Gary Moore
Call Off The Dogs
Tue 5th Mar 2024
15:32, Lingfield
DEC Odds: 30 (Betfair Exc)

The nine-year-old Call Off The Dogs had won his latest race two years previously but pulled up on his delayed return last month. He is sure to be straighter after that outing but he might well need a race or two to get up to full effectiveness.

DEC Odds: 8.8 (Betfair Exc)

Movethechains knows his way around here like the back of his forelegs (if he could reach them) with five wins in seven starts, four at 3m and the other at 3m5f. He's yet to run over hurdles here though but there's no reason why he cannot be just as effective. If he likes it, that's just another string to his bow, so to speak.

DEC Odds: 25 (Betfair Exc)

Just a small field for Schelem on only his 2nd start for us. He won on debut in France but was well beaten on UK debut 14 months ago. The two ahead of him in the market both won easily under these conditions last month and he'll do well to match strides with them.
B. F. Brookhouse
Champagne City
Tue 5th Mar 2024
19:00, Southwell
DEC Odds: 55 (Betfair Exc)

Champagne City is going back up in distance. He's in good form but in a competitive race, it depends as ever on what side of the bed he gets out of. Chance if in the mood for it.
