Botax Has ran well in two three-mile handicaps at the same November and December meetings last year when Editeur Du Gote was a winner and meets a number of former adversaries again today. He wound up his season with a slightly unpredictable victory over a shorter trip in a Grade 2 handicap at Fontwell but while it was worth £51k to the winner, his mark was virtually untouched by the handicapper. A typically big field, but he should remain very competitive off his mark.
