He didn’t quite see out 2m4 on his hurdling debut when 4th at Doncaster, but appreciated the drop back to 2m when winning at Wetherby and again under a penalty at Ffos Las. He was 3rd in the Grade 2 Persian War on seasonal debut, but didn't really take to chasing last time at Ffos Las, where he came back with a couple of nasty over reaches. Back over hurdles again, in great form, and off a workable handicap mark, this looks a suitable race for him. It is competitive, but he goes there with a great chance."
