.

Seems to be going the right after just two runs - she just got a bit tired over 6f last time so the drop back to 5f here will help. A lot of unexposed sorts in the race but looking for a nice run and has decent each-way claims.

Fair prize on offer so worth a crack. Early Morning has been dropped into a handicap here and that should see him competitive. Likes to race up with the pace and despite this being his first run on the AW here at Newcastle he does have a fair AW record (11 runs, 3 wins, 6 placed). Luke Morris booked to ride and so if handling the track - no reason why he won't - then each-way chance.

First run for us after coming from the Luca Cumani yard. Not been out for 356 days so will also need the run.

Ballet Red: First day on the track today - a nice filly that is bred to go well. Goes well at home but the hood is on today to keep her focused - but like most of mine on debut will learn a lot from today.

Only second career run - 8th on debut at Chepstow. That came over 7f so the step up to 1m2f here will help, as will the faster ground, but still learning and needs to improve on that last run to figure. Looks between the Beckett, Godolphin and Gosden horses.

Not been showing up well of late so more needed. However, didn't seem to like the cut in the ground last time so the quicker surface here will help. If running to his Nottingham third (2 starts back) then would have a e/w chance off the same mark but this is also a step up in grade so really would like to see more consistency on the track first.

Decent horse - rated 104 - but goes without saying this will be a tough ask in this super-tough Group One. We landed a G2 last season over in France with the horse but probably best with a bit of cut underfoot. Hoping for the best but really we've a fair bit to find with the principles in the race.

Going to be hard for us all to topple the hot favourite here - Big Time Maybe - who has plenty in-hand on the ratings in this Seller. First-time blinkers on today so hoping they eke out a bit more. Just Us Two is another we've a bit to find with but after that we are all closely-matched so could sneak into third if all 8 run with the drop back to 5f certainly a plus.

The horses are going well at the moment but really this one needs to improve on what we've seen to date. The first-time blinkers are expected to help and she tries this 1m4f trip for the first time too. More needed but looking for a step forward for the future. The William Knight recent winner - Seinsational - looks the obvious call. 

Lok more needed on what she's shown to date - third run here today though and so will be of much more interest once handicapped. On a plus, the step up in trip will suit but work in progress with the Beckett horse - Rock Eagle - looking the most likely winner.

Pirate King - Third run so will get a mark after this. Ran well to be third last time at Bath on quick ground and has progressed over the last month since. Hoping his experience will give him an advantage here so looking to go close with the Godolphin horse - White Light - looking the obvious danger.

Golden Image - Only second run for us but seventh race in total. We were pleased with his last run when fifth at Salisbury and off the same mark think we've got a nice e/w chance here with the step up to 1m4 in her favour. Stayed on well that day over 1m2f so well worth a try over this 2 furlong longer trip. Well at home and has come on for that first run in 4 months too.

Second run back after a break so will improve for that but rally still a fair bit more needed. Yet to win from 11 starts but on a plus is dropping down the ratings and showed bits of promise last season. Decent jockey booked for this amateur riders' race so looking for a step forward but until we see more on the track and over this trip then hard to get too excited at this stage.

First day at school today and like most of mine on debut will improve a lot for the run and the experience - a nice horse though that will certainly do better in time.

Only second career run so still learning her trade. A fair 6th of 8 on debut at Kempton over 5f but we feel the extra furlong this time will be in her favour. Still likely to find a few too good but this will be another big learning experience for her and should have her time in the future.

Yet to win a race but this 3 year-old has only had 6 career runs. Never really at home on the soft ground last time at Chepstow so the return to the AW a plus here. Looks a below-par Selling race and we get in with just 8-8 to carry and get weight from most of the others as a result. Cheekpieces are on today as we feel they will help him settle a bit better and if all 8 run then think we've got place claims here at a fair price. Varsovian and Steelriver set the standard at the weights but we are not too far behind. Callum Shepherd rides.

Not been out for 258 days so expected to improve for this. Also only had two career runs so more to come but likely to be better once handicapping and getting a mark. The Charles Hills runner looks the obvious call here.

Delighted with her debut fourth here - but that came in May 2018. Had a few minor issues so taking our time with her so delighted to get her back on the course here today. However, after such a long time off is expected to come on a lot for this but certainly one to keep an eye on as she gets more racing.

Returns after 4 months off the track and back on the turf here. Has done well during his time off and returns to the turf here today. Up in trip significantly here to 1m6f but acts as if he'll stay it at home. We'll know more after today re the trip and after a break no matter what will come on for this, but still think we've got small e/w claims.

Space Talk - We were delighted with her second last time out on just her second run. Has improved for that and with the expected improvement then we feel she's got fair place claims again here.

Needed the last run and got bogged down in the heavy ground that day. Better for it and we are 4lbs lower this time. Starting to look well-handicapped on old form and had been running in much better races last season. Race looks like there are several others with bits to prove too so that must give us each-way claims.

Debut run here today - has been doing well at home but like a lot of mine will improve for the run and the experience.

Great to have a runner in the Derby this year and one that has a bit of a squeak. We won the Derby Trial at Lingfield last time in decent fashion and has improved for that run. Goes without saying more needed here as we leap up from Listed to Group One company and after all - it's the Derby!! Hoping the ground dries out through the day and with just three career runs we think there is more to come. Well-bred out of Derby winner - Sea The Stars - so has the pedigree to go well in this race too. Goes without saying we've a bit to find with the main players, including being rated 9lbs lower than Saxon Warrior, but we are at least one of the few in the race that is proven over the trip and that must count for something. Really looking forward to it - here's hoping! Richard Kingscote, who has ridden him in all three starts, rides.

The bottom two on the card might be hard to beat here. Our horse returned to the track at the end of April when running down the field at Salisbury. Heavy ground not totally ideal that day and has come on for the run. Jason Watson takes off a handy 5lbs and the quicker ground will help. Trying her over further too which will hopefully give us more option in the future. More needed though so hard to get too excited until we see more on the track.

Capable at this sort of level but has been running a bit keen in her races of late so needs to learn to settle better. On a plus the drop back in trip from 1m4f to 1m2f will help and off a mark of 80 we are only 3lbs higher than last win. Is also a course winner at the track so we know that suits. Hoping for better but until we see her settle better in her races hard to be totally confident, but - as I say - more than capable if she does.

Returns from a 4 month break here today and is also having it's first run for the yard (was with Jonathan Portman). Needs to improve on past form and we've not had the horse that long so expecting to learn a lot from today.

Needs to overcome a wide draw but ran much better last time at Nottingham to be a close third. Ground is ok but probably wouldn't want it to get any softer. Well at home and seems to have come on for that last outing. Also looks on a nice mark so think we've got each-way chances here today.

Ran better than finishing position suggests last time at Lingfield - only beaten around 5 lengths. Dropped a pound for that and seems to have come on for the run after 60 days off. Racing against only her own sex here will make life easier and after getting tired in the closing stages over a mile then the drop back to 7f will help. Think we've got fairly decent e/w claims with Richard Kingscote a plus in the plate.

Paul Hanagan can help in the saddle but only second career run and will improve again for the run here after running well down the field last time at Newbury. Drop back to mile will help but one for the future.
