After a badly interrupted start to his career, Guinness Affair has been doing much better and after needing his comeback following a 600-day absence, he stripped fitter when bolting up in a bad race at Hexham. He needed to be tough and determined to defy a penalty last time at Newton Abbot. Now, up 4lb, he carries a lot of weight, but is the class horse in the race who can hopefully, continue his winning run.
