Ex-French Nassalam started his juvenile career with two impressive wins and was far from disgraced when tenth of 22 under top-weight on his final start in the Boodles Handicap Hurdle at the Festival. He goes novice chasing in this competitive handicap but has the benefit of the 10lb weight-for-age advantage four-year-olds enjoy over their elders at this stage of the season.
