Tarada surprised me at Carlisle on his first outing in a bumper when he was only just beaten by the favourite. Although I liked him as an individual at home I didn’t think he would be streetwise enough to perform so professionally first time out, as you know there is always a lot of improvement in my bumper horses. Tarada has continued to please me at home and his schooling has always been good, he is your typical Trevor Hemmings horse in that he looks like a nice staying chaser in the making - looks to have the Scott horse to beat but we are still expecting a solid run and should not be far away.
