If it was a hind shoe lost it's not a bad as a front shoe - as the horse will lose more grip - You sign a form when you declare them at the races as to what you will allow with regards to loss of shoes (fronts, hinds not bothered) so it’s very black and white and he was withdrawn by the starter. Prior to this the horse has had a wind operation since his last race, he had very been consistent until then. Working Class is an honest type, he usually jumps well and as he relaxes in his races he will improve for a step up in trip here today. Harry knows him well at takes off a handy 5lbs too. Tight little race with the Skelton horse looking the one to beat. Be delighted with a solid run and give us something to build on after 3 months off. 1 1/2 stars."
